The exterior is freshly painted. The pool and jacuzzi are top-notch. The 2 bedroom unit is very comfortable. The bed is comfy. The bathrooms clean . I like the shampoo, conditioner and lotion set-up. Very eco-friendly. The furniture and carpet are very old. It’s close to the Disney parks.

This is a great hotel for the disney parks, plus it's close to grocery stores and restaurants. Spacious suites with full kitchens and in room laundry. Large pool with lots of loungers. They had some kind of craft or event almost every day which was a nice touch. Friendly and nice staff!!

Every time we stay at this property we never want to leave. The rooms are always so clean and spacious making it a very comfortable stay. The pool is also extremely clean. It’s hard to find pools with tons of guests that still has crystal clear water. Parkway has been our go to Orlando hotel for years.

Lovely place to stay with everything you need. We didn’t have a kettle but a quick ask at reception and we got one. Our only gripe was the bar didn’t open 2 days a week and when open was only open till 6pm but the pool was open till 11pm. Also the man who worked on the bar was not happy chappy at all don’t think I ever saw him smile. All in all a great place and central location for all needs.

At first, when we arrived, I wondered if I’d made a mistake booking this place because the outside looked a little unusual. But once inside, I was pleasantly surprised—the interior is clean, spacious, and well maintained. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One note for anyone booking an upper-floor room: there’s no elevator. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind. Special thanks to Dinet and Mario at the front desk for being so welcoming and helpful, and to the cleaning lady for keeping everything spotless.

i did find a dead roach in our room. checked out the whole place before complaining and didn't find any other evidence or see any more the rest of our time there. The pool bar hours were not very convenient to being out and about at parks. This applies generally to the pool area, these places could really use pool areas open to midnight or 1am so you can recover in the hot tub after a long park day. overall the room and grounds were nice enough and it seemed like there was a lot to do for families looking to do a resort day as opposed to a park day. staff was pretty friendly for our stay watch out for the speed bumps

This is the second time we have stayed here and we’ll be back. The staff are very friendly and we enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Our rooms were spacious and we were pleased to see so many conveniences (glasses, plates, dishwasher, washer, and dryer, etc). The price was reasonable as well.

The room was great, the location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Quick easy 25 minute drive to airport during rush hour 7:30am. Great place to stay. Quiet, with outside balcony seating with screen enclosure so no mosquitos. Pools, activities and an outdoor pickleball court. There is an indoor pickleball venue 12 minutes away if it is rainy. Daily activities for kids and adults, including pickleball. Price is right. Great steak houses 3 minutes from resort. Goggle maps is not accurate. Once on Parkway Blvd continue straight until you see Parkway International Resort sign. Great staff, very efficient and friendly.

Property was in a great location. Apartment was mostly clean, 2 large dark stains on sheets visible immediately when we walked into the room. Rest of apartment was pretty clean.

I\'ve stayed at the property multiple times over the past couple years both with family and solo. The space is phenomenal! The insuite washer & dryer mean one can pack more efficiently leaving more luggage space to shop!! The full kitchen is great for those days when you want to just chill "at home" or avoid the torrential downpour happening outside. Walmart, Target, gas stations, fast food and other restaurants are all within a very short drive. Disney Parks average a 10 min drive. The one downfall this time was the smell...you don\'t notice it so much when you are in the space but when you leave it all soft surface items (clothes, suitcase, blankets, pool towels) smelled strongly of mildew. Maybe odor eaters in the room? I had to run all clothes through the laundry twice to get the smell out and the suitcases were sprayed and left in the garage to air out. But other than that a great stay as always!

We have stayed here several times over the years as a family and it's always exceptionally clean and comfortable with wonderful customer service. Miles better than a cramped hotel room and cheaper! Not a single complaint, and we have been staying at Parkway for at least 15 years as our family has grown.

These units are great for a family. Everything you need. In the past I had no complaints at all. This trip we encountered a dirty carpet. So if you book call and make sure the carpets have been cleaned recently.

It was location in a central area for me. The condo was spacious and we had 2 bathrooms which is nice with 2 women. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. My bedroom was with 2 twins beds which was fine but if I close the door at night it got warm since the closet has the hot water heater in it. I left the door open to the hall for that reason.

I have stayed at this resort several times and have loved it each time. Its a great deal and I can fit my kids and grandkids in one condo. Its really clean and I love the grounds. Its close to whatever you may need as well as convenient to the parks. The staff is really friendly as well. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the sales pitch for timeshares you are forced to listen to to get your parking pass. Over all I would highly recommend!!

Pros: Property is very nice and convenient to Disney. Great value considering it’s a 2 bed/ 2 bath unit. Cons: After checking in, we were forced to attend a high pressure sales pitch on investing in their property before we were given a parking permit. This is unethical and borderlines coercion. My review would have been higher if not for this.

From check in to check out it was easy. No stress interactions. Even got extra towels dropped by while were out with a text to there concierge. Room was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen area is perfect for quick meals and coffee. Laundry area is a great addition for going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.

This was our third time staying. It’s a very convenient location for WDW and having the space of an entire small condo is well worth the drive. I also appreciate that they text asking if anything is needed after your first day. My only complaint is this time, I was forced to go to the “concierge” desk after checking in to get my parking pass. I’ve never had to do this before and even watched the front desk give a parking pass to another couple checking in later so I’m not sure why I was forced to do this. The concierge desk had a woman who basically gives you a timeshare/vacation pitch while printing your parking pass. Did not care for her tactics at all. Also be aware of the $15 daily resort fee and $200 deposit which you have to pay upon checking in. Not a deal breaker for us, but good to know.

The personnel was great, want to give a great thanks to Maria, my flight was delayed a few days and every time I called to give an update she was courteous and told me that my reservation was still active and not to worry. The rooms were clean and spacious getting in and out of the resort was easy. Thank you! I would definitely stay here on my next trip.

Parkway International Resort is a very comfortable and convenient hotel in Kissimmee, a short drive from the Disney theme parks, and close to the restaurants, stores and attractions on Irlo Bronson highway. Its comfortable and spacious suites are two-bedroom, two-baths units, with kitchen. The resort has a swimming pool and a gym. Cleanliness is excellent, and the staff is always helpful and polite. Parkway International Resort is a great place to stay on a vacation.

Great stay. Close to all WDW parks. Easy check in. Easy parking. Suite was clean and big enough to suit our needs--travelling with 4 kids! Nice to have full kitchen and washer dryer. Was able to easily arrange a grocery delivery and stroller rental. Great pool. Open until 11 p.m. and heated. I think we hit it every night after coming back from Disney. Would not hesitate to book here again.

We stay here often and will return. The beds are comfortable, the unit is a two bedroom two bath and it’s conveniently close to everything. Publix right across the street and tons of options to eat. The unit also has a washer and dryer and full size kitchen. Disney is less than 15 minutes away.

We liked staying here. The location is convenient to the highway to get to Disney, and it is convenient to restaurants. The downside is that the furniture is very dated and pretty beat up. With a little updating, this would be a great place to stay.

Everyone we spoke with from check in to check out was so kind and helpful. We were in town for an event so we didn’t spend a lot of time onsite. We received daily texts from the staff checking in to make sure we were alright and didn’t need anything. We were within walking distance to some great restaurants. We have another trip planned in February and we already booked this location again.

Stayed here for a week really had a great time. Me and wife enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. It really is a nice place if you plan on doing Disney trips very fast drive. Plenty of space in the rooms. Only wish they had more dining options
