Great front desk greeting and checkin. Breakfast was included and the buffet included juice, yogurt, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, a pancake machine, and fresh oranges and bananas. Coffee and tea as well. Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked well. Pool was nice with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. Quiet at night except for the ice machine...our room was directly across from it and at 1:00 someone really wanted some ice, lol and it was loud. Very close and convenient to Disney World! I could recommend this motel.

A week before my reservation they advised the elevators were down. When I heard this, I was worried as I would have a number of carry ons to bring. The staff reassured me that they would either give me floor ground room or some would carry the bags up to the floor. We got there and nope neither of these happened. We had to risk leaving most bags in the car and struggled with the other bags ourselves to a third floor room. The room had a huge water puddle at the door from the rain. The AC unitades all sorts of noise and the fridge had this high pitched noise that was ear piercing. Other than this the beds were clean and comfy.

Upgraded, clean and comfortable room. Quiet stay and friendly staff. Located near shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the breakfast selections and 24-hour coffee station. The outer area around the pool had some rotting wood and fading paint. This spoiled the view around the pool.

This was a solid 4 star property very pleased with this option for the price. Docking 1 star for terrible bus shuttle service and minor aesthetic repairs that should be made to the property! Overall I recommend this hotel ☺️

Property was clean, comfy bed, great buffet breakfast. The shuttle to the parks isn’t the best, only runs at 10:50 and return at 5,1030. If staying for Disney I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle for transportation

The Best Budget Friendly Hotel: The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was quiet place. Breakfast was included and was a really good variety. Area seemed fairly safe and it’s only 15-20 mins to Disney springs and Magic Kingdom. Microwave and fridge in the room. They do have shuttles to Disney but they left and picked up at odd times so we didn’t use it. Overall I can’t really fault it. It was a decent stay and the price for 3 nights was the same as it would cost 1 night somewhere else. Definitely a good budget stay.

We loved the pool on the property! It was stunning and made the stay so nice. There was an area near the property that is run down that made it seem a bit junky. However, it was exactly what we needed for a stay in Orlando as a couple on a holiday!

Overall, it was a nice stay, but there were a few things to note. The good: The room was extremely clean, and housekeeping came by daily. I’m a neat freak and inspected every part of the room, no bugs, dirt, or anything concerning. The A/C worked great, and there were some thoughtful amenities. I really appreciated the makeup remover wipes, and we were given plenty of towels. The shower pressure and hot water were amazing. The not-so-good: The exterior of the hotel looks a little more run down than the photos, and some balconies seem to sag. There’s also a $100 service fee, which is standard, but the front desk lady was a bit rude when I asked for more details. I was just trying to understand the policy and how to avoid unexpected charges, but it felt like they didn’t want to explain anything. So definitely read the fine print and take photos of anything you sign. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast rules. You’re not allowed to bring food back to your room, and you can only visit the breakfast area once. I get that they’re trying to prevent people from taking too much food, but with the limited seating, it was frustrating to be squeezed in with everyone else. Overall: Despite the issues, it was still a good experience and I would stay again.

For the price, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is average/ok. The facilities need improvement: a few elements in the shower are falling appart or the curtain is rift, the bedroom smells so humid (like mold). But I understand the price is lower than other places and mantain a property is expensive.

Our room smelled strongly like mold and we asked if it would be possible to change the room to another. The staff were friendly and changed the room immediately which was nice. Unfortunately the second room smelled almost the same but we decided to stay as we planned to stay just one night. Air conditioner were quite loud and woke us up at night multiple times. Other than these it was ok but likely not coming back

We booked this property for one night before checking into our Disney hotel. The reviews were good and it included free breakfast and parking which is a plus in the Disney area. We arrived later in the evening and had a room on a higher floor. We immediately checked the bed as there have been so many reports (even at Disney) about bed bugs. So glad we checked! There was a bug in plain site on the bed. We quickly backed out and asked for another room. The staff member was very accommodating and immediately upgraded us to a suite on the main level across from the lobby. We also checked this room and it was free from bed bugs. As I noted we only stayed for one night which I’m thankful for as I didn’t sleep well given the worry about bugs. We did get breakfast the next morning (be sure to have your meal tickets with you) and it was good. We won’t be back but did appreciate the quick change of room when requested.

