Great location, to get to Disney parks we didn't need to get on the freeway. Close to Publix, Mod, Chik fil A, Chipotle, Ross and many other Stores. DisneySprings is easy to get to. Heated pool & hot tub a plus and near to buildings(Room 822) rooms were like an apartment. It would be ideal for families and longer stays. Full kitchens. We were on 2nd floor , no elevators and could hear the upstairs floor squeaking when people walked. We would definitely go back. Staff was very friendly.

Love this resort, have stayed here many times and we are always comfortable and happy. I like that there is a security guard so I do not worry about my vehicle or my safety. The pool and hot tub are clean and nice to relax. Rooms are clean and the staff here is amazing.

Second time staying there and love it there. It’s very clean, has everything you need, staff is friendly, and close to the theme parks. Also very spacious for a family of 5 and look forward to our next trip staying there. They have two pools and 4 hot tubs to relax in after a long day!

This was a beautiful, clean property. The only downside os that we stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Everything was wonderful—a peaceful, secluded spot that felt like a true retreat. The gardens were beautifully maintained and offered a lovely walking path, but my favorite feature was the small herb garden available for guest use. Harvesting fresh herbs made preparing dinner a delightful culinary experience. There are two small but adequate pools, where weekly socials like bingo, karaoke, and snacks add a touch of fun and community under the sun. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and always helpful. Overall, our month-long stay was truly lovely. The only minor drawback was the bedding. The plastic bed linends and the lack of a fitted bed sheet made the a little e uncomfora=table due to night hot, and a bit restless in addition to the bottom sheet not being a fitted sheet, so it was always .fortable, and the lack of a fitted sheet meant they didn’t stay in place well. A small detail, but one that would make a big difference in comfort.

This property was like being on a resort. It is beautifully landscaped and immaculate. We felt safe with security checking to make sure we were supposed to be there upon entry. It's in a good area that is convenient to lots of shopping and dining options.

Close to Disney parks and major shopping, but our kitchen was infested with ants and the fridge froze many of our groceries. When we notified the front desk they sent someone over to treat for ants and told me they'd refund me 2 nights, all I was refunded was 59 dollars which is not 2 nights. Water also had a really foul sewege smell.

The room was spotless- 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- great visit

I normally have no issues with any Hilton Resorts, but as I was getting ready to cook, I opened the silverware drawers and immediately Mite bugs are crawling all over the utensils. I usually stay at Mystic Dunes, and thought I would give this place a try. As far as the staff goes, they were amazing! I really think they just need a little updating.

The stay was just okay, the carpets are very old and stinky, they offer only one time cleaning opposite to what was said at the time of check in. They refused the second time I asked for housekeeping especially because the first time everything was not cleaned properly. The stay was just okay only because the rooms are very huge like an apartment and a full kitchen is provided.

O hotel diz que tem limpeza a cada três dias, porém atrasa a limpeza, faz a cada quatro dias, perto do dia do checkout não faz mais, tudo com o intuito de economizar uma limpeza. Além disso o ar condicionado é apenas na sala, não tem ar nos quartos.

There are so many places to choose from to stay in Orlando, and we really made the right choice with Hilton Polynesian isles. The two bed suite was absolutely huge with everything you could need including a washer/dryer. Perfect for coming home to after long theme park days. The grounds were immaculate and the pools nice a quiet. Location was incredibly convenient for both theme parks and restaurants/shops. Highly recommend for a home from home in Orlando.

Everything was great except the wi-fi. Connectivity was quirky to open, dropped frequently, and was very, very, very slow (2.4). You would get better results at a MacDonald's.

We have stayed at numerous Hilton grand properties and this one was by far the lowest ranking. Staff was pleasant room was clean but kind of dated. Our room was on the 3rd level with no elevator. Room service never came within our 4night stay… we had to call someone to pick up trash… although it was an ok experience I will never stay there again

The location was great and my wife loved the vibe. We had plenty of food options near us and felt safe the whole time. We were in an upstairs rooms with no elevator access. However, the building are only 2 stories tall. Easy access to the main pool and great price for a weeks' stay! I wouldn't recommend over the Hilton Grand Vacation Sea World, but this is still a great hotel to stay at!

Muito bem atendido por todos da equipe da recepção. O colchão do quarto que me designaram estava com problemas e não consegui dormir na primeira noite. Avisei a recepção e prontamente me designaram para outro quarto e pude até testar o colchão antes. Local limpo e com diversas comodidades. Como passava muito tempo na rua não utilizei tudo o que o resort oferece mas o local é calmo, tranquilo e ótimo para relaxar.

