The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very roomy and clean. The parking is very tight and honestly a pain to deal with but the positives of this facility outweigh that. The pool areas were very clean and not cluttered. I would recommend and I would stay here again.

The room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. Our view was incredible. The only thing I would change in the room are the curtains. They blocked the air conditioning and we had to take a broom to hold the curtains against the window so the ac got into the room. The property was very nice with many pool options along with the beach and ocean. The parking was difficult with small spaces and narrow aisles. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. Not a lot of food options in the area, a lot of things were closed when we were there.

Tikki Bar was awesome! Bartenders were super friendly. Desk folks were nice. Parking is a nightmare at times. The place definitely needs a makeover and is showing its age.

No shower or even a water hose available coming in from the ocean.Also not available in or around the main outdoor pool area. There were never any pool towels at any of the three pools all week. We had to ask multiple times and even then it took hours for them to arrive.

Room was hot. Bathroom was dirty with hair and sink in the kitchen, blinds were broken couldn’t open window. The ice tray had no bag to put in it and it was busted at the bottom so I couldn’t use no ice etc. been once before and it was great. Don’t know what happened now. Also there was hair in the microwave. Pictures are down below.

If I can give this place no stars. I would. Let’s begin with the fact that I saw roaches near the elevator - just disgusting!!!! Says non smoking - yet the hallways have cigarette buds all over the floor. WHERE IS HOUSEKEEPING ! The parking is terrible. I don’t know why they charge a resort fee - this is FAR FROM A RESORT. the towels are tiny. The room was fine compared to everything else but you can hear everything next door which was annoying because it was hard for my kids to sleep. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. in fact they should refund me. The pictures online are false advertising at its finest. Never again.

The floor in the room was quite dirty along with the shower.Other than that we loved it. Friendly,easy check in,our fridge went out the replaced it in 5mins.We loved the activity for kids and that it had a indoor pool .Being right across from a winn dixie was convenient.We do miss the hotel diner though.The views are amazing.Dolphins in the morning.Kids love catching sand fleas.Drinks are reasonable at the tiki bar which is great with hoe hot it gets here.Overall good stay.We will be back again

All the pools were oily on top and sand at the bottom, including the hot top. The beach access was nice, but unlike other resorts in the area, no chairs or tents are on offer. The room itself was not overly clean and the pull out sofa was rusted and stained. Water pressure and AC were good. Our room was vlose to the elevators and they dinged all night long, like they were in the room with you.

The staff was curious on check in and interaction with maintenance staff throughout the 2 night stay. We stayed in the family room with the bunk beds as I have 2 kids under the age of 10. The room itself was clean on the surface, but clearly not cleaned with much care. There was a pretzel in the crack of the bunk beds, water damage to the floor by the mini fridge, trash debris behind the toilet. Our initial set of towels had stains on them. They did replace them quickly and apologized. I know this hotel isn’t a high end hotel nor came in with that expectation, but the reality is what you pay is what you get. If you’re in a 20-25 age range and are out with friends just having a good party trip then this hotel works. The option of the indoor pool is pretty cool but it’s loud and the water was cloudy and felt dirty. I would not stay here again for a family vacation.

Needs to be renovated or updated. The bed linen and towels need to be replaced as seeing several stains. Also there was loose hair on every layer of the bed linen and towels. Had to call the front desk for new linen and that too had loose hair on them.

Nothing very unsatisfied bugs in the room they won’t clean the room right wouldn’t leave no towels no clean wash rags what change the sheets on the bed you name it. It was bad.

This hotel was not clean ! Maid had to come and change my sheets when I first arrived. Due to the bed having dirty sheets. It was absolutely unacceptable. Shower still had hair on the walls. A man staying in the next room was screaming and hollering at his wife that he was going to kill her. We really thought we might get shot. We got up just to make sure that our doors were double locked. It really could not have been any worse. What can you do to reimburse us for this horrible stay? Leah Evans West

My family and I were there less than an hour and my 1 year olds feet were black from the floor. The cleaniness was extremely poor. When the manager was notified he didnt not offer anything to make it right. He told us to contact expedia and walked away.

The room was great. It was clean, the bed comfortable and the beach views incredible. The only real complaint I have is the AC unit is probably the loudest I've ever heard. Had a great time and will be back, we even had a good view of a SpaceX launch from the beach!

The room was nice and spacious, and the balcony was absolutely wonderful. The ocean view was amazing and getting down to the beach was quick and easy. I'm really glad I chose a room with a full kitchen and ocean view. It made all the difference. Being able to see that view the whole time was very relaxing.

