Would definitely stay again! Space, comfort, convenient location to Disney parks and area stores was a big plus! Beds were comfortable and the pool was open late making a magical finish to many of our park visits!

Over all really liked Orbit one. The amenities were great. Two pools, tennis court, volleyball net, chess game. The unit that we had rented had a full kitchen with everything we needed to cook our food. Close to grocery store to buy food. Washer and dryer in our unit was wonderful to have.

They do not have room service witch I prefer but when you need something and call in they are very quick to get it to you.Rooms are very clean and nice sized the bed is on the hard side but it's clean and worked fine.The kids loved the water slides and we loved the hot tub ps hot tub timer is on the wall near the emergency phone... Took a while to find we will definitely be back again

Place was roomy and clean. Pool was fun but closed early due to maintenance on lighting. Basketball ball court was being resurfaced. Gym was bare bones. That being said, experience was great. Staff was friendly. Property was well kept. Location was convenient to Disney parks. Can’t beat it for the price!

This is our hotel of choice whenever we visit Florida. My son absolutely loves the water slides and we love the fact it's near everything that we want to go to.

Check in was quick and simple. Clerk was very friendly. Property was 15 minutes from Magic Kingdom. Very good condition. Super spacious. Very clean. We didn’t use the amenities, but the pool looked nice. There was a splash pad and giant chess board. Would definitely stay here, again. The only draw back was the noise. Woken up early by other guests being loud, followed by some kind of machine noise. All prior to 9 AM. Everything else was a shocking and pleasant surprise, given the price of the room. Highly recommend.

Bait & switch - the unit I was assigned looked nothing like any of the photos. Instead of new & modern i got old, in need of repair/renovation, and dirty. Management was notified of stained linens dirty floors, and no hot water in shower - they sent housekeeping who remade my bed with the stained linens - no floor clean, no maintenance for water. The only good thing was kind front desk staff upon check in and out - which unfortunately doesn’t make up for the rest.

When we arrived the receptionist Britney wasn’t very friendly. When arriving to a location you’re going to stay for a week, your first interaction with the resort is important and she didn’t seem to want to be there. It’s very close to Disney so that was super convenient. They offer life vest at the pool which is really nice. The room itself seemed really clean but the floor needed to be mopped. It looked clean but walking barefoot would leave your feet black. The balcony is really nice, it had a fan and it was a nice stay. You can easily text guest service for more toiletries. We’d stay here again.

Lot's of fine print like extra security charges and 10:00am checkout sucks. Pick up clothes to leave this morning and a roach crawled out. Coffee is terrible.

Sadly dated and spotty housekeeping / roaches, used to be the best spot and hidden gem at a great price. Hilton took over, but did nothing to update other than install combo washer/dryers instead of the stacked older kind [which were better imo]. New Models LOCK until fully cooled, and clothes don'tl dry still need to be aired out after. Checked in, roaches alive and crawling in sink (smaller kind like in NYC). Switched to different buildings at least the roaches were bigger and dead. Found a few roach parts in cabinets too. Floors were lazy swept, bits and dust/dirt/sand at check in. Not major filthy but you would expect a good sweep and mop between guests. water pressure was crap, but wasn't before (no clue why). ANNOYING time share "concierge," literally told her multiple times No thanks not interested. Called my room multiple times to "check in" but also see if changed my mind. I've syayed here at least 6 different times for week+ trips and this will 100% be my last sadly. Solid 3/5 or a 7.5/10, but definitely not the 9.5/10 experience it used to be

Frustrating TV Setup – Not Guest-Friendly The resort provides TVs in each room, but the experience was very disappointing. The TVs do not have any built-in apps like Netflix or YouTube, and screen sharing is extremely limited. The only casting option available was for Windows laptops, which isn’t practical for most guests who use iPhones, iPads, or Android devices. Even worse, all the TVs have the same name, so when you try to connect, it’s impossible to tell which TV you’re actually controlling. If you have TVs in different rooms (like we did), it creates a huge mess—devices randomly connect to the wrong one or not at all. In 2025, this setup is far from what guests expect. With no streaming options and poor connectivity, having 3 TVs felt useless. We’re not fans of traditional cable, so this was a real disappointment. The resort really needs to upgrade or at least provide better casting support and unique TV identifiers per room.

