The lobby was under construction, and it was a mess. I went back to the Expedia listing, thinking I had missed the warning about the work. There still wasn’t any alert for travelers. The breakfast, offered with the stay, was surrounded by the mess. There was lots of noise and workers everywhere. Even the desk clerk had to wear a dust mask. We were very disappointed.

We did not require full cleaning service daily but the cleaning staff came in and tidied the beds and left plenty of towels and supplies for our party of five daily. That was a big plus! Front desk employees were always cheerful. The pool left something to be desired and was a bit buggy. Breakfast after a couple of days became redundant with the same choices daily. The pancake maker was broken. The room seemed damp in the evening and the public restrooms on the first floor were out of service for renovations. Overall, this place was decent and reasonably priced. Some simple tweaks could make it great.

The property was under renovation which was not mentioned when I booked my stay. You couldn't go in the lobby, they were removing the tiles with shovels(very noisy). Would not stay there again.

Hotel was clean and neat and had people doing stuff all the time in the common areas. Asked for room away from elevator so it would be quiet and they put us next to a mechanical room. No storage room buffer in between just right next to it so we got to listen to the mechanical eq. everytime the a/c fan went off. Breakfast included was terrible, pancake machine didn't work right, sausage was like shoe leather, the egg omelettes cheese was not melted, raisin bran was stale but the bacon and scrambled eggs were good the day before. The room was clean, bed not that comfortable but had nice pillows. The bathroom needed new caulk. There was signs of some recent upgrades including new vinyl floors in the room instead of carpet, the rest was old. Asked for late check out because of a later flight out and only got 1 hour past check out time. Pool looked clean. Housekeeping came around 11 am and my husband was still asleep, she never came back. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. As other hotels are cutting back this hotel still has frig, microwave, and in room coffee - that was a plus.

It was comfortable and clean. Staff were nice the whole time. The hotel was quiet, and the blinds were amazing! Breakfast was good, there were good options. But you had to leave the hotel to do any thing. And the refrigerator wasn’t working till we defrosted it.

Liked almost everything except for the noisy refrigerator in our room. (Room 217). It continued to make steady humming sound throughout the night. It did not make it easy for me to fall asleep. (Hope you swap it out for a quieter one like I am used to when I stay in a hotel that has the useful option of a refrigerator in my room.)

The front desk was very friendly. When I checked out and was off property I found that I left my phone charger in the room called them and they retrieved it for me and was at the front desk in less than an hour. Highly recommend them.

The fridge was very noisy They immediately used my credit card and took $150 for incidentals, not just holding my card number, then told me it could be up to 10 days for the money to be returned which is ridiculous when we checked out, I will not stay with this hotel chain again The yoghurt I had for breakfast was 4 days past its use by date, I pointed this out to staff

When checking was told only one room when I booked 2. Clerk couldn’t find second reservation. Had a poor attitude. Said we needed to contact hotels . Com We told her to look under different first name. Ignored us. After over 10 minutes she looked again and found it. No apology.
