Perfect location in Vail village, great value, helpful staff, with a well equipped Gym and spa. They put out coffee, danish, yogurt etc every morning which is nice. Note they do allow dogs and there were many!

We were excited to stay at The Lodge, but unfortunately, our flight was canceled due to a storm. When we reached out to reschedule or gain a credit, we were given the runaround, and eventually, they stopped responding to our request. Disappointing, as we would have loved to have stayed there in the future when we visit family.

Need some renovations, furniture is with a lot of dents. 3 of my 7 nights we have an awful smell, our neighbors at night smoke weed, and all the smoke get thru the division door that connect rooms. Also The first night there was a beautiful white dog in other room, close to ours, and I thing they lived for some time alone in the night because was crying and barking for a couple hours. It’s my third time staying in this hotel, the other times everything was fine. The personnel of the hotel always excellent, very helpful and friendly
