I would chose another property for the price: wallpaper peeling in hallways, way over chlorinated pool, you smell the chlorine in the residential hallways, the rooms are old and littered with old furniture. Hotel NEEDS a Massive RENOVATION

Other than the convenience of the location, there’s really nothing to like about this hotel. The exterior and the grounds are poorly kept dilapidated. The interior of the rooms were nothing shy of deplorable with peeling paint leaking busted faucets, non-functioning television and cigarette burns in the bedsheets. Not small burns full cigar size holes burnt in the sheets of the made beds. Daylight shone through the gaping crack around the door. The lobby was presentable and possibly redone recently on a shoestring budget. The fitness center was in shambles, and the pool was closed for repair.

Ice maker and vending machine didn't work on fourth floor. Lost a dollar, no big deal, but was told by staff that I could just go to another floor. Breakfast was okay, but no where to sit as the place was full. Chair near the window and desk chair both had stains on them. Air conditioner worked poorly.

It has a pool which is nice. It doesn't have any live tv channels or cable. It has some TV but I'm unsure what those four channels are showing. This may be because the price was so reasonable

Place has fitness facilities and a pool. Rooms are dated but clean and bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is awesome. The restaurant on the property is also great. The area is convenient for travel purposes. Parking is good. Staff is responsive and courteous.

I love the location , the hotel was clean , pool was a plus & great staff ! But as a single mom who stayed with her 2 year old on the first floor Key cards should be the only way to enter through doors that aren’t main lobby. Safety lacked.

We got what we paid for.....medium/low staff involvement. I actually felt the need and got a broom to sweep up the floor in front of the toaster on one morning (we were there for 7 nights). The parking was good.

The gentleman at the desk was friendly and provided good customer service at checkin. The primary problem was that the room was and all furnishings were very old and dirty in a long time filth and use way. It appeared that the cleaning staff had done a good job but the chairs, sheets , carpet etc were stained and just disgusting. The walls were damaged . There were bugs in bathroom .

Upon entering the room I was appalled at the dirty chair and ottoman that was in the corner. I called down to the front desk to asked if there were rooms available with clean furniture and was told that the dirty chair is the norm at this hotel. Other than the extremely soiled furniture the room appeared to be clean. There are a number of eateries within walking distance. The WiFi is sketchy.

We stayed at this motel/hotel for a weekend trip, and the only good part was the easy check-in after our flight . When we checked in, we were so tired we didn’t notice a condom on the floor of the room(#437) and stained sheets until we woke up the next morning. When we went down to address the issue, the front desk agent ignored the fact we were waiting for help for 15 mins and when we told her our issue, she showed no empathy or urgency to correct their disgusting room. She said, “There’s nothing I can do; there is new management” and told me to write a review. She mentioned that someone would come clean our room, so we left for breakfast, and when we came back, the condom was still on the floor. Nothing was cleaned when we spoke with the cleaning people; they stated that there is an order that they must follow. Again, no urgency or empathy. The front desk lady stated that the manager always reviews the rooms after the cleaning crew clean, which was a lie, and she also stated that the manager is not available until Sunday morning, the same day we leave. Terrible experience, truly gross.

This hotel was awful. The place is not cleaned very well. The room has electric plates falling off the wall. Could not close shades so the light from the parking lot made the room seem like daylight. I went to take the box of Kleenex out of bathroom and it was stuck to the counter. The mattresses were lumpy. I would not recommend this place. Overall dirty . Needs a complete overhaul. There was also a dog that barked in the parking lot.

I went healthy and came back with waist pain. The bed was like a raft. The sprigs in the mattress were making excessive noice as I turned on my sides on the king's bed. The carpet in the room was sticky and the couch with the stool were tainted with dirts and marks that looked like animal drool. The hair dryer in the bathroom was just decoration. It was not working and not usable. The shower was splashing everywhere. I met 4 customers at the front desk with complaints when I went to lodge mine about my unexpected mishaps in my room to the representative at the front desk. They were also complaining with similar ordeal. The Front desk person said housekeeping and the maintenance were not available. There was no bodywash but three body lotions and one shampoo. There was no conditioner. I had to get them from the front desk myself when it was time to take a shower. The food was monotonous. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room was dank. Dirty and dusty carpet with rips and stains. Bugs in room. Wall light switches were dirty. Fridge freezer had layers of old ice build up, microwave had food remnants. Phone was dirty. Bathroom was clean, I’ll give them that. Got off elevator on wrong floor, carpet in hall was all ripped up. Expedia photos are not a good representation of actual rooms. Checked out after one night. (Took pictures, so I have back up) Also, site says they have a shuttle from train but that is no longer available.

