I asked for towels and washcloths and the housekeeping hung up our dirty ones and what I asked about it. The front desk says you only get clean ones every two days housekeeping never went in to empty trash or tidy up. Shower curtain was disgustingly dirty when we first went in had them replace it as for extra pillows brought one in that was flatter than a board refrigerator was never plugged in so the milk I bought spoiled due to not a cold refrigerator curtains had holes in it all over the place, so the lights came in not sleep. Should I continue or they also blame me for having a dog because I had a dog leash that I had to do exercises on a knee replacement that I had 15 weeks ago very budget and will never go to another budget inn in my life. in my opinion, I should have a full refund on how rude and unprofessional the owner of the budget inn was.

This hotel smelled disgusting. There is something seriously wrong. I don't know if they have a mold problem or stuff rotting in the walls, but it smells repugnant, and I do not use that word choice lightly. I didn't even stay the night, I drove an hour away to another hotel. The smell was so bad I thought that I initially thought I was booked in a smoking room. I don't care whether they have mold or something that is a health hazard, it smelled repugnant. It was thick and hung in the air. The guy at the front desk tried to lecture me like a child and say that it was just a musty smell because it was humid outside and the hotel was near the water. He wouldn't hear a word that I was saying, he kept cutting me off, interrupting me, and talking down to me. I was pissed. He refused to refund me when I told him I was leaving because of the stench.

The place is rundown and dated the owner from behind the desk, came to the door and unlocked it with bare feet and it’s not cheap. I don’t recommend.

Just. Don’t. Sleep in your car. Swamp smell, rooms terrible condition. Dead bug AND the last renter’s soap in the shower.Missing curtain in front of window. One wash cloth and two hand towels were the linens left. Am writing to the Rhode Island Board of Health. Can’t believe this place is in business. Where all dreams, and at least one person have gone to die.

I would give it zero stars but that wasn't an option. To start with the sign to the hotel is not lit up, that should have been our 1st clue. The lobby looks like a tornado hit a yard sale. The bed squeaked so loud my husband and I woke each other up every time we rolled over. The pillows were so flat that might have been envelopes. The shower did have hot water but the curtain had holes in it and there was no cover on the bathroom light/fan. When we travel we are really just looking for a place to shower and sleep, I would never sleep here again.
