Ice machine did not work, vending machine did not work. Lamp on nightstand no where near an outlet. Terrible smell of possible cleaning disinfectant. Carpet threadbare in spots. Not friendly desk clerk-feel like we were bothering her, yet no one was around. Worn out tired building. Won't be back, there or any other Sleep Inn.

Room was clean and stocked with all I needed. Microwave was clean, tv worked well and had all the soaps and toiletries. Gym was also nice which is a gamble at best most places. Would definitely stay again

I love this Motel best in the city. I lived here in the 90's. I tried the other motels in the area, and more expensive ones on the beach. If you want an inexpensive, clean nice stay without the noise of trucks and without the worry of bums and thugs, this is the place. Waffle House is short 2 minute drive. All kinds of fast food 2 minutes away. Cracker Barrel is a 5 minute walk. Pool is clean and well maintained. Rooms are cleaned and sanitized every day. Staff is excellent and ready to answer any questions. Price is well beyond the 2-star rating. For me, this is a 5-star motel with a 2-star price. I'll share this info with all my friends and anyone who asks. I'l be back again and again.

Breakfast was pretty bad the waffle batter wasn't refilled so I was unable eat the waffles during my stay, jimmy dean sandwiches in a fridge but not nearly enough for everybody, breakfast was really lacking in variety. Bugs were crawling around the coffee machine, the rooms smelled like mold, had to switch 3 rooms to find the right one. Friendly concierge staff i wish I could write a better review the ice machine was broken 3rd floor not a prime vacation hotel as is

A very dirty hotel. A road motel might be cleaner than this place! Poor maintenance. Mold in the shower. Could benefit from a good carpet cleaning ! Gym useless, everything is broken. (See pictures)

We had a comfortable stay. The room was acceptable, breakfast not one of the best, but pretty good. Parking was good, which for us is an issue, since we’re towing a boat. The checkin girl was helpful.

I booked the trip for just one night and the stay was not great. The room was not clean. In regards to the toilet. The urine was not cleaned up from a male urinating and it splashing. The lights fixtures were rusted and the bedding had a burn hole. I was afraid to go to sleep. So I just layed there until 2 am then checked out.

Room had roaches and the shower didn't have a handle. It smelled weird and the bed sheets were ripped up and holy and there were roaches crawling on the walls in the halls so I had to block off my room to try to keep them out. Room wasn't fresh.

The 1st room given had a humidifier in it. The 2nd room the A/C unit was leaking inside and the room smelled like mildew. Stepped on 2 Roches. Not a good experience. I will no longer use this hotel.

We didn't like the staff member that was onsite at check in she was not pleasant at all very unfriendly and blamed everything on hotel policy but the young lady that was working around 10pm Sunday night was awesome when we discovered the bed bugs she quickly gave us a new room and was genuinely sorry for our inconvenience. The walls and carpet was dirty and the room had an oder. This hotel has gone down considerably over the last 5 years and we will not return.

I have stayed at several of there properties This one was pretty rough. Old and musty. Hole in the bathroom wall. End table was cracked and laminate coming apart on top of table. TV remote only changed channels one way (could not go down only up ) with no remote volume changer. Truthfully place needs to be gutted and remodeled

Where do I begin? The hotel is outdated and they need buy new furniture. The bed was comfortable thank god but everything else was horrible. The room had a funky odor and the breakfast had no variety to choose from other than cereal or waffles. The nicest thing I can say is the gentleman who checked me in was very nice but everything else was horrible. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights and ended up checking out after the first night. Never again.

Property requires a $100 CASH only deposit upon arrival. This is something that I was not notified about before hand. Does not matter that I had already paid online. Was also told that it could not be put on our card. Staff was nice, but the building could use some work. The hallway and room smelled damp. Our fridge and mircowave were not clean. The microwave had a hole and burn marks on the inside so we could not use it.

Breakfast was good and the shower was ok. The room looked nice and looked clean, but, there was a strong odor of smoke in a non smoking room. The hotel was very loud, well into the middle of the night. It said Queen size beds, but they were full size. Expensive for the quality level.

Usually stay here when im in town for work however, this time I was very unhappy... someone was smoking in their room and the whole floor smelled like cigarettes including my room. It seemed to be coming in through the vents. I'm highly asthmatic so it was a very rough night. I called the front desk to report the situation and was offered a room change... I got permission to open my room window and that helped greatly. I declined the room change as I was already ready for bed and did not understand why I was being punished for someone else's indiscretions. (All rooms I noticed had the no smoking sign).

They called to say the hotel was cancelling all reservations and was going to close due to Hurricane Milton!! We had booked to stay there BECAUSE we needed to evacuate from our home! The guy told me that we would get a full refund!! Where is it????? Today is October 17 and still no refund! I'm so stressed!!

The employee smelled of pot. The whole place smelled of pot. She was smoking outside on arrival then when we went to park and come back in. She was smoking again outside. Like not even 10 min apart. The room had one broken frig and one barely working. The furniture was very worn out. Metal surfaces covered in rust. The room stunk of mold. Breakfast was not good either.

This place is not like advertised. The staff was super nice but the rooms are dirty and bugs are in the outlets. Not good people outside all night long yelling and talking. Felt extremely unsafe. 2/10 stay.

I like the fact the location was in a very accessible spot & the staff was very friendly. The room smelled , the carpet was wet .The breakfast was very limited on what you could eat . It had Belgium waffles, cereal, yougurt , some juice , coffee . It also had a frozen sandwich. Not good source *
