Just stayed here for a night. Staff are nice and accommodating. Breakfast is not free but worth it. There's a lot of food option. Walking distance to Okada hotel. Gym is big and have a decent size of pool.

Very polite & friendly staff. There was work being done on my floor, so i was given a free upgrade to a Junior Suite. Nice pool, though usually full of kids. Seems to be a popular hotel, so a little bit of a wait if you get there right at check-in time; or if you queue for breakfast after 7am (not too long a wait though). Located in a 'hotel area', so there's not much else around (except a giant casino-mall); not much to see by foot...you'll need a ride if you want to see anything else.

I had a nice stay here, although I picked a seemingly poor time to stay here due to a convention— therefore it was VERY busy. Elevator wait times were absurd. Hotel is located rather conveniently to the airport though. Overall, it earns 4 stars with the 1 star being circumstantial with wait times to do handle things or use the elevator (if I recall, only 2 out of the 5? elevators were operational).

New was clean, area super nice, walked to the local mall, pool was nice unfortunately the hot tub was under maintenance. Breakfast was okay had little Western options but did have fruit, toast and an omelette station. We would stay here again. Airport shuttle was a great service.

Friendly check in staff. However breakfast place is small and need to wait before a table frees up and can be seated. No chocolate spread or Nutella available. The steam room was out of order. And also the water refill station in our floor was out of order. Nice looking pool and bar. The elevators sometimes get confused. Wie. Trying to go to ground floor it reset and goes up again when nearly at ground floor during morning hours when it’s busy.

Limited parking space, had to have the car parked through valet to a different parking area. Limited seating for breakfast. Several tables were set up outside the restaurant / in the lobby, but still not enough. Wait time to be seated around 30mins (during medium peak hours), what more if it was peak hours. Not much option for dining around the area (only Okada and Solaire close by but both too expensive). Regardless it has served it’s purpose because our main reason was to be close to The Theater at Solaire.

I like the shuttle service from and to the airport terminals. Bellmen are respectful. However the room I was assigned to smelled awful. The carpet was stained and dirty. The a/c was too cold, I know how to adjust but it didn’t. I ordered food and the people were nice , friendly and respectful

My husband and I really appreciate the staff service, everyone is just very nice, friendly, accommodating, helpful. Special mention to Dorothy, Vea and 2 front desk staff. Such a lovely young ladies. And one girl who clean the rooms, her name Noraya( I hope I am correct) she offers help when she saw my husband having an injured hand even if she was busy working and cleaning the rooms, really appreciate this girls. We are planning to come back for longer stay, we just really love how they take good care of the guest. And even the security guards and Valet staff, everyone is just so nice.

We arrived at 4am and there were problems finding our reservations. The rooms we had booked were not the ones we were staying in and had to change to the correct rooms the next day. We had booked rooms with breakfast but were told that the 13 year old child had to pay extra for breakfast, due to hotel policy. Coming down for breakfast I had to get verified the breakfast payment, but back office told front desk that breakfast also was included for our 13 years old daughter. Getting in to the breakfast area was horrible, we were waiting half an hour to be seated and later on there was lack of mugs, fruits and vegetables and the warm meals were also missing. Having to ask for refills in almost every area. The breakfast when it is around is really good, but the waiting and refilling time is below expected. We were called at the room half an before normal check out time, asking us to leave the room, front desk had forgotten we had another night and that we had to be relocated to the rooms we booked. The new rooms were better, but next morning we had to go through the breakfast issues once more, the breakfast tastes good when it is around.

The Okada complex was nearby which was a visual banquet. Checkin was awful. They could see me waiting there in the checkin queue while the checkout queue was empty. Breakfast was rammed - they put out some chairs for you to wait for a table to become free. Items were running out on the buffet. I went to get a coffee and when I came back they were giving my table to someone else. This is a nice hotel but there are noise issues, particularly when staff are servicing the rooms. A lot of these issues are down to management. Checkout went a lot better.

Room was clean and the staff very good. The only issue was I couldn't find the transport at the airport. I think a better description of walking across the first road out of the airport would have helped. The breakfast was excellent especially the custom omelette.

Great hotel with delicious breakfast options (as long as you get there early, we woke up late one day and had to use the small coffee plates for the buffett since everything else was gone). Staff were very polite and accomodating. Regardless, had an amazing stay and it was close to a-lot of attractions.
