Property was convenient and quiet. Staff was somewhat friendly. TV remote would only turn the TV on. Outlet next to the bed didnt work. Beds were extra hard. Gathering area in the lobby was nice. Outside patio was nice but the firepit wouldnt light. Overall decent nice stay.

Comfort was top notch. Clean and modern. I was disappointed that no water was offered upon entering or available anywhere with in the hotel. The workout facility was clean and in wotking order. I would recommend adding 8 lb wights to the set.

Great room and extremely comfortable bed ! Hot tub was really nice but every day temperature wasn’t consistently hot like it should be. Listened to other people say hot tube like a medium warm bath tub as jets were marginal.

Clean, new, great little property in Algona. They are VERY strict on their "pool is for guests only" policy which changed a lot of our plans for the weekend. I think if you are going to be that strict, it would be better to make that well known prior to checkin. We were planning to have my 1 to nephew and his mom come swim for a bit and it really altered our weekend. Had I known that I would have found a less expensive hotel to sleep in.

I stayed in a king suite with a kitchen. The bathroom was very large, had great water pressure, nice towels, however the lighting was very dim around the mirror but very bright in the shower. Was nice to relax with the couch and chair in living room very comfortable. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner worked great no noise. The hotel is out by itself so its very quite. Breakfast was okay your normal breakfast food. The staff were friendly, I would definitely stay again! They have a large pool and hot tub looked nice, I never used them. There is no place to eat close have to drive into town, but it's not far.

This is a nice new facility in the Algona area. Friendly check-in, even though we were late. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin. At 7:15 this morning the people on the next room began talking. This was in a normal conversational tone, nothing being shouted. It sounded lke they were in the room with us. It made me wonder what it sounded like when we were watching the end of the Houston-Duke game at 11.

I really liked the location of the hotel, easy to find and pretty quiet. The room was clean and well maintained. I liked the view from my room out the back of the hotel. Just farmland. Very Iowa. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the water in the bathroom. It smelled sort of off. But that's also an Iowa thing. The Internet access was quick. All in all, a good place to stay for a night or two.

New property as of 1/24. We booked the king suite with a kitchen, roomy, nicely furnished and huge bathroom. Only problem was water pressure in the shower—lacking at best. Staff was going to investigate why since this was unusual

The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel is that when you book through Expedia, you are required to give them a copy of your driver’s license and your credit card.. they don’t put it in the computer, they take a physical copy and just put it on their counter, unsecured. They really need to fix this, we don’t live in a day and age where this is an acceptable practice.

Even though it was quite busy, the lobby and breakfast area were kept vey clean. The hotel still seems new and had super white towels and bedding. We had a couple challenges of our own making but the staff was very understanding and helpful.

Oh how I wish I had photos! Asked for towels the the first morning and she said trash and towels would be done. They were not and when I called when we got back that evening I had to get them. First night alarm clock went off and we did not set it. Turned off and that was a snooze button and went off again. Next day our toilet clogged and had to call for that along with towels and trash. Only got toilet and towels. Staff was not friendly nor interested in us being a paying customer. Dropped off keys at the front desk this morning and two employees were looking at something and did not even look up at me and say anything. This was not enjoyable nor restful at all for our family.

Hotel is only 20 minutes away from Grotto of Redemption. Brand new, good service, nice breakfast, pool is open until midnight. Highly recommend.

Wet nice, new hotel at the edge of town. Room was good and comfortable. Limited breakfast selections. We go a call to the room 2 min until 11am reminding us check out time was 11. We had an event in town to go to and there was probably only a handful of people staying at the property. We thought that was a little rude to call.