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en vrijwel de hele staf was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam (de uitzondering daar gelaten). De buitenboel werd goed onderhouden en de kerstdecoraties waren erg sfeervol. Het appartement is ruim. De bedden zijn niet erg comfortabel (behoorlijk hard) en het beddengoed eigenlijk iets te klein. We moesten de wasmachine en droger delen met de buren en dat was niet altijd ideaal. Kennelijk hebben de appartement in gebouw 1 tm 6 een eigen wasmachine en droger. Onze vaatwasser droogde niet en dat hebben we doorgegeven. Er is iemand komen kijken, maar housekeeping had hem toen aangezet, dus dat leverde niets op. De rest van de week maar zelf afgewassen. De laatste 4 dagen hadden we veel herrie van het appartement boven ons, op een dusdanige manier dat wij dachten dat ze het appartement aan het renoveren waren. Dat bleek echter niet het geval. Handig om te weten dus dat de appartementen van boven naar beneden erg gehorig zijn. Het zwembad (er zijn er twee) was een fijne plek om te zitten met voldoende ligbedden, enkele speelattributen en zwemvesten. Ook de jacuzzi was heel fijn en met een lekkere temperatuur. Zowel het zwembad als de jacuzzi hadden een speciale stoeltjeslift om het water mee in en uit te gaan. Helaas werden die ook gebruikt door kinderen die het leuk speelgoed vonden en niet altijd even veilig gebruikten. Al met al hebben wij een goed verblijf gehad maar zou ik niet zeker weten of ik het, ondanks de gunstige ligging, weer zou boeken.

I enjoyed all of the plants around the grounds. Our king suite was huge! Bigger than I would’ve ever expected. The netted balcony was nice too. One day there was a peacock on the grounds and that’s one of my favorite moments of the trip. The pool was really warm so even on a colder day my husband was able to enjoy a swim. We both agreed that all of the hot tubs were not hot enough. Not even as warm as my regular bath. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook at home and the grocery store is a quick walk away. Freddy at the front desk was pleasant and easy to work with.

I had prepaid my stay and when I arrived at 3am, after a delayed flight, I was told they had no room for me. They were unapologetic, no empathy, and told me to go to their inferior sister property and to get there at my own expense. The treatment I received was unprecedented. I am currently fighting to get my refund.

We have stayed here a number of times, all staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The all the units are being upgraded so will be even bettrr next time.

The front desk staff and concierge had top notch customer service. The grounds crew and clean up crew were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. When I called the front desk to ask for help finding a channel on the TV they sent someone over within minutes to help. That was above and beyond. Room was clean and large.

We loved it! Freddy was very friendly and helpful at the check-in. My family was very pleased and happy overall.

We arrived late Saturday October 11th. The staff was very courteous and friendly and they put us on a 2nd floor unit. The next day I went back to the courtesy desk because I had a question. They asked how our unit was and they realized that I was handicapped so they changed us to a ground floor unit. It made our stay so much easier.

Close to Disney

We enjoyed our stay here . Very clean well kept property . It is located close to Disney and many shopping areas . Lots of great restaurants nearby and a Walmart just up the street .

Ideal location. Close to main supermarkets. Close to old town. Central location for driving to all that central Florida has to offer.

My family and I loved our room. We got a killer deal and spent 4 days/3 nights. The room was huge and super clean. Everything was new and fresh. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances, pots, pans, etc. the staff was super helpful and we will most definitely recommend and will be back. I could have done without the incessant timeshare calls but they stopped after a couple of days. Definitely a nice place

Its not a big resort. There are no elaborate pools. No restaurants But, if it's peace and quiet you seek, this is the place.

This is a wonderful place. I have never seen such a place so equipped to deal with mobility issues. I wish it had a restaurant but there are places close by

The hotel is very convenient if you travel with kids and you want to cook some of your meals. We stayed in a convenient apartment with two rooms, it was very clean and smell good. Everything was good during our stayed

Nice place. It’s a time share. Nothing to do on the property. We prefer a property with a Tiki bar and restaurant. We were not there for Disney but a car auction. Traffic is horrendous. First and last time for us.

Great affordable option for our Universal trip! The kitchen helped us stay within budget because we were able to pop a pizza in the oven in the evenings. The property was quiet and relaxing in the evenings when we opted to swim/relax by the hottub. Driving to Universal was no hassle at all and worth staying at a hotel outside the immediate radius of the parks.

During our stay, we were particularly impressed with the festive Christmas light decorations throughout the property. It added a magical touch to our vacation and created a wonderful holiday atmosphere! We loved spending time exploring the grounds and taking advantage of the amenities. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Polynesian Isles. The combination of spacious, well-equipped rooms, a smooth check-in process, beautifully maintained grounds (especially with the festive Christmas decorations!), and a variety of activities makes this a top-notch choice for families visiting the Disney area.
