Breakfast area & tables were kept clean even through peak time. Common areas clean. Fitness room & equipment great. Had Wifi issues but were promptly handled. Always love the pool. Room 400 was bad for garbage pickup noise at 5:45 am. It happened Friday and Monday mornings.

Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Enjoyed the heated pool.

Many dinning and shopping options nearby . Pool was heated and very clean . Staff were extremely attentive and room was spacious clean with lots of amenities. Traffic in the area was high due to spring break bumper to bumper for many miles.

I didn’t like how the ceilings were falling from the rain, very unsafe. The entry and workout room had wet and loose ceiling tiles. However, everything was ok.

Some vehicles got broken into on the hotel property. Mine did not. Better security like, lighting, security camera would be a deterrent. My room was clean but the bathroom had broken bathroom tile. The shower faucet could have worked better.

Parking area was great it was well lit and nicely maintained.

Pet friendly. Room seemed go have a little water damage on the ceiling and wall that was mostly repaired, but it was not musty or smelly, just a little bit of an eye sore. Pool was great. Had several cabanas you could sit under. Had a little store you could get snacks, drinks, and anything you forget. Close to lots of food and the premium outlets. Only issue I ran into was that they wouldnt let the second guest in the room charge 2 waters to the room on his way in even though he had a key, room number, and name on the reservation. So I had to get back out of bed and go get them at midnight.

The beds were comfortable and the a/c was good. The breakfast was decent (good coffee) and plenty of parking. Several restaurants nearby.

Elevators had no AC. Hotel was convenient and room was good. Hotel seems to need some TLC. Good value for price and locations

The bathroom had hair on the shower walls. The pillow looked used on one of the beds and there was white powder on the carpet. Not sure it was vacuumed.

The hotel is bright and clean. Felt safe staying there, even though I was traveling solo. My room was spotless. Friendly staff.

There was a roach in our condensation tray in the frig and also in the bathroom.

The hotel lobby was very dirty not a good presentation. Elevator dirty. The room was just ok. As expensive as the rates were I expected top notch clean

The entire stay experience was great, the only slight negative was that one of the queen beds in the room was VERY squeaky and noisy.

Extremely loud rap music playing outside until 1am and front desk said there's nothing they can to stop it. Room was worn out, faucet hardly worked, shower was as cheap as they come. Don't stay here

The front desk attendants were wonderful and helpful. However the walls are thin and the hallways are loud when anyone is walking past. You can hear every door slam and conversation between people passing. The room next to us had a very loud man talking on his phone (on speaker) we could hear both sides of the conversation for more than 2 hours. At midnight I asked the front desk to ask him to quiet down. They did but the guy talked for another hour. At 1:00 AM I called front desk and they came and asked him again. He finally was quiet but I still couldn’t sleep well. I won’t book here again. Not for $375 a night!

Overall, we were still able to have a decent breakfast, and I appreciated that coffee is offered all day. The rooms aren't too soundproof; we could clearly hear the TV next door. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. Very friendly staff.

The toilet kept running because the handle was messed up. Blinds were broke and difficult to let up and down. It’s definitely not a room that is worth $140+!

Fantastic! Upon arrival, the front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. They checked in with us shortly after our arrival to ensure we were comfortable and to let us know there was 24 hour service if needed. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for work, which meant long, exhausting days—making a quiet and relaxing return to my room each evening essential. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what I expect from a Hilton property. The first night at check-in seemed fine. However, after a 12-hour shift the next day, I returned to find my room key no longer worked. When I went to the front desk, I was greeted with a casual, "Hey, this is the guest in room XYZ," which felt both unprofessional and dismissive after such a long day. I was then informed that the team member who checked me in had mistakenly marked me as a "no-show," locking me out of my room entirely. This internal error could have easily been corrected earlier in the day. A simple courtesy call or text asking me to stop by the front desk, with a new key ready, would have saved me time and unnecessary frustration—and would have demonstrated the level of service I’ve come to expect from Hilton. The following day brought more issues: a broken toilet and no hot water. I notified the front desk and was told the hot water issue was building-wide and that maintenance would fix the toilet promptly. After another long workday, I returned to find the toilet still broken. This time, a courteous manager personally addressed the issue, which I appreciated. But once again, I was left waiting outside my room while the staff corrected a problem that should have already been handled. Despite asking for the General Manager to contact me,

Came for a family vacation. Everyone was very polite. However, Sandra is always so pleasant and helpful in the morning when I would get breakfast. I thought I booked my stay for seven days, when actually it was booked for only six days. As soon as I realized, I went to the front desk and Crystal was a lifesaver helping me rebook our room for one more night with ease. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would definitely stay at this location again.

I like the location, because i like to shop at the Elenton Outlet mall and it's nearby.

Nice place to stay. Outlet mall right next door. Only bad thing was hard to get to because of traffic and construction. Had a Ruby Tuesdays, Wendy's and circle K in front of it. Would stay there again.

Other than the extreme road construction it was great. Great location. Close to Starbucks and many other places, as well as, the freeway it was clean, quiet and very comfortable. I’d recommend this property to anyone, and I’d stay there again, if in the area.

It was clean- but the shower was either barely lukewarm or scalding hot. No in between. Carpet was awful. And the breakfast was very small and generic. I’ve stayed in Hampton before and was one of the reasons I chose this on and was very disappointed. Ended up eating out. NOT up to Hilton standards.
