Casa Nela, a special corner of Asturias

Luis is very friendly and kind.The House is comfortable ,very good location to do some trips. Incredible landscape. Asturias , great nature space . We'll return. Sure !!!!

Lovely little house. Good facilities, everything you need is available. Fantastic views. Nice, quiet and romantic place to be with 2 people.

We chose this house because of the location. It is quite remote, in a very small hamlet about 10km up narrow roads. Villaviciosa is a lovely small town and worth a walk around. The hamlet of Piedrafita is exactly that, a hamlet. We were hugely disappointed that the local bar/eatery had suffered a fire and was out of action for the foreseeable. That was a shame because it was only a couple of hundred meters away from our accommodation. The nearest place to eat is a 20 minute walk to the next village. It is very rustic but the people were very friendly and we enjoyed a local meal one evening. The views from the terrace of the accommodation were stunning, but we were very unfortunate with the weather and suffered a lot of cloud, rain and, at times, cold. Don't be put off by that, as it was unusually cold and rainy for the west of the country that week. The property is owned by Louisma. He is a really nice guy that is genuinely interested in you having a good holiday. He gave us great tips of places to visit and walks to go on. He couldn't do enough. It's a shame that all holiday let owners aren't like him. He's the sort of guy you would like to go for a drink with.

Het huisje ligt in een wat uitgestorven dorp waardoor het heel rustig is. Het huisje is wel wat dinker, maar als de zin schijnt kun je heerlijk buiten zitten. In het huisje is ales goed verzorgt en schoon. De eigenaar is heel gastvrij en vriendelijkheelrustig
