The room was awesome. Great place. There was little hot water in the shower. Last time i booked this hotel there was plenty of hot water. So I do recommend this hotel. The hot water was annoying because there was not much of it. Clean comfortable and mostly quiet (once in while I heard a loud noise from outside)

I had to change room because I had no Wifi , and still in the new room the wifi was poor , I was in the 11th floor, also the water didn't have pressure so it was difficult to shower . It was very noisy from the street because they let the windows open in the halls and also the machinery , a loud regular beep that I couln't locate . but the staff was great nice and kind , they are the best in this hotel !

Horrible. Sale. Cafards. Pas de serviette dans la chambre. Traces d'humidité sur les murs. Eau chaude aléatoire. Très mal insonorisé. Cet hôtel est vraiment à éviter, il n'y a que le lobby de propre. Croyez en mon expérience à Manille, c'est le pire hôtel que j'ai jamais vu dans cet gamme de prix.

The location is great but the only bad thing we checked in almost 10pm and we have early flights early morning but the room Air conditions didn’t work we move to 2 room until we find one but i hope they check early so they know if they need to fix this problem we didn’t get enough rest because of this.room so hot without AC.

The ad showed a breakfast in the hotel for additional fee. But we were directed to walk down a busy highway to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Also the ad shows a shuttle to the airport. The vost of the shuttle is 4 times the taci rate. Our first room had a water leak, and we were immediately put into another room. However this one had an ac water leak. The staff were fast to react to problems and were professional and courteous.

One word: Roaches! I didn't see any last night, but this morning, they were everywhere! Going in and out of the walls. Little and medium-sized ones. I stayed on the 10th floor. Also, this place clearly has an issue with moisture. The walls were wet with brown stuff running down them, and there were mold spots everywhere. You can smell it, and paint is coming off the ceiling from the moisture. I don't know how the reviews for this place are so high. The only nice thing is that the staff is friendly. He let me know that the taxi driver charged too much, and to download the Grab App.

Infested with german roaches. They were EVERYWHERE. Heavy mold/mildew in some of the rooms (they had a very musty smell due to not being air conditioned) Would never ever go back.

Upon entry the staff was professional and polite. Lobby area was somewhat appealing no bad words to say within the lobby area and staff however the disappointment was with the room. It smelt extremely bad, welcomed by crawling cockroaches everywhere, large mould stains seen on the air conditioner. By far the worst room ever, I’ve never felt so dirty in my life. Do not recommend this place, there are plenty of others around with similar budget and with a lot more value for your money

It was close to the airport which was great, and why we booked it. However the room was pretty gross. The cleaning staff likely did their best- but there was mold growing on the walls in the room, as well as in the bathroom. It was clean enough for one night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The ac remote didn’t work when we first got in and there was only one towel when we’d booked the room for 2 people. Not a big deal, but when added to all the mold in the room I would not recommend.

I saw a small roach upon turning on lights in the room. Also checked bed and pillows. The bed seams has some dirt and three pillows themselves have stains and molds when inspecting inside the pillow cases. I have been staying in other Go Hotels and this property is not clean at all. The front desk staff are helpful though.

We didn't have towels in our room and when we asked for two we got only one first. Those towels did not look clean and i had in my sheets some wiers yellowish stains near my feet. Did not meet my expectations and had cockroaches as house quests in our room.

대로 변에 위치한 호텔입니다. 창문이 단창이어서 방음이 전혀 안되어 소음 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 투 베드 룸은 도로와 반대쪽에 있어 니을 거라 생각 됩니다. 가성비만 생각하고 갔는데 너무 힘들었습니다.

Hotel is on a very busy road with zero sound proofing. We stayed on the 9th floor and we felt like we were sleeping on the road with how loud it was. Sleepless night, and we can sleep through alot. Staff was friendly. I would look for other options next time.

I was disappointed that the food court/cafe had been removed. I understand though with Covid having been an issue. I did like that the concierge did help us to order food from Jolibee and had it delivered to the Hotel for us. 5 stars for her assistance.

Room service is poor. No towels provided. Only one old dirty towel in room for two of us. When ask the house keeping for additional towel, said will bring to us but did not show up until late at night we had to go down to the front desk to ask.

Hotel is on a very busy road with zero sound proofing. We stayed on the 9th floor and we felt like we were sleeping on the road with how loud it was. Sleepless night, and we can sleep through alot. Staff was friendly. I would look for other options next time.

I was disappointed that the food court/cafe had been removed. I understand though with Covid having been an issue. I did like that the concierge did help us to order food from Jolibee and had it delivered to the Hotel for us. 5 stars for her assistance.

The ad showed a breakfast in the hotel for additional fee. But we were directed to walk down a busy highway to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Also the ad shows a shuttle to the airport. The vost of the shuttle is 4 times the taci rate. Our first room had a water leak, and we were immediately put into another room. However this one had an ac water leak. The staff were fast to react to problems and were professional and courteous.

The hotel quality is fair for the money we paid. The location is very good,5 minutes to the airport, very convinient for our travel. The onky thing we are very disappointed is tge breakfast served by the hotel. We have to pay 500 peso each for a buffet breakfast that serve only rice, noodles,fry egg, and slice bread with coffee. As this only cost 200peso most at most restaurant buffet at most philippines restaurant. I feel this is very unfair for travellers.
