What a nice surprise! I tend to avoid "extended stay"-type places; I generally find them to be pretty spartan. This MainStay was great! I understand that the building was recently remodeled, and everything in my room was nice and clean and bright. The staff is exceptional; from my initial greeting from Carmen (I am badly misspelling his name) and the added welcome from Yvette, the GM, everyone I met was SUPER friendly and welcoming -- even one of the maintenance crew greeted me with a big smile and a warm "Good morning, sir!" Nice location is quick to the highway but in a quiet place with plenty of parking. I usually prefer hotels that serve breakfast, but the full kitchen that is available--even with dishes!--makes no breakfast a non-issue, and there are both restaurants and fast food stops very close. PLUS the rate is great! I highly recommend this MainStay and would definitely stay here again.

Good location. The property was nice but needs some tender loving care. Coffee area did not have cups. The pool area was not kept clean. The bbq wasn’t working. Garbage needed to be emptied. The kitchen was nice but with limited supplies.

The floors in the lobby and entry and first floor were really dirty. Including a dirty elevator. The second floor was much better. I was surprised that there was not an electric door opener from the lobby to outside. The room is clean but has a mildew smell. Kitchen appliances appear in good repair, but getting a little dated.

Pool was wonderful - clean and well taken of. Room 111 - tape covering holes in carpeting, black mold on ceiling hidden by paint, tiles in bathroom needed to be cloroxed, and an odd smell in room. We wiped down everything before we used/touched it and used Lysol quite often. They are remodeling this hotel and once they do that, it should be a great hotel.

Because of ongoing renovation which is nit posted or advised and times are not posted. They start at 7am with a horrible racket. I left on the 2nd day of my 3 day reservation but was told i would not get a refund for my last night. Awful experience

Roaches everywhere as soon as we fell asleep. They are renovating the place and looks like they won’t be done anytime soon. And pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months

It’s not a good sign or good first impression when you pull up at night and the first thing you see is a police car patrolling the parking lot and a hooded man walking a giant pit bull at 2am. The only clean part of the room that was habitable was the bed and bathroom. The couch, side chair and dining chairs were covered in filth to the point we couldn’t even sit on them. Live cockroaches crawled out of the kitchenette sink. Their was no continental breakfast and the gathering area was nearly as bad as the room. The “lobby” was not comfortable and not very welcoming. We never went to the pool so unsure of the condition. Staff members were kind.

Front desk staff very helpful and lovely. The room was unpleasant with dirty counters, sheets that looked unclean with a number of black specks and hair and dirty coffee pot. The cabinets in kitchenette were loose and didn’t close and more worrisome the security latch was loose and did not hold closed

The carpet had a horrible smell. It had several urine stains. The toilet was clogged and we had to pour a lot of hot water on it to unclog it. The experience was horrible. Of course, we will not return to this hotel and we are not going to recommend this hotel to anyone.

We've stayed here in the past with our last stay being 3 years ago. In the past it was decent so we came back. It wasn't the same. The property has gone down hill. I don't like writing bad reviews but want to save others from what we experienced. The property was filthy with trash in the halls and the stair case had rotten food and smelled so bad my grandson and I were gagging. There were many folks residing at the motel long term. Our first room smelled horrible and the air conditioner was stuck on high. The phone didn't work and floor was sticky and carpet filthy. We requested a new room which we were given and it was slightly cleaner but still dirty with sticky floor and a huge beetle bug dying on it's back in the bathroom. The one positive thing I can say is that the staff was amazing and friendly and tried to help as much as they were able. We asked for a refund and they gave it back to us with no problems and we found a safe, clean, VRBO and our trip was saved.

When we arrived we noticed the guests there were not very welcoming and it was more or less a party atmosphere with very sketchy people in the parking lot. The desk staff was very friendly when we got to our room there were live roaches the place had not been cleaned burn holes in the furniture the mattress cover was soaked in a yellow urine there was hair and previous guess feces and bugs on the bed dead roaches and live roaches crawling in the bathroom and the closets in the kitchen the floors were dirty had not been cleaned vacuumed or mopped and still other people's hair in the bathroom I would not recommend this place for anybody looking to stay somewhere clean and come home without unwanted guests it was absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend anyone with higher hotel standards stay here.