The Orbit One has spacious apartments that are recently renovated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are small but well kept. The property is close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and Disney parks. Orbit One is not flashy but it does take care to make it's guests feel at home.

We’ve stayed at the property a couple times now. The first time the room was very spacious and quiet. The second time you could tell was an older building and right up against the road. The windows were so thin we could hear trucks all night and it was hard to have a good nights sleep

Mostly pros but for us one major con. The pros are the spaciousness of the units, the proximity to the Orlando.parks and lots of restaurants, as well as how easy and quick check in/check out was. The one major issue we had, and it may but be an issue for others, was the amount of light at night and through the morning that comes in from the numerous windows. It made it impossible for us to fall alseep. The room that faces the front entrance/steps of tge building gets the worst nigbt time light bc the curtains are not blackout curtains or at least arent good ones. There was so much light from the outdoor light that is kept on all night. Then the master bedroom has these strange sky light type windows with no. Shade or curtains so there is just no way to avoid that light either. Like what in the world were the designers thinking? Another issue that caused us not to sleep was the loud AC units.that kick on and off and can be heard mostly in tge guest bedroom with the 2 beds. Unbearably loud. Its unfortunate bc we thought we found a nice convienent place to stay in Orlando but no. I need my sleep. This place isnt for us :/

Awesome place to stay while on vacation especially with a family of 5 and it really does feel like home! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom accommodations with everything you could need to have a great vacation, including your own laundry! Loved our location in front of the pool G10. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool with the slides and the hot tub. Located close to Disney and the 192 which has many shops and restaurants. Very Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was comfortable compared to most others. Highly recommended and will stay here again! All staff were friendly and helpful.

Not very happy about the overall experience. I cancelled my initial reservation 2 weeks before check-in date and they did not receive the change. Therefore, they charged me a no-show fee which was not my fault, and they were unwilling to work things out with me. All they did was blame Hotels.com for the error and said that they would not give me back any money or discount my stay.

Great place to stay, but it was half full. I can see the potential for noisy neighbors when full, but we had no issues. Other than a staff member who was refusing to let us check in at night (we'd just flown in from NYC), everything resolved itself and other staff were ok.

This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Orlando. The front desk and facility staff are friendly and professional and the rooms are always clean and well stocked- better than an AirBnB or VRBO for sure.

Great location, with numerous dining options on the doorstep and easy access to the parks. Our unit was very nice, spotlessly clean and well appointed. On our last day we noticed an issue while returning to our unit and someone from maintenance was knocking on the door within a couple of minutes.

DUMPSTER FIRE * BEST PLACE TO RUIN YOUR VACATION 1) At the time of checking in no one explained the checkout time or anything. If you are Hilton honors member but booked your trip by using expedia or any other way, you dont get points or anything…Well hello if thats the case why even bother listing your property with 3rd party websites? And btw this one was a lie as I just had booked a room for a week using amex at different property and voila they didn’t have any problems. So issue is with the nasty front desk at this property. Trust me you would have better staff than this even at Motel6 or Super8 2) In the middle of the stay water was gone for 4 hours, and the front desk called at 10:57 to notify you about water is going to be shut at 11:00..So you will get whole 3 mins to figure it out. (Their response water line broke, ok accepted things could go wrong but at least try to be respectful when notifying guest about it.) the front desk lady was extremely rude, common you are the one working in hospitality industry learn some manners, and be courteous or work somewhere where no direct human interactions are needed. 3) Supposedly their checkout time is 10:00am (Most Orlando properties are at least 11:00 and some of them are even 12:00) but they would forget to tell you about it at the time of check in and there would be no courtesy reminder at 10:00 or prior to that so they can THREATEN you for late checkout fees. At least the manager was respectful and understanding.

Location is very convenient to Animal Kingdom, store's such as Wal-greens, gas stations, Walmart and restaurants. Loved the pool, atmosphere, staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice and roomy villas.

It was spacious and convenient to Hollywood studios Disney park. We would definitely recommend and return again. Only point to consider, there is heavy traffic if you plan on arriving or departing in rush hours ( park hours) 7h30- 9am and 6-8 pm We arrived early at the park and leaving late, we did not have any issue,
