Hilton Mystic

It was a nice visit to Mystic Village, Mystic, and cruise on the Argia. It's a nice walk to Mystic Village and the Aquarium. A very short drive to downtown, the draw bridge, and the Argia. The S&P Oyster Restaurant and Bar was very good, although there are many restaurants to choose from. There are also many shops to browse in town.

Great rooms! Amazing location, within walking distance from several restaurants and shopping. Also across the street from the aquarium!

It was very nice and clean. The only concern was the towels were scratchy.

Great staff and a great stay for my family.

When we walked in our room, it smelled like cigarettes. Unable to get a refund from booking through hotels.com, the manager immediately offered to ozone our room in which we needed to leave for an hour. It was an improvement upon our return. She also offered us free dinner. We ate offsite but it was nice. Sadly, the smell returned the next day. The staff was helpful and it was a convenient location but more suited for families with young children. If you want a more serene place, I would go elsewhere. The staff was great, I would not return as the hotel rooms could use an update, quite shabby, and the air system had a permanent cigarette odor in our room. We would have left if we were able to get a refund.