The staff was very helpful. The room itself was ok. There were blood stains on the bathroom door and on the towels. Elevator had debris on it, same thru the weekend. And the building itself seems crazy bad. My theory is that because people cook in there all scents are mixed in the air. It doesn't feel too fresh and the some of the people that stay there are questionable. Was ok but will jot book it again. The Sleep Inn is a better option. Waaaayyyyy cleaner, peaceful and no funkiness. Thanks for the hospitality nevertheless.

Everything was good the price good A/C was wonderful except the noise of i-4 was bad because our room was facing the I-4😀and I am light sleeper but my husband and son sleep wonderfully total recommend it hope in the future the city build a wall for the noise.

Electronic receipt was for $20 less than I paid. "Because I used a third party to reserve-pre pay". No microwave in room. No breakfast. "We no longer do that" Clean room but pillows like marshmallows and a few long hairs in tub. Only one chair in room. Kitchen with big refrigerator and utensils were a plus.

The front desk staff were great. The room was disappointing, needs updated, but was clean and spacious . Bathroom is in dire need of a remodel. It was very noisy in the room, could hear other guests in their rooms above, beside and along the corridor and outside. Could smell cigarettes and other smoke through the windows. It was very disturbing and made me feel unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to others and would not stay there again.

Bad does not explain it. My wife needs medical equipment and so the pullout couch was important. No human could sleep in the pull out. Butt on the floor,,knees in the air. Just walk around. It is neglected.....no one cares

This place is a complete s@#thole. Rude woman at front desk was completely uncooperative and unhelpful. I require peritoneal dialysis and there were no baggage carys to accommodate me. Rude woman at front desk was in NO hurry to help locate one for me. Was talking on her cell phone.

I did not like the customer service that I received from this hotel. The first room I was given the TV was not working at all. They moved me to a second room, and there was no heat in the room at all. They had nowhere else to put me so I wind up leaving, and had to pay for another hotel

Was happy with everything. And would probably stay again,if not for extremely disrespectful person Kameron who yelled at me. And threaten to call police. And have me evicted. Finally was able to call Expedia and they resolved situation. I'm a nurse their is no reason. To screen and be so disrespectful. He keep yelling at me you listen to me. And when I said I was going to call Expedia to calify,he yelled don't you walk away from me. I'll call the police. And have you evicted. Everyone else was very nice

Check in went smoothly. The lady that checked me in was sweet nice and friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Extra clean as my room smelled like some sort of cleaning solution, quite heavily. I only needed 1 nt and I asked for a late checkout. They confirmed 12:30pm. Great! At 11 something the maid knocks. I tell her I have late checkout. She then nods and leaves. Then I finish getting myself ready and dealing w/ multiple personal matters on my phone when yet again my door gets knocked on and this time it’s a man and I just keep repeating over and over while I’m trying to put my clothes on I have 1230 checkout…. He was very rude in how he spoke to me. I then went to check out to explain that it was rude and they need a better communication system between employees and I was still being spoken too rudely. When all I wanted was a simple apology! The general manager started arguing w/ me too until she said we are sorry… I immediately stopped and said see was that so hard?! And I left! Inconsiderate and rude was my lasting impression. I don’t believe I’ll be back.

Had visited before. Like the suite with all the kitchen facilities. This visit first night with Route I4 a few feet away. Loud traffic and could not sleep. No concession for lost night, but was moved across the hall which was quieter. Place was in midst of renovation which limited room options. Hopefully if I make another visit I will get a quiet room

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was not very clean in the hallways and floors. The room was comfortable but the bathroom not cleaned well and there were dirty dishes in the kitchen and the coffee machine as broken. The hotel was old and needed to be updated. The website said there was breakfast and wasn’t, only a coffee machine.

We've stayed at this hotel a couple times, mainly because it's very affordable. The hotel is being renovated so there are some areas that are in process, but the staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. They don't serve a breakfast at this time but that may change when they're all updated.

The hotel room was clean with outdated appliances. The hallway smell just like marijuana, and they don’t serve no breakfast even though it says they do in the website. It was quite and the water in the shower were hot, which I love!!!
