The staff was not helpful, the ac broke and we had to ask front desk for two days straight for help. Then they overcharged us and haven't handled that yet either, just too busy. Would not stay again or recommend it. To many other places around that are very nice. And we have yet to receive the credit that they screwed up on. The valet staff were awesome - it is a shame because the property is so pretty.

One of the nicest hotel I have stayed in and even though it is not a new hotel, every thing is in impeccable condition. I think it is the only hotel I have ever stayed in where every single person on staff was super friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough about how great the staff were. Highly recommended!!!!

We stayed 2 nights and had no air Condtioning. We called the front desk the first night and he came up and looked at it. He told us it was not working and he would get us a different room. Hour went by and I called again and they said they would move us in the morning. The next morning came and called the front desk again, the last up front had no notes saying they were gonna move us. So she said she would get us moved in the afternoon and that she would text me when the new room is ready. We went all day with no text or call. So we had yet another night with no air conditioning. We left early due to the terrible service. We paid a lot of money to stay at a luxury resort but it was not worth it. We would like are money back or a refund of some sort.

I was initially leery after reading some of the reviews, but once I arrived, my husband and I received five-star treatment during our entire stay! The staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs. Zane was exceptional, going out of her way to make us feel very special. The housekeeping manager was also exceptional in his attention to making our stay special and stress free. Every communication with staff was kind and respectful. The facility was clean, well kept, up-to-date, simply divine! The only inconvenience was that the In-house restaurant was not open, but I was made aware of that before our arrival date. Another thing that I expected based on reading some of the reviews, was that there would be some hidden charges. Upon our checkout, I expected some charges, especially since we received such exceptional hospitality, including a complimentary bottle of wine, a charcuterie, board, an array of truffles in our room, and excellent valet services. We also knew that we would be responsible for tips for the complementary breakfast each morning, so we expected to see some charges on our final bill. To our surprise, our total charges for a five night stay was 17.00. I was certain that they forgot to put something on there so I asked a ton of questions to make sure nothing was forgotten and I was assured that it was accurate. I waited a few days to see if anything would show up on my credit card and it has not. The Arrabelle a 5-star must-stay and I highly recommend!

The Arabella is outstanding facility with tons of amenities, and a staff with friendly knowledgeable people. The location in Lionshead Village is at the heart of all the activities and a short walk away from Vail Village.

The Arrabelle has by far one of the best locations in all of Vail. As soon as you walk outside you're steps away from the Gondola. The staff is great and always looking accommodate. Especially the concierge. We had our two year old daughter with us and the concierge provided us with a ton of options for us to keep our daughter entertained. The breakfast included in our stay each morning was fantastic. There was a person making eggs to your liking. There was every kind of delicious pastry you could imagine. The chocolate croissants and banana bread were my favorite. This was our first time visiting Vail and we loved it. We will definitely be back and will look to stay at the Arrabelle again.

I really had a great time at this resort this fall. They were little short staff so a few things slipped through the cracks but the concierge, Natalie, was very accommodating and handled everything for us. The valet guys who also ran the hotel car service were top tier and so nice and accommodating. The only thing they don’t do is clean your room everyday, maybe it’s only in off season but this should be reviewed because it’s a perk of staying at a hotel… or at least should be, especially for a property like this. the robes, bath and fireplace in the room were amazing and enjoyable. Will definitely be back! thanks!
