We had stayed here about 4 years ago and the hotel was nice. The rooms were a tad outdated, but it had what was needed. Two pools and easy to the beach. On a quick trip back to Daytona, we decided to stay where we knew. Well, we were very disappointed. No updates had been done, the room was damp and had smelled musty and mildewish. The bathroom had discoloration around the tub that looked like mold. The floors were peeling, the door had chunks missing it from it which made me uncomfortable. We ended up checking out a few hours later and decided to head back north.

Great staff! Nice location. Moldy bagels. Not really much of a breakfast selection.

The room was clean but the carpet was old and furniture outdated. I had to kicked the door to open it. The safety box did not work. The continental breakfast was just bagels, coffee, and oranges. No eggs, no meats, no juice. The building looks very old and poorly maintained.
