Outstanding customer service 👏 👌!! The 2 representatives (I fail to remember their names) were incredibly attentive. My check in was faster than any other hotel. I recently stayed at another location owned by Holiday Inn Express located in Solomons Island, MD and the impeccable service is the same. My room was huge, I mean it could've boarded a family of six. Bright sunshine shines through the room via sheer curtains accompanied by room darkening drapes. The room came well furnished with office space. The bathroom was snow white and the bath linen was bleach white 😃. There is ample parking around the entire building along with a beautiful pool area. So far , my stay with this company far outshines any other company. I'm on my way to Cape Cod next week and I hope to find another Holiday Inn Express to board.

The room was very clean, up to date and low noise, it was only 5 minutes from the venue, staff are very friendly and informational. Although breakfast was from 6 to 10 we opted out and ate at a restaurant. I’d recommend this hotel .

Our room was musty and the carpets were dirty/wet. We had difficulty getting hot water in the shower. We had some issues with check in that could have gone smoother if the person at the front desk was more helpful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was surprising tasty; although the milk in the refrigerator was spoiled and curdled. All in all, we would NOT stay here again.

It has been 3yrs since our last visit. We always pick this hotel whenever were in this area because of the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. There is a good selection of the free breakfast and the food was great. I would recommend this hotel if your looking for a nice place to stay

We travel from Louisiana and stayed here in Harriting Several times. This is the only time we encountered roaches in the room understand they hard to control sometimes. just thought it need to be addressed. still look forward to spending time at this Holiday Inn express in the near future.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. There was hair in the shower but i cleaned it, it wasn't real bad. Heat flow overall was decent, I always bring a mini fan to help me sleep better. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was decent 👌

I pre paid for bigger room and photos showed a separate sitting area with sofa. I paid extra money for this room type and they gave me regular 2 bed room. I could have went somewhere else for half the price for the room I ended up getting but paid much more for a regular room

The suite itself was roomy with wide spaces between beds and other furniture. Beds were more comfortable than others we have stayed in. However the toilet was very low with no support bar to help lift you. There was no hot water when we arrived nor any hot water the next day. The kitchenette had a sink BUT no faucet so we had to get water from bathroom to cook food. The refrigerator would not get cold even after turning all the way up and only kept our food/drinks cool. The free breakfast had a lot of empty spaces with no replacement dishes being made. They had closed the indoor pool for the season so we couldn’t even relax with a swim. I want to note that you have to crossed a two lane (each direction) highway and there is only a stop sign there, one of my traveling companions was involved and injured in a three car accident leaving hotel. There needs to be a stop light here.

The staff was very accommodating when we checked in. Our suite was huge which was great! The rooms were clean although the bathroom shower could have benefited from a better scrub because there was a little buildup on the glass and some marks that were higher up that shouldn't have been there. The sink outside of the bathroom was disconnected and didn't have a faucet. If we wanted to clean something off we had to do it in the bathroom sink.

The staff was wonderful at the front desk. Unfortunately and unique in my experience are thick curtains that looks like room darkening curtains and seem to be ready to keep out the sun. Unfortunately they DO NOT CLOSE . They were obviously designed not to close because they aren't big enough to meet. We're here with our 7 year old grandson and didn't realize it until he was ready to go asleep.

We had the best stay here at the Harrington location. The staff was so friendly and helpful anytime we needed them. There was literally nothing to complain about. From entering and exiting I was acknowledged, during my time at breakfast the food was fresh and delicious, my room was clean, modern and the hospitality team was attentive to my needs and made me feel at home. Overall it was a 10/10 I highly recommend.

My daughter and I had no hot water to take showers the entire 3 night stay, it was horrible! When I called front desk to let them know, they said there was nothing they could do, and would offer me points! I needed hot water! Called the supervisor, left message never received a call back. Front desk was extremely rude, and unwilling to help or even show care that we had no hot water. I am now home and never received "points" and had to pay full price regardless that we had no hot water and couldn't take showers Extremely disappointed in the way this hotel is managed and the amount of care they give to guests.

Yes, we were charged $ 143.00.The fee shown on the Internet was different from what we were asked to pay plus another $ 40.00 for incidentials. The front desk staff was not friendly as was advertised online. On line room fee $ 107 with taxes included. Hotel room fee was $ 129.00 plus taxes and incidentials. Thanks for asking and giving me the opportunity to provide feedback.

Just stayed one night. Was in area for a wedding celebration. A fine hotel for our needs. Close location to where the celebration was. Ample parking. Had two rooms and they were able to have us side by side. Female staff member at check in was lovely, helpful and kind. We had a late check in and appreciated the kindness. In morning had a great breakfast and the women staff member taking care of the breakfast area made sure everything was well stocked. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Our room was warm and took a while to cool down. The second room was much cooler. My only real complaint would be the cost of the room. For a standard hotel, that is at least 30 minutes from the beach, the cost was twice as much as I would normally pay. Perhaps the cost is high because near a casino, which is not my thing. So if not for the wedding celebration more than likely would not stay again. But still highly recommend it for anyone needing to stay in the area.

Nice clean property with indoor corridors and spacious rooms. This hotel is less than a 5 minute drive from the Harrington Casino and about an hour from the Delaware beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

I made reservations 3 months in advance for 1 week in order to be near my daughter after having her 1st baby. I also made a reservation for another night but things changed & she ended up not needing me to come that day ( I work full time) In any event, I was hoping I could pick another day so I wouldn’t loose the money. I suggested tacking it onto my week long stay coming up but they would NOT accommodate my request in any way. I know for a fact that They have the availability for 1 room in sept on a Sunday.The woman I spoke with was very nice but the manager /owner would not accommodate us at all! Not very good business. I told the rest of my family/friends to pick a different hotel when they come to visit so they don’t have to deal with any issues! There are plenty to pick from in that area.

Dear Hotel Manager/Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had reserved two rooms, numbers 306 and 320, and my experience was far below expectations. Specifically, room 320 was never cleaned during our stay. I was forced to empty my own trash and make my own bed the entire time. Additionally, I had to request clean towels every single day. Furthermore, we never had the opportunity to use the pool because it was consistently "temporarily closed until after 3." This trip was intended to help me decide if Delaware would be a suitable place for me to buy property and retire. Unfortunately, this stay left a very poor first impression. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into these service failures. I look forward to your response regarding how this matter will be addressed.
