We were traveling to New York City to move our son. We needed a safe place to park our U-haul and a refrigerator to keep his food cold overnight. That is why we chose this Residence Inn.First of all, I reserved the nonrefundable room for the wrong night. I immediately realized my mistake and the hotel graciously adjusted the date. Thumbs up! All in all, it was a nice place, well kept and close to the highway. The breakfast was great and the employees pleasant. The only downside to our stay was the unmade sofa bed. We arrived late in a driving rainstorm and were exhausted. We were in our pjs when we opened the unmade bed and realized there were no linens in the room to make it up and no extra towels for the morning. So, my son had to get dressed and traipse down to the lobby for linens. I'm not sure what the hotel's policy is but if you're expecting a 3rd guest, the sofa bed should be made or bedding and towels should be provided. It was not the end of the world, more likely a housekeeping snafu, but an annoyance nevertheless. Otherwise, our stay was fine so I gave an excellent rating.

I traveled with my husband and 12 year old grandson. Our suite was perfect. I found the staff to be friendly and professional! We arrived just before the pool was being closed for renovations so we were able to swim, one of the reasons I chose the hotel!!

The location and rooms are very nice. The facility is clean and has many amenities. I was disappointed in the housekeeping routine. I was not informed that they only clean the rooms once a week at check-in. Then I called the front counter after my room was not cleaned, and they apologized and said they would have it cleaned the next day. That didn't happen again. This lack of cleaning occurred for several days, and then one of the front counter staff informed me that they don't clean daily unless requested. I requested it from then on daily, but it never happened. During my entire 8-night stay, I was only able to get my room cleaned once, and they didn't change the bedding during that quick clean. I have to travel to Rocky Hill monthly and was planning on using this facility, but I'm going to try others due to the cleaning schedule and lack of communication.

We stayed there for 3 nights and the staff did not change the linen even after requesting for housekeeping. Breakfast was the worst we ever had at Residence inn. No bread, French toast were very hard, uneatable. Smoking and marijuana smell in whole facility.

Old and run down - paid close to $300 a night! Sheets for the pull out bed were ripped, the pull out bed had all kinds of chips and crumbs under it. Room was darkly lit to hide how old and gross the carpet was. Lol, even light switch sparked when we turned it on!

Man selling and smoking weed outside in parking lot. Could smell it iny room. Was there 4 days and they never cleaned my room while I was there and carpet was never vacced prior to my arrival. Would not recommend.

The room was fine. Requested an infant bed but the first one delivered was not set up and broken on one side. Our room was next to open courtyard where guests were very loud close to 11pm and we were with an infant. Desk clerk did nothing. Kids were running up and down hall. My daughter finally went out to talk to other guests. Breakfast bar was good. Do not think we would stay there again mostly for staff indifference

Cleanliness aweful. Trash from previous occupants was still in the room and it was stinking. When we called front desk the lady (Maham) was outright rude and abusive. Such behavior is outrageous.

I didn’t like that I had a 12 noon checkout and the key card to re-enter (after putting my bags in the car)….STOPPED working at 11:55am!!! Also, I had a knock at the door at 11:45 from housekeeping…I told them I was leaving in 10 minutes!! All was fine up until the exit! I did NOT enjoy being rushed out and the key card being shut down at 11:55!
