We totally enjoyed our stay !!! What a wonderful place. Our room was right on the beach. It was nicely decorated and very clean. They supplied 2 bikes for every room and a weber grill if needed. Great pool and outdoor bar. Its been a long time since we've stayed at a place where we didn't leave and just hung out all day long. Can't say enough good things about it !!!!! Julissa, at the front desk, made our stay even better--Thank You

We had a blast here! It’s quiet, clean, has friendly staff, and also has a real laid back, Keys feeling to it! We loved the paddle boards and kayaks, and nice private beach! Such adorable rooms too! We will be back soon!

We had a full ocean view. The ocean was only a few steps away on beautiful white sand. The pool was ocean side as well. There are also piers to dock boats with sitting locations to watch the sunrise.

Nice place, very clean, take in account there's no beach, just a pool and docks. Staff is very attentive and kind, there's just a bar inside the facilities, no restaurant and nothing is close enough to go walking.

Amazing stay! Cutest property , newly renovated. Bed and pillows super comfy! Staff is amazing!!! So clean ! Cute coffee truck on property and food truck . Grab and go in the lobby for anything u need. Pool was clean, tiki bar by pool. Love it ! I will be back!!!! There is restaurant that is a 2 minute walk .

Bed and bedding were clean and super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our dinner on the grill (which was delivered 😊). View was specular! Right on the beach. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful.

The property is very well maintained. Landscaping and grounds are touched up daily and it really shows. For a unit with a kitchenette, there needs to be some additional supplies available. We had no dishpan, making it a challenge to wash, rinse, dry dishes because there was very little counterspace. There were no pans to use in the oven and no mixing bowls (we had to use a saucepan to whisk eggs). There was a spacious walk-in shower that could use either a small bench or grab bar. The shower head was very basic in comparison to the shower itself. Looked like something out of a campground bath house. We also had to purchase a box fan to circulate the air conditioning, as the living area heated up with no chance of cooling. The sofa was disgusting. It was a fold out for more guests and I'm really glad we didn't bring anyone with us to use it for that! All in all, the outdoor areas made up for the issues with our unit. We know what to bring next time!

Pines and Palms is a beautiful small resort that has been newly renovated. We stayed in the Queen cottage (#8) that is ADA compliant though we did not need these accommodations. There space is very clean, minimalistic and has everything you need. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator. They provide coffee pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels and dishwasher soap. The property is small but beautifully maintained. We never had to jockey for a seat by the pool or in the lounges on the waterfront. We were there 4 days and the pool bar was not always open. We never had entertainment by the pool. If you are looking for a party place, this is not it. The staff is amazing. They are friendly. They are very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place to recharge this is for you. BTW they charge a daily resort fee when you get there.

Lovely property and excellent staff and service. My only negative is that our room was a little tired. Could use a refreshing for sure with a little paint and the kitchen was old. The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a great nights' sleep. Wouldn't hesitate to visit Pines and Palms again but would stay in one of the cottage's closer to the water ...

Absolutely perfect! We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. Tremendous space and beautiful views of the ocean. All of the fun was literally outside our front door. It was very hard to leave. Highly recommended this place!

Everything from the moment we stepped onto the grounds was impeccable! Highly impressed & definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at a high class resort for a reasonable rate! The only thing we needed was a tv in the bedroom but other than that we had zero complaints!

Like: location, location, location. On East side so Sunrises are amazing!!! Bikes kayaks included available to go. Nice live music. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Ladies working in the office are very polite and willing to assist. Did not like: upgrade your room, it's worth the cost!!! Our room #18 (2nd floor) was average. A bit outdated, bathroom is very small.

Gorgeous property however, our room was weird… TV was on the side so we had to turn our heads to the right to see it. Bathroom mirror was on the wall on the left side of the sink and you had to turn sideways to shave or fix hair. Walls were thin and we heard our neighbors clearly. Not the worst place but with improvements it could be great!

I loved my stay at the Pines and Palms however. I distinctly had specific instructions about check in and check out and those needs were barely met. I had spoke to the same lady I booked with and was assured I would be accommodated upon arrival but had to wait almost a few Hours. I loved my stay at the Pines and Palms however. I distinctly had specific instructions about check in and check out and those needs were barely met. I had spoke to the same lady I booked with and was assured I would be accommodated upon arrival but had to wait almost a few Hours. We totally enjoyed our stay !!! What a wonderful place. Our room was right on the beach. It was nicely decorated and very clean. They supplied 2 bikes for every room and a weber grill if needed. Great pool and outdoor bar. Its been a long time since we've stayed at a place where we didn't leave and just hung out all day long. Can't say enough good things about it !!!!! Julissa, at the front desk, made our stay even better--Thank You

We had a full ocean view. The ocean was only a few steps away on beautiful white sand. The pool was ocean side as well. There are also piers to dock boats with sitting locations to watch the sunrise.

Fabulous and friendly staff. Lovee the serene waters and views. Great location with midway bakery right outdoors and great turtle inn. Easy access to other islands. Kayaking bike riding etc all amazingly accessible and free.

The foundations of this property are great. No frills but the beach cottages are adorable, paying for the ocean view is so worth it, it’s a quaint setting, walkable to a great breakfast spot (Midway Cafe), coffee shop (meet Lisa @ KONA coffee) & the Florida Key brewery among other things & the amazing heated pool ON the ocean!

Like: location, location, location. On East side so Sunrises are amazing!!! Bikes kayaks included available to go. Nice live music. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Ladies working in the office are very polite and willing to assist. Did not like: upgrade your room, it's worth the cost!!! Our room #18 (2nd floor) was average. A bit outdated, bathroom is very small.

Pines and Palms is a beautiful small resort that has been newly renovated. We stayed in the Queen cottage (#8) that is ADA compliant though we did not need these accommodations. There space is very clean, minimalistic and has everything you need. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator. They provide coffee pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels and dishwasher soap. The property is small but beautifully maintained. We never had to jockey for a seat by the pool or in the lounges on the waterfront. We were there 4 days and the pool bar was not always open. We never had entertainment by the pool. If you are looking for a party place, this is not it. The staff is amazing. They are friendly. They are very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place to recharge this is for you. BTW they charge a daily resort fee when you get there.

This resort was awesome. Clean and well kept grounds. The staff was so nice and helpful. The pool is right on the ocean with a pool bar. Bartender Henderson was great. If you want a relaxing great time, I highly recommend Pines & Palms Resort.

Whether you are looking for a quiet place to relax or a place that is within driving distance to activities of all levels the Pines & Palms Resort is the place to stay. Many places outside to sit under a palm tree, on the wharf by the water or by the pool. If you want to grill outside they have grills for you to use (you just supply the charcoal and steaks, burgers, hotdogs the menu is endless). We will keep them on our list of places to return too.

Amazing stay! Cutest property , newly renovated. Bed and pillows super comfy! Staff is amazing!!! So clean ! Cute coffee truck on property and food truck . Grab and go in the lobby for anything u need. Pool was clean, tiki bar by pool. Love it ! I will be back!!!! There is restaurant that is a 2 minute walk .

If your idea of the keys includes loud activities this is not for you. The small beach was not accessible due to rotting sargassum. You could not even spend much time at the pool due to the smell. Not the hotels fault obviously but affected our stay negatively.