Our room had no internet! It was toward the back of the building and it's as if the connection stopped at a certain point. When I was walking towards the lobby, I could see the internet connect at a certain point but once I got close to my room and in my room it was completely gone. I even did the wifi123.org on the little triangle in the room and that didn't work and I called the phone number and was hung up on. I just did work in the lobby which was inconvenient. The first lady I told made me seem like I was crazy because she said no one else had complained. But I couldn't even watch netflix or any other app because no connection lol! The guy in the morning was nice enough to ask if we wanted to change rooms but that was even more inconvenient but very kind of him to offer. I just sucked it up since we were leaving the next morning. And the other thing was the shower. You have to hold it down to drain in!!!! OMG How incredibly inconvenient. Needless to say, I only took one shower and used the sink to wash up the next day. Other than that, it was a clean and pleasant room and there was a balcony!! Oh my I cannot recall the last time I had a balcony in a hotel room!

Left at 4am when the guy in the room next to mine tried to break into my room through the door that joins the two rooms. It was not the most secure door either as it was dated and old. The noise woke me up , thank goodness, and I left in my what I was wearing. Also it was ice cold on there and so I slept with 2 pr of socks, a winter hat, 2 shirts and 2 or swear pants. Do not recommend at all. Underneath the beds looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in many years. Just filthy. Not at all safe

The building looked like they were trying to update, just not there yet. Toilet wasn't clean, wouldn't even flush a piece of toilet paper. The shower constantly leaked and had no water pressure. Paid for a king size bed, but received something a lot smaller.

The service was great and the room cleanliness was good overall. The two complaints I have are 1- the room the was uncomfortably warm upon check-in because the a/c was set to fan. We turned on the a/c but it took several hours to get to a comfortable temp and it was still uncomfortably warm at bed time. 2- The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in. It was extremely “bouncy” and loud. Every time one of us moved it’d wake the other person up. Also, the bed bowed in the middle so when you laid on the bed, each of us would roll into the middle of the bed. I woke up with noticeable back and neck pain.

Breakfast was repulsive. Food was overcooked and tasteless. It gave me stomach issues. Also, the TV did not work. We could've use the remote or the buttons to change the channels and the picture was distorted. In addition to that, the bed was HORRIBLE. My husband and I did not sleep well at all. We could feel the springs in the mattress and when we were sitting or laying on the bed, we sunk right in while it creaked and squeaked. I was only in town for one night as I had a conference to attend at Quinnipiac University. But I felt as though the hotel gave me that room knowing I would only be there for that one night, so I didn't matter to them.

Trying to check out. Waited at least 10 minutes. No one at the desk. Also wanted to report that the closet door was broken. Checked in a little early. Got a room on an upper floor requiring the longest walk to the elevator and then the longest walk to the room (with lots of luggage using the cart), which then had to be returned. Asked for a room on the lobby floor and was told nothing was available.

The young lady who checked me in was wonderful it was the manager who was very rude. I asked the young lady who was checking me in to give me a room in the back so I can see my car. The manager screamed across the hotel no, she was so unprofessional and rude. Then the room that I was given when I went to check in, I was welcome with garbage in front of my room, dirty laundry and that stayed there all night and even the next day when I checked out, it was still there.

I stayed here for an emergency night, needed a place to sleep. Wen I arrived late night to check in , the front desk had to charge me for another room and told me to speak with the manger in the morning. When I woke up and tried to, manager was out. I have been calling weekly manager never there and never returns my messages. Poor customer service.

We had to be changed to 4 different rooms as each room had various equipment that did not work. Our final room had a problem with the bathroom light dimming & blinking. None of the phones in the rooms worked so you had to walk down to the front desk for any assistance needed We stayed for 3 nights. The room seem to be pretty clean The staff were very friendly and helped the best they could, but they did not have a maintenance crew on duty in the evening to fix any of the problems in the rooms

Manager was very helpful and accommodating. She made sure we knew how to use the hot tub and provided us pool towels. She checked on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything. Breakfast was fresh and bed was comfy! Plan on this being my go to spot for a toddler friendly pool.

It was okay the tv didn’t work despite us asking them to fix it multiple times , the toilet didn’t flush well so we use our ice bucket to catch water to flush it , bending machines were not working with no other way to get snacks , and the steps had cobwebs like it hadn’t been clean in months, our room had a funny smell . I am happy to know it was only 1 night I couldn’t have stayed any longer

Good value considering the much higher rates locally...... Never been the cleanest area of time but still good place for a short stay... Very convenient to 2 major highways and tons of retial , fuel , convenience areas. Bottom line is I always book there when I go back East...... Obviously could use a few touch ups here or there, but overall we had a great two night stay! Room was clean, bed was comfy, a/c worked great. Plus it was conveniently located right off the highway, and only 15 minutes from town.