I’m not sure how this property has so many 5 star reviews, these people are either lying, left a review for the wrong hotel, have low standards or were swayed by the WiFi password that encourages people to rate them a 10. The room was “clean” but very dated and still dirty. Corners, walls etc… were dirty, the bed was worn and super squishy as in time to replace the mattress perhaps. The room also reeked of a musty/mildew smell. We actually ended up leaving that night and chose not to stay at the hotel all night since our event ended early and we only live an 1 1/2 hour from the hotel. That was the better option than staying here. While it wasn’t wasn’t completely awful and might be ok just for a place to sleep overnight, I wouldn’t stay here longer than that. The front desk staff were friendly and the lobby appears updated in comparison to our room.

It was fine. It’s an old hotel and you could tell by the looks of it, it could use some updating. The tv in the room was tiny. Bathroom was very small. I thought it was a bit overpriced. But the beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was pretty good, just crowded with a lot of people. We only stayed one night to sleep. Probably won’t stay here again unless it’s cheaper.

Good value for money considering the location and the fair nightly rate. The motel is a little tired, both structurally and cosmetically. The rooms could do with a proper renovation instead of everything being solved with paint. Clean on the whole, but details like a dirty shower head could be improved. Staff were excellent, right from the front desk, the ladies at breakfast and housekeeping. Friendly bunch. Easy parking and really good A/C in the rooms. The rooms smell a bit musty, but you soon get used to them. I would happily return and pay a a few dollars more a night if they could just enhance the bathroom cleanliness and make it a bit smarter. Every element of breakfast had been optomised for economy. Cheap, filler foods, but it was included so fair. Overall, a great value choice for the parks.

We walked in the hotel and the lady at the front desk was fabulous! Got in our room and it smelled clean. The only 3 complaints I have is when we checked in and gave the $100 deposit we were told that once we check out it will be released immediately. However when we checked out we were told it would be held for 7-10 business days. I feel like that is a bit excessive, I can understand a day to make sure the room wasn't damaged but 7-10 days is a long time to wait. The other issue is the bathroom, the vent in the bathroom was smaller than the hole in the ceiling, the toilet barely had enough water to properly flush, tiles were cracked and held together with a screw or just filled with caulk. The door had a bunch of screws holding it together as well. The only other thing is I wish the TV was a smart TV so that we could watch Netflix or Hulu instead of what is on cable.

The property was decent. Nothing amazing. It was clean and the area is very busy and convenient to shops and food. The biggest let down was the check-in. The person at the desk was eating all during our check-in and was just down right rude. They were unwelcoming and seemed annoyed that we were disrupting their dinner. I found it very unprofessional and just not cool. Will never choose this property again.

All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Katie (hope that I spelled her name correctly) at breakfast time was so hard working and efficient. She greeted everyone, made sure that everyone had a seat and that all of the breakfast choices were available. Our room was very clean.

Not the best of welcomes by the receptionist to the point of sounding a little hostile. Coffee in dining area/ reception on arival was stewed. Nowhere near fresh. Receptionist wanted a credit card but failed to advisw us how much was placed on it and when we would get it back. Almost an air of mistrust of customer. Room 103 on ground floor was generally clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast. Chaotic!! Member of staff checking us in and needing two cards from us which the receptionist again failed to tell us about. There was a fairly wide selection of items available but quality not always there. Coffee again was undrinkable. When we left there was a queue out the door to be seated for breakfast. Breakfast was overun with children darting about, noise levels were too high. Would we recommend - DEFINITELY NOT

Showing wear. Stayed for the price, but wishing we had splurged more. Have stayed nearby that is newer and offered more comforts. Breakfast area kinda small and requires tickets that are given at check-in that you then have to keep up with. Basic items. Nothing mickey shaped, like other hotels. Room doors open to outside, not controlled through inside of hotel. Water only gets warm at very very best.
