It was a very nice place but they need to update the hallways rugs which looked very dirty and not kept the room was awesome but one small hand bar doesn’t cut it. Jacuzzi was a plus and no elevator for people with disabilities not good.

The staff was very friendly. My only concern is that the pool area has lots of mold and with people being in there they could get sick and the floor around needs to be cleaned. The rooms were great! Check in was easy, breakfast was great.

Decent place, very convenient to main roads and shopping. Indoor Pool area was clean but shows wear. Spa was closed. Hot breakfast was good. Service was scarce but good. Beds were comfortable, Good for our first weekend visiting Rehobeth.

Clean and convenient location. Friendly staff. Free breakfast was pretty sparse and there is no elevator, so if you don’t do stairs, you need to ask for a first floor room.

It was very disappointing that the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub did not work. One of the reasons we choose this hotel was because there was a pool and hot tub. the rooms were nice the breakfast was good the staff was kind.

The location of the hotel is great to get to Rehoboth beach. The advertised hot tub was broke the entire trip with no evidence of any attempts to have it fixed and it appeared to have been down for a while. The advertised breakfast buffet is basic continental. Only one staff member was pleasant to guests.

The tub was dirty and the sink was clogged when we first checked in. After waking up with a headache we noticed the mold everywhere and the stuffy smell. I’ve stayed here before because they’re dog friendly, but this was an atrocity. This hotel needs to be investigated as it seems like a health hazard.

Rugs in the hall were filthy. Room 119 smelled of mold when you walk in. There was mold on the ceiling and lamp shade. We had to leave and pay for another room elsewhere. No one from the hotel cared just shrugged their shoulders when I complained. Oh yeah forgot about the cockroach on the wall.

The $20 early check in, I think is really lame. Do you have a room ready or not? Plus the bathtub was gross, tiny hairs at the bottom. I took pictures to document it. I used to really like this hotel, but I don't know any more in the future.

Staff&Breakfast were Great! Trayvon clerk A+.The antiquated property needs updated or razed!!! The staff can't fix the infrastructure!!! 1-Filthy! carpets walking in front door. 2-MOLD!! in bathroom! no water pressure, rusty plumbing/fixtures 3-ANTS!!! crawling on our luggage that was on floor 4- a SLUG came in through the A/C unit!!! That was wonderful to wake up to crawling down the wall in the morning!!!! AVOID at ALL Costs!!!! They wanted $200 a night Expedia made it $150. I wouldn't want my worst enemies to stay there unless it was free!! They wanted $40 to check in early. We ran out of the place at 8am!! Rehoboth is a wonderful town and a ghetto place like this shouldn't exist. We will be contacting the Chamber of Commerce regarding such a dilapidated dump!!!!

I have 1 complaint. The floors were not vacuumed or washed. Upon entering, there was dog food in various places spread out around the floor. The bathroom floor was full of black dog hair. It's the first time that this has happened to me considering I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. Just no excuse for that.

Friendly staff and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was definitely not clean - multiple different shade and length of hair on the floor and by the wall/toilet area. Carpets were worn and dated and an unusual odor greeted us when we opened our door to the room.

Room was clean and couldn't hear folks in other rooms, aside from a noisy dog that was staying nearby. Some fast breakfast options available with coffee all day, which we really appreciated. A ton of great dining options nearby, some walkable. Not too far from the beach. Indoor pool attached to the hotel was nice. One night we needed more towels and received them immediately. They were really fast and helpful. I think I would have liked a towel bar in the bathroom. Had to rest my towel on the back of the toilet while showering.

Simply a basic hotel with basic rooms and basic accommodations. They are clean, provide a fridge, coffee maker with basic, run-of-the-mill coffee packets (disgusting), better coffee at reception, staff was professional and courteous, and “breakfast” provides a little something for everyone. Two (2) suggestions for improvement: 1. The blackout-blinds in at least my room was useless as it did not fit (fill-in) the opening of the window completely and the eastern, morning sun inundated the room. 2. Would someone PLEASE, PLEASE put some grease or lubricant on the automatic, sliding doors at the entrance - like nonstop water torture! At 99$ a night plus tax it’s not a bad value.

Rooms were clean and modern. If you are staying for a while there are no longer dressers with drawers in these rooms and no closets. So storing clothes are a bit of a problem.

