Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

Suites are in staired separate units from the main facility and there are not elevators. My unit had stained furniture and dirty washcloths left from prior tenants that were never cleared out or replaced, and a heater door inside the bathroom that had a broken lock on it and leaked whenever the neighboring unit flushed their toilet. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was standard fair and had ample seating. Outside gathering area was a nice pavilion. No parking/pull off for check in area, but the units had lots of parking nearby.

When I arrived there was no one at the desk to greet me. The desk attendant finally came out after 3 or 4 minutes of me standing there. Ultimately I got checked in and I told the representative that I had another reservation that was double booked. He never looked it up and told me that there was only one. Ultimately I was charged for the other one as I was marked as a no show. The next day I worked with another representative at the front desk Ashley who was incredibly helpful and was able to correct the issue. Thank you Ashley.

This hotel was fantastic right from the start. The gentleman at the check-in counter was very nice and quick. The room was very clean, quiet and roomy. The hotel is only about a 3 minute drive (if that) to the airport. Great stay thank you!

Staff was pleasant, however several things were not the best. There were little black bugs on ceiling of the shower area and a screw in the toilet. We told the front desk, but nothing changed. Very bright light outside of bedroom window shining into room made it hard to sleep. Breakfast provided was adequate but really nothing special.
