The location was very good for our needs The place was smelling bleach, the Floor was dirty BUT the beds was super clean and comfortable Good to have a kitchen ( You Must have your pots and dishes and coffee maker and cleaning supplies ) Yes I would stay again the price was very good for what I get

Well I was happy to see there was a kichen and stove but then I opened the cupboards and no kettles or pans or plates. Ya right ,I'm on a bike so I certainly am not carrying house wares. Sure would have made my own supper for a change. Otherwise it was nice and quiet.

Parking is very limited, Air conditioner/ heater doesn’t work and there’s roaches but it’s probably the cheapest you’ll find during peak season on weekends

The room, though appearing to be clean, had an overpowering mildew smell. The bathroom needed a deep scrub to remove mold and mildew from around the floor and walls. The room came equipped with a microwave and cooktop but there were no dishes or utensils.

On the positive it’s got a full sized refrigerator with kitchen cabinets and the lighting is good. On the negative it’s got roaches, the parking is limited and the heater/AC doesn’t work

The AC was set at 68 but the temperature in the room was unbearable 78 degrees. My key stopped working after one night and had to get it fixed. There was no ice machine. They had a refrigerator and freezer but no ice cube trays. Very poor location compared to other Red Roof locations. Very disappointed

Stayed here for 5 days. Didnt clean the room once, didnt give shampoo etc, had to go get our own towels. Had a kitchenette with no kitchenware...

Went to visit my daughter for College Family Weekend and horrible; once the lights went on the roaches scattered. There was what looked like blood dripped into the tub. The smell was ferocious. It took me 10 mins to run back to the office and get the heck out of dodge. Oh-and charged me a $100 deposit fee-I don’t know what in the room was worth $100. We went to Embassy Suites up the block and couldn’t be more satisfied.

The room was disgusting! Roaches and someone used the toilet before I got there, it showed poop crumbs at the bottom and toilet tissue in the trash. Not even a new roll of tissue. I will never come back ! Multiple people complained about roaches and cleanliness !

All good until crawling into bed. Something was wrong. If you lay perfectly centered in the bed you could avoid rolling onto the floor on either side. Felt like a thin mattress, no box spring, balanced on a ridge pole.

The man at the front desk was nice, friendly, and helpful. The issue is the condition of the rooms. My first room smelled heavy of smoke with an old basement smell although it was a non smoking room. I asked for a room switch and the guy was very helpful. The second room was way worse although the rooms appear clean they smell strongly of mold, dank, old, musky. Like the rooms have sat unoccupied for years.

About what you would expect for $60. Was here for one night. The room was clean, but older and showing signs of wear and tear. I did have 2 bugs crawling on the wall next to the fridge, but they didn’t bother me. Staff was great, bed was excellent. Not bad for the money, just older and a bit worn out. Other people at the hotel were a bit loud.

The outside lights in front of my door were flickering all night. The door did not close very securely. Cops were often circling or in the parking lot. Overall it wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't book here again.

Check in was smooth and quick. Our double room only had two towels and there were three of us. I went to ask for one more towel and was told I wasn’t supposed to get any more, but the desk clerk gave me a towel. The other matter was the bed. The mattress on the bed was extremely worn out and I could feel the springs inside the mattress when I sat on the bed. Needless to say I spent a very uncomfortable night on that bed.

We had stayed at this property several months ago and our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was pretty good, however the room we received on this stay was terrible. Very u comfortable beds, AC leaking, shower not hot or working well and everything looked old and worn out. This must have been one of their worst rooms and very unhappy with it, also it cost more than our previous stay. The housekeepers are great and not their fault , just a nasty room and some staff okay but I think overworked with few people available to help out at the front desk.

I was a little annoyed that the property did not accommodate early check in. They did not even attempt to help even though I expressed how tired I was from my long drive. The property was nice and well maintained. The room was clean and the water was nice and warm. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay again when in that area.

Got to the property to check in and my room was unavailable-they had NO ROOMS LEFT. They gave my room to someone else, even though i had a reservation. It was 9pm, and I was with my infant twins trying to scramble and find another room.

Well when I went to check in, the receptionist acted as if he could care less whether he waited on me or not. He was very nonchalant and attentive to my check in. After he obtained and returned mine and my husband\'s ID, my husband asked him would the room be cleaned (for a 2 day stay) he said NO, I asked him could I see the room, he said NO because that would contaminate the room. Let me tell you, this place could not be no more contaminated than already...you have people "living" there, dudes walking around with bulldogs pooping, old white man pulling in nd picking up african american prostitutes, dope feins standing on the corner. Yall have got to do better! First get someone to run your desk that CARES and isnt prejudice and then you may see improvement in the surroundings and the issues that come with it!

The staff are all very courteous and friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room had a comfortable queen-sized bed with a kitchenette for preparing meals on extended stays. The room was clean and the area quiet. I had a great stay.

I had an excellent stay at HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Orlando – Casselberry. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Convenient location to Winter Park and the mall. Across the street from hotel, many options to shop and eat. Inside the room was a large refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, table. Clean sheets, decent pillows. Clean towels. Clean bathroom. Outside of the room was a bit sketchy. There was a lot of stuff going on and I won’t go into detail details. A lot of shady people. A lot of shady activity. The guy at the front desk was nice. Free parking. The air conditioner worked, but it was loud. The TV worked and it was big. All the channels you need.

The room was really dirty and smelled horrible. Their is cockroaches and they literally crawl on the bed. People hang out outside all night and you can hear there full conversations, so their is no privacy. Someone also tried to break into my car in the parking lot and got arrested. Over all this place is a nightmare, it’s really dirty inside and infested with bugs, and the area is dangerous.