We were in the garden area rooms. It was super easy to take a few steps to the beach or pools. Our room seemed to be updated and the full size fridge with kitchen area was nice to have! It was. Great stay!

We love Perry’s locations and the friendly people who stay here. We have been coming for years. It is priced too high for what you get. The air conditioning in the north tower, which are the more popular rooms, does not cool off the room. I’m excited for the updates that have been made but think they could keep going.

This is an older property but has been updated. The room was very nice and spacious. Our only issue was the door lock would not work. It was a bit of a hassle getting into the room but after the 3rd day of having to be unlocked maintenance changed out the lock. They were super nice and very fast to respond every time we called. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great view from the bottom floor. We were at the end of the building and the view was not obstructed. Easy access from the front and beachside of the property. Great location to indoor pool, outdoor pools and beach. The staff, specifically Michelle, was wonderful and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay. This was our second visit and we will return again. The staff was helpful & friendly. I just wished that they had better lighting on the property at night. When the sun goes down you can’t see your way around out by the pool area. Also, I wished they had an onsite restaurant. Any resort I’ve ever been to has some type of food. Even if it was just a lunch grill of sorts.

After our previous hotel was evacuated, the staff at Perry's went above and beyond to help all 12 of us get settled into new rooms. The property had so much to offer. My family really appreciated the grills and picnic tables spread throughout the grounds, and the kids had a blast choosing between the three different pools. The rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

I stayed at Perry's a year ago ane the grounds have improved a lot since then. So, I gave a 4 instead of a 3. We arrived early and the person who started our check in (I'm told she is the manager) had the personality of a porcupine. She gave us a parking pass and wristbands stating they would calll when the room was ready. There was no call. A very nice lady at check in helped me the second time (she had blond hair and her name badge said activities director) she got me our room with no problem and was very helpful. Our room was fine. The building is old and needs a facelift, but it's clean. It rained rather heavily and water was under the planks in the middle of the room and water squirted out when stepped on. The bathroom had no vent and the lone window had the screen cut out. The doors did not shut well. The bed, room size, and kitchen were great. As I stated before the grounds have had a facelift since last year. The pool, grassy areas, picnic tables and putting green were nice. The only thing I missed was a shower at the beach entrance to rinse off. Donuts are served daily from 7-10. They are good but I'm not really a fan of donuts for breakfast. The location and the size and layout of the rooms might make me stay again. To be determined.

After driving seven hours our room was not ready and at 6:00 PM ours still wasn’t ready. The clerk gave us a room that was not what we payed for. We booked months in advance and by giving us another room they took the early 20% off ! This was our third time at Perry’s and we are disappointed to say the least ! We didn’t have a table on the balcony and we went to the pool so we put do not disturb and when we got back we had a table there ! We should at least get the 20% off for booking early.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet and convenient. We arrived a few hours before check in and the front desk let us go ahead and register and park so that we could spend the afternoon on the beach before our room was ready. Michelle (the manager) checked in on us via text every day to ensure everything was in order. We would stay there again if we get the opportunity.

Very unprofessional! Very rude room was not ready until after 6 PM. I had three children. They told me that they couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through Expedia. It was an awful awful experience. I will never be back. Mary the activity Director was very rude!

The property is really nice. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The beds were SO comfortable. We did not hear any noise from the rooms next door or above or below us. I feel the price we paid was very reasonable. The ocean views were spectacular! The donuts were delicious! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. The location is within walking distance to shopping and some restaurants.

This hotel is located directly on yhe beach and has 3 pools on property. The indoor pool is awesome along with the hot tub. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Staff goes over and beyond to help and makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. This has been our hone away from home every year.

Older large property with some renovations. We stayed in a renovated Oceanfront in a Queen Suite, which had a kitchenette. Dog friendly, we booked because of that. Front desk attendant was pleasant but a bit confused with our reservation and almost forgot to give us our keys. Nice pools, good beds and bed linens but towels were small and a bit threadworn. No restaurant nor food service at their outside tiki bar. Expedia needs to update their information- but plenty of choices all along the beach- although pricey!

Room was clean and updated with very comfy beds. Pool area and pool were clean with plenty of seating and multiple pool choices. Multiple Beach access points with showers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tiki bar was small but cozy and tropical. Bartender was great.

We loved the upgrades to rooms and grounds! Beds were very comfortable. The beach side grounds were almost complete, can't wait to come back to see them completed! Not many Food options at the hotel, just doughnuts, coffee and juices in the morning, but IHOP is across the street along with Winn Dixie and Salty Pints.

Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location rocks. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. The tiki bar had incredible drinks that were fairly priced. The fresh donuts in the morning were a nice touch.
