I stayed with my wife a few years ago and felt that the experience was better then. This time the pool was closed one first of our two day stay. Breakfast could be better adding cheese ham etc. the hotel manager was very kind but I felt the price is high for the overall experience

Stayed overnight while attending a wedding on Islamorada. Room was comfortable and the property was beautiful! Wish we were able to stay for more than one night. Was pleasantly surprised to learn of the morning yoga class on Sunday mornings! Felt great to stretch and practice mindfulness. Will definitely stay at Casa Morada again in the future!

What a great place for a romantic getaway, quiet, secluded, friendly staff and visitors. Having kayak, paddle board, bicycles, yoga classes, breakfast, all complimentary and right on site was so nice and convenient, never had to wait or have a time limit for any of them. Nice sunset sail with a very nice Captain Bill was an added bonus. Would love to visit again!!!

A hidden gem. It feels like we have the whole place and it’s quiet and peaceful. So many free activities you can do. They have their own paddle boards and kayak so you can do it for free when you stay with them. Definitely coming back again for our summer vacation

While our stay was short, what a nice experience. After leaving the hustle and bustle of Key West, it was great to unwind at this quaint quiet boutique hotel. Loved the pool, beach area and small private bar in back while enjoying ocean views. Saw manatees, dolphins and beautiful sunsets! Will go back to Casa Morada again!

We picked Casa Morada from a hotels.com search. We didn’t know much about it going in. It’s a small resort which surprised us - in a good way! The setting is picture prefect and just what you want in an ocean front resort. The amenities are nice, pool, bar, bikes, walking paths, etc. Wish the bar was more than just beer and wine. The staff is small but mighty. Our room (the sun suite) was great - overlooked the ocean, pool and little bridge. The room was huge too - with a really cool love seat balcony. Highly recommend walking down the street to a cool Beach restaurant for dinner. Live music, decent food and a short walk from resort.

Quaint, laid-back boutique hotel and on the water with good facilities including pool, hammocks, etc. Room was nice and included a futon in a separate space for a child. Walking distance to Lorelei restaurant and several shops.

The view was 10/10. But unfortunately the actual room was lacking. There was no microwave, no fridge. The mini fridge that was in there was filled with sodas and drinks and had no room for my own drinks. There was no ceiling lights. Only an old lamp with a broken switch. Had to unscrew the bulb to turn off one side. The shower was very slippery and very high up. The WiFi was very spotty. It’s definitely a shame because the view was spectacular but everything was not great.

It was not at all on the star rated level that was posted. Rooms were drab and dingy and in need of updating. The water front bar area was a nice view but that didn’t make up for the room conditions. Did enjoy the breakfast

Very small resort. Only twelve rooms. Rooms need updating. Not a good layout. Would not let us check in early even though there was no one there. They change you if you bring something to drink to the beach area. Very disappointed

We stayed in the ocean front Shangri-La room. Beautiful views and the most comfortable bed of our trip. Enjoyed lounging on the island. Our room only had a bathtub, no shower, which was unexpected but we made due. Lovely manicured grounds. Nice continental breakfast.

Excellent and quiet rooms. Small, but private pool overlooking the Gulf of America. LOL. Adults only. No children running around. Reception, a young woman named Sam was excellent and extremely helpful. All in all, an excellent place to go to rewind, if you're in the Keys.

We got a bait and switch on the room and was told you have to book the room through them to get the room you want. They gave me some drinks but ultimately we weren’t happy with our room.

I have been coming here for years! With my daughter and or my husband We love the surroundings the tranquility of it. The staff is wonderful as well Sam, Eric friendly and lovely Great buffet in the am always inviting We Will continue our tradition at the Casa Morada

We picked Casa Morada from a hotels.com search. We didn’t know much about it going in. It’s a small resort which surprised us - in a good way! The setting is picture prefect and just what you want in an ocean front resort. The amenities are nice, pool, bar, bikes, walking paths, etc. Wish the bar was more than just beer and wine. The staff is small but mighty. Our room (the sun suite) was great - overlooked the ocean, pool and little bridge. The room was huge too - with a really cool love seat balcony. Highly recommend walking down the street to a cool Beach restaurant for dinner. Live music, decent food and a short walk from resort.

Quaint, laid-back boutique hotel and on the water with good facilities including pool, hammocks, etc. Room was nice and included a futon in a separate space for a child. Walking distance to Lorelei restaurant and several shops.

I stayed with my wife a few years ago and felt that the experience was better then. This time the pool was closed one first of our two day stay. Breakfast could be better adding cheese ham etc. the hotel manager was very kind but I felt the price is high for the overall experience

What a great place for a romantic getaway, quiet, secluded, friendly staff and visitors. Having kayak, paddle board, bicycles, yoga classes, breakfast, all complimentary and right on site was so nice and convenient, never had to wait or have a time limit for any of them. Nice sunset sail with a very nice Captain Bill was an added bonus. Would love to visit again!!!

This is the most expensive hotel we’ve ever stayed in, so our expectations were pretty high. They were generally met, with just a little room for improvement here and there. The room was very nice, the pool and “beach” area were comfortable and relaxing, service was good, and the continental breakfast was satisfying.

Super quiet and peaceful. The sunset cruise was just wonderful. No loud music around the pool. Everyone was there to chill! Nearby restaurants were relaxed and friendly. Thoughtful touches in the rooms. Breakfast quality was surprisingly good - croissants were super fresh, lovely fruit etc. Will be returning....

I have been coming here for years! With my daughter and or my husband We love the surroundings the tranquility of it. The staff is wonderful as well Sam, Eric friendly and lovely Great buffet in the am always inviting We Will continue our tradition at the Casa Morada

This is a laid back place arrived in cold windy weather. No heat In our room. No bar or lunch service or activities. Expensive at $650 a night and the kitchen prep woke us at 6:19 every morning. How ever the bed was excellent, the view good, staff friendly and our mood improved with the weather. By the end all was well.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and I am so glad we did! The rooms were very clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the property is beautiful! We loved that it was a small resort and tucked away from the main road, which made it comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the Bay and all of the beautiful flowers and trees on the property. We are already looking forward to another getaway here! I highly recommend this place for couples.

I’ve been staying here for the last 7 years when I come down to flyfish. The quaint hotel with its quirky boutique vibe is still there but I’ve noticed some changes with the whole hotel. Apparently it was bought by an average hotel across the street I hope they keep Casa Morada going and do not change the cool boutique ness of the place. There is no bar anymore not sure if that’s coming back and the check in Office isn’t on property anymore, the beach island had minimal lounge chairs, they have replaced them with small tables and chairs in the sand. There is some replaced furniture in the rooms that are definitely not old Florida funky like before. I know this is just a few minor changes but it made its mark. I truely like this place I hope they keep it the same.
