it was new years eve. we got there and were informed the hot tub wasnt working. but would be up and running tomorrow at 8 am! no use to us then. this si the 2nd time ive been to this hotel and both time the hot tub was out of commission. disappointing.

We stayed here last year and loved everything, location, parking and especially the lobby area and bar. This time the place seemed very understaffed, bar was almost never open, the energy of the place seemed low. Spa seemed understaffed, no appointments available, no email back from the spa when I was trying to book a treatment in advance of our check in. Pool hours were cut short of the posted times, so we were told we could not swim at 9pm, but posted hours were until 11pm. Staff seemed burned out and a little on edge, not mean or nasty, just not helpful. We will likely not return again.

Checkin staff was not friendly, did not mention when cookies were served in the afternoon, as such missed that amenity. Very disappointed that the hot tub was not operational, again staff very unfriendly when asking for an update on if the hot tub would be operational, for a Spa this should not happen. Location was great. Check out staff was very friendly.

The hot tub was out of order for our three day stay. We had booked 2 rooms, 3 adults specifically to enjoy the hot tub on a daily basis. Management did not respond to my request for compensation,instead I was told by front office staff that ‘since everyone was affected, they will not comp anything’

Our room overlooked the garden. The garden is very well laid out in terms of seating. It's quiet and peaceful with a koi pond and trickling water. The room was not huge but the square footage is stated on the website, so it's odd that some people complain. The room was perfect for myself and my daughter; everything sparkling clean. The hotel offers a free very ample breakfast. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day. There is also a bar and available menu with fresh sandwiches, etc. Parking is easy and free. The hotel is just a couple blocks away from the shopping and dining on Rehoboth Blvd. The only potential downside I can see is that if you have children and are counting on the pool, the pool is tiny.

The property is beautiful. The staff are attentive. The location is convenient. Laundry is self-service but is free (bring your own detergent,etc). The free breakfast is very nice and includes eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels & lox, etc. I highly recommend this property.

Basically, good. Be aware that during the summer season you will be charged $15. Per night parking fee in addition to what you thought was payment in full to hotels.com. Bellmoor Inn should have clearly stated this when reservation was made. 2 stars for ecology rating because 2 fireplaces in sitting rooms were on during high heat days with the air conditioning blowng out- craxzy!

Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. I loved the convenience of the hotel. The proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants was perfect for us. The golf cart shuttle to the beach was super convenient as well.

Our room was dirty and smelled so gross. Like the worst BO and stinky feet you can imagine. And the windows don’t open so you can’t air out the room. It was awful and made our stomachs turn. And the pool was super murky and looked unclean. I wouldn’t let my daughter go in. We won’t be coming back here.

Spotless property, exceptional staff, incredible food and every detail meticulously planned and executed. We travel multiple times a year and stay at high end places, they can’t compare to this. Hands down best hotel we have stayed at. I cannot say enough good things .

The place is beautiful with the exception of the carpet in the rooms which looked discolored and old. Staff was very friendly. Love that has options for lounging and full breakfas and it is in walking distance to the beach snd restaurants.

For the amount we paid to stay here was not worth it! Our room was tiny with an ac window unit that was incredibly loud. There was dust on the ceiling fan, that landed on our bed when it was turned on and the paint was chipping in the bathroom. We paid a little over $2,000 for a 4 night stay, I expected a better experience and was really disappointed!!

The hotel was really nice and walkable from the boardwalk and beach. The hotel itself was really nice and breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and very nice looking. Everything was clean except for the floors. The carpet definitely needed to be cleaned and/or replaced. Would definitely stay again (hopefully the dirty carpet was just that one room).

The Bellmore has beautiful amenities, including inside lobby nooks, outside garden area, small adult pool, excellent location, very nice included breakfast, etc. Our room, in the garden area, however, was small and with average decor. Better, if possible, to stay in the main building (more expensive). Window A/C was noisy, sink is in the room with bed, not bathroom and tub/shower has no grab-bars. Lovely hotel and overall property but need to select room carefully.

Was cozy and had a good breakfast buffet. People should be able to choose where they would like to sit for the breakfast buffet and should not have to "sign in"? No one is going to walk in off the street for it. Air conditioner was noisy and blows right on you over the bed so you can't sleep on the one side of the bed and i had to block it with pillows to sleep on the other side of the king size bed. I would never EVER pay to park at a hotel I am already paying to stay in during the "on" season!!! Stayed with you because no charge for parking right now.

Great walkable hotel with loads of charm. Staff was AMAZING. Our dinners were very inexpensive but delicious. Bed was very comfy. Issues…tub not draining, breakfast could be better. WiFi was inconsistent, bathroom VERY small. Would’ve appreciated being able to connect to my steaming service.

In a word, disappointing. I have stayed and Bellmoor a few times over the years and I can tell is due for a renovation. My room looked outdated, noisy a/c wall unit, old uncomfortable mattress, worn out area rugs, unusable coffee machine, etc. For daily charges over 500k a night I expected more. It’s a pity, it used to be a great resort in the heart of Rehoboth.

In a word, disappointing. I have stayed and Bellmoor a few times over the years and I can tell is due for a renovation. I highly recommend the Bellmoor. It's a lovely hotel which is beautifully maintained. Check in was easy, the staff welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was great in a garden like dining room. We just had an overnight stay so did not have time to use the many amenities. The Golf cart ride to the beach made our stay so easy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to return!

I highly recommend the Bellmoor. It's a lovely hotel which is beautifully maintained. Check in was easy, the staff welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was great in a garden like dining room. We just had an overnight stay so did not have time to use the many amenities. The Golf cart ride to the beach made our stay so easy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to return!

That said, on a holiday weekend where three nights totaled $1,700, I was a little surprised to see an extra charge for early check-in or late check-out. Reallly liked this property! Lovely independent hotel, not a chain. Large comfortable rooms and great staff. Walking distance to the beach, or take the free hotel shuttle. Enjoyed the breakfast as well.

We were a little disappointed in The Bellmoor. There were some nice touches and you could tell that at one point it was a premium hotel but it seems that is being lost and that they are needing to cut costs. The breakfast was disappointing, some of the decor was in need of upgrading. It was an underwhelming experience.

There was no omelet station, no grab and go lunches, no hot tub. Restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday. On the plus side the crab cake sandwich was excellent.

Love the lounge areas with fireplaces. Breakfast was not very good at all this visit. Cleaning staff left a bag of garbage and all the dirty linen on a bench outside our door. The woman at the front desk didn’t really seem to care about it.

A diamond in the middle of it all. Nice comfortable rooms traditionally decorated. Nice size room. Breakfast was super nice, custom omelette bar was great. Beautiful breakfast room and courtyard area. Great little bar spot for cocktails before dinner. Family friendly and spotlessly clean throughout.

We LOVED this place. This was our first time to Rehoboth, and we came in the off-season, so it was extremely quiet. The Bellmoor Inn is lovely and charming. We had a garden room, which is small and intimate, which was great for us. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The daily breakfast was great, but be aware they don't offer the omelette station anymore - their online description is outdated. But what they did offer was really good. We loved Rehoboth and will definitely stay at The Bellmoor next time.

very nice breakfast choices The ceiling fan in room 208 was very dirty. We also found an empty water bottle on the night stand when we got there. The TV sucked! No channels would come in and stay in!

Staff for most part was fine. The bartender was excellent. But aside from her nobody was excellent…all just doing their job. Room was clean. Breakfast was good but noisy and crowded. Nice to have the underground parking. Guess you can’t expect excellence from Roehobeth in July. Probably the best you can expect.
