Its okay but nothing special. Breakfast nothing special but still okay. The biggest problem was I had a room and it was one of those rooms that can be connected to the other room next to you with the door. My neighbors were not loud at all but the door was so thin that you could literally hear everything all the time, it was like they were in the same room with me - I didnt like this

I didn’t care for the nickel and diming when it came to asking for a late (1 hour ) check out. Breakfast was average to poor at best, There’s only two things you need to get right about breakfast, the eggs and the coffee both were bad, completely missed the Mark

The bathroom was quite stinky, which was very unpleasant and disappointing. I also found the management’s approach to our early check-in request quite cheeky, especially considering that we are regular guests who repeatedly choose this hotel whenever we have a layover in Manila before flying to Australia. We only needed the room during the daytime and were planning to leave around 9:00 PM. In our experience, other hotels have been much more accommodating in situations like this and have allowed us to check in early, especially when the room is only needed for a few hours. I would understand if Seda did not normally allow early check-in. However, the fact that the hotel actually offers an early check-in option from 11:00 AM for an additional fee makes the situation even more frustrating. We were more than willing to pay for the early check-in, but we were still not accommodated. As returning guests, I expected a little more flexibility and consideration from the management. It was disappointing, especially because we have consistently chosen this hotel for our Manila layovers.
