Have to pay for breakfast. Pool was warm and clean.. hot tub was hot this time, last time visited it wasn't on and was colder than the pool. But jets and bubbles weren't working either time.

The shuttle was efficient. Short wait and short distance from airport. Runs 24/7. Desk staff friendly. Room was nice and clean other than only decaf coffee provided and no headboard, also smelled musty initially. View was parking lot. Pool was nice but hot tub was colder than pool. Have to pay for breakfast. No microwave in room.

There was no hot water in my room. I think it was a known issue as I heard the front desk clerk tell someone they would have maintenance look at the boiler when we checked in. They gave me 5000 bonus points for there hotel chain, but I’d rather have a hot shower.