The king room with fireplace was very spacious. It had pullout 2 sofas and a king size bed along with a fridge and microwave. I alway wear something on my feet at home and away, my traveling companion doesn’t. He said the floor was filthy and something on the sheets on his side of the bed was stained. He complained the whole time! The breakfast was blah and the carpet thruout the place needs to be replaced. Although the room was big and can sleep 6, it was missing a closet, the description said it had an iron which was not in the room. It was no where to eat in that big room unlike the smaller rooms. I seen a table in one when we were checking out. The good thing is, it’s by everything and it’s easy to locate. We went to the outlets multiple times during our stay. It has a lot of food places and activities near by and the beach was extremely close. The staff was nice and accommodating . If you’re looking for convenient and affordable and not picky then this is the place for you. If you’re picky I suggest you find better accommodations because this place is meager.

Bed mattresses are on a piece of slippery wood so every time you moved on the bed the mattress would move. Husband almost tripped over this wood. I hit my shin several times on it. Breakfast was not worth taking the time to even eat it. Water came out of the drink machine, when it was supposed to be lemonade. Milk tasted old.

Overall it seemed nice at first glance. After the first day we started to notice things. Like rust on metal fixtures and doorways. The hallway carpet was very dirty and stained. Looks like it has never been cleaned. The bathroom door knob was coming off. The table in the room was extremely wobbly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The hallway fire extinguisher had exposed broken glass and there was no extinguisher. There was dirt, possibly mold on the shower wall that was easily wiped off. There was a large dark brown stain on the wall by the sink. The room key cards stopped working 3 times in our 2 night stay. The pool was nice but also dirty. For being pet friendly it was quiet even on the first floor.

I had a family emergency and had to cancel I called them the night I was supposed to show up. I also understood that the first night would not be refunded but I left three messages and when I finally got the manager she told me it was a no show and I would not be getting any refund

The staff was great, everyone did their job and answered any and all questions I had. I loved the pool and the hot tub. It was very clean and inviting in the hotel lobby, the Christmas decorations and warm fire were oh so cozy. Beautifully dog friendly as well.

Their front desk service does not help you in anyway basically tells you there’s nothing we can do for you. I payed almost 400$ to stay for the weekend and the room had no blinds so the street likes kept me and my husband up and we by the front desk, put a blanket over the window at if we payed to stay in a trap house !! They were very unprofessional !

Very friendly staff. Clean room & comfortable beds. We had a problem with our TV not working & as soon as I went to the desk to let them know, someone came up & had it fixed within 10 minutes. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Only boiled eggs. No fruit of any kind & no orange juice. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working & we were looking forward to using that in the evening. Great small motel otherwise. I would stay here again.

It was nice to see the renovation to the rooms. The hot tub / spa is still not working after several years. We were surprised to note the carpet in the hallways has not been replaced and is very dirty / showing wear. We also noted fewer items on the continental breakfast.

This hotel offers decent amenities at a good price. The breakfast was pretty nice with the make your own waffles. They did offer some pastries as well as some hard boiled eggs, cereal, things like that. No fruit which would have been a bonus. The staff was very nice and friendly. The pool area was great, spa was not in working order but didn't effect me much. My only real complaint was my room. The bathroom was still dirty and there was hair in the shower. You could feel the sand all over the floor in the main area. The TV remote was sticky and had food on the buttons. The phone in the room (which I didn't need anyway) was filthy and not even working. I'd probably just remove those if they are not going to be cleaned. The beds were comfy and the AC worked nicely. I would give them another shot at least.

Good affordable option that allows pet and free ample parking. The staff were very friendly and they provide a good printed resource stand in the lobby. They are close to the bus line which will take you to the beach for $2 each way. The rooms have been remodeled and are clean with comfortable beds. The A/C worked wonderfully during heat dome. However the tub of the shower needs to be replaced as they were dirty with flaking paint. The free breakfast was a bit skimpy but appreciated. Overall a pleasant experience.

Room was clean but beaten up with bumps and gouges in wood trim, damage to toilet seat. Carpet in the hallway was originally blue/gray but is now dark brown from dirt and wear. Reasonably priced but badly in need of renovation. Just a ten minute drive from Rehoboth boardwalk. Breakfast was fair, milk, yogurt, Cheerios, hard boiled eggs, bread, bagels, a waffle maker and juices. Coffee 24/7.

We had such an amazing time. Not only was the beach beautiful, but the hotel and staff were just as great. We had no issues with anything, even the my paralyzed mother, everything was extremely accessible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a disability. It’s a short drive to the beach, but the disabled room is perfect. The bed is not super tall as most art, so easy for wheelchair transfer or people who can’t climb. The shower is easy to wheel your chair in or out of, OR there’s a handy shower chair!! 100% would recommend.

Phyllis was an amazing staff member. She was always there immediately to help. The rest of the staff not so much. I was soo looking forward for the hot tub. The first night it was great! The next two it was just as cold as the pool. It says heated pool but the room is heated, not the pool. The others that I stayed with were very satisfied. I was except for the hot tub.
