This was a last-minute weekend stay to visit relatives and do some sightseeing in the area. Everything was perfect. Clean, well appointed room, friendly staff, nice common areas. Nothing is very close to walk to, but we had a car (ample free parking was appreciated!) and found the location very convenient for getting around.

Two of the three elevators were broken. There were hundreds of African church groups traveling and milling about the property in swarms. The AC in my room on the 8th floor was as loud as a machine shop.

The bar wasn’t open during day on weekend which was disappointing . The drinks are expensive. A short glass was $16.05! That’s ridiculous. The bartenders have no personality, very uninterested. We asked to change TV to football and she just tossed us the remote. They seem to not want to be there. The room was wonderful, even though on highway it’s very quiet and comfortable.

We were on the 8th floor due to lots of kids participating in a hockey tournament occupying the lower floors, and to keep the noise away from us. There was only 1 of 3 elevators working, the a/c in our room was very noisy and whenever it started it would make a large bang type of noise. On the checkout we asked for a bottle of water and the front desk said they had none, not even for sale. In Florida? In the summer months? We have stayed in this location before and has always been excellent, so it might be a one time issue.

The room was fine EXCEPT that the AC clicked on and off with a VERY loud noise! I couldn't sleep...every time I'd start to doze off, it AC would come on and wake me up. Also, the hot tub timer did not work to turn on the hot tub and the bathroom is poorly lit by only a mirror light. The make-up mirror was rusted and the light didn't work there, either.

Pool area is hidden in the back next to highway. Alot of traffic noice. Need extra barrier to reduce truck & car noice. There was a group of people about 12- 15, at that pool. 4 left by going into hotel & the rest left by going out unlocked gate to parking lot. Security risk.

On our first morning we found a roach in the shower. We called the operator and she said that someone would come to the room. Two hours later I had to killed and cleaned as I need it to go out. As I was going out I approached the reception, mention the issue and the clerk didn't seem to care. I have photos to prove.

This used to be my go to hotel. It’s close to where I need to be, close to food, shopping and just off the highway. But lately, the service has declined and the cleanliness has dropped. I have found hair in the shower. Shower heads coming off the wall. Sinks that don’t drain and loud AC

Please people don’t stay here. I had to change rooms 3 times due to mold, mildew, and a water leak. This property is falling apart but instead of fixing it properly they are just patching it up. The Hilton brand has depreciated extremely! I will never ever stay here again or recommend this hotel to any friends or family!

I never write reviews but I was a bit disappointed so i feel impelled. First off i’d like to start off by mentioning that i’m a flight attendant, i stay at hotels all over the world. I had complaints initially, the hotel was standard, the room was comfy. I came to orlando to visit a friend, I wasn’t on a work trip. When it was time to get in bed i felt something gritty in the bed. I was under the covers and had already turned off all the lights. I was so exhausted I thought it was just in my head. I woke up in the morning and i was reminded by the grit only on the right side of the bed. I pulled the covers all the way off and there i found crumbs in my bed and i had not eaten in my bed. I called the front desk to inform them, they offered me another room but i was checking out the same day, since my stay was only for one night. It was too my much of a hassle to switch rooms just to get a bed that I can’t sleep in since I’m checking out. They also offered for housekeeping to come and change the sheets but at that point I’m already out of bed. I told them there are lucky its me and not another customer. This was a first for me.

The staff I encountered were all polite, friendly and and professional. However the 1 out of 3 elevators were operating, tv in my room did not work and there was a roach in the bathroom. I bought my own cleaning supplies so I didn’t bother alerting the staff. I booked the room to attend a convention and there were two other groups there simultaneously.

Front desk was friendly and helpful even before arriving. Lobby was open and clean. Didn’t have time to enjoy the breakfast area or bar but both look comfortable. Did go to the gym and used the weights and a couple of the machines. All in very good to excellent condition. Room was ample. Curtains very good for full blackout. We found the bed very comfortable and nice heavy pillows. Bathroom a bit small but good organization. Bottles (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).attached to shower wall. Night lights in bathroom and entrance were surprisingly convenient. Toilet tank kept leaking and when I informed front desk (upon checkout) they were very understanding and friendly and promised to inform maintenance right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Wish sliding door to bathroom slid all the way closed. Appeared not to by design. Also, having one of 3 elevators out of service with a big convention there made getting out the morning we left a challenge, but we made it eventually.

While the lobby of the building certainly made some effort of living up to the Hilton name, the same can’t be said for the room itself, unfortunately. Primarily, the air conditioning for the room did not seem to work properly as it would not cool the room any lower than 77 degrees F, which in Florida is just unacceptable. Secondly, there was not a real door to the bathroom, as well as the room being quite dim, even with all the lights on.

Very nice hotel. Had all the amenities. Checkin easy. Staff friendly. The air conditioner in our room turned on and off all night long and was very loud and disturbing. I needed additional Towels and housekeeping was there right away. I would stay there again

I was very disappointed. Check in was at 4pm and when I arrived almost 5pm room was not ready. They had no time frame . Very rude and bothered when I kept approaching what time room will be ready so I can have an idea and plan my day. 3 hrs later room was ready. Also when I was getting ready for bed. I noticed sheets and comforter was dirty. I called front desk all they said they can do is bring me new sheets. Very disgusting to have to sleep in used , dirty stained comforter. I will never book a Hilton again. Outdated also.

the worst stay we ever had at a hilton. they did not clean iur room betwwen nights so we had to gp to front desk to get towels. our dnd sign eas not out air did not work in either room and we spent 1 hr outside at 2 am due to false fire alarm staff did not even apolpgoze for all the issies

They overbooked and cancelled my stay, which was already paid for. This was informed at my arrival at midnight with all my family in the car after driving for almost 3 hours. They had the nerve to tell me that the bad news was that it was cancelled and the good news was that they would refund me. They did not show any remorse, this was business as usual, we cancel, refund you and go and get a new hotel. Totally awful experience.

The hotel was good for my business trip. There were a couple of concerns. The hotel does not have controlled access at night. This made me a little uneasy. Also, the hours for the bar/restaurant/room service were incorrectly advertised.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and although it's an older hotel it's in great shape and has a high-end feel. It's very quiet. The staff at the coffee shop in the morning is fantastic!
