Delta Hotels by Marriott Orlando Celebration

Very clean room. Amenities are great. The pool is very nice and they have an on-site kitchen for in-room dining, as well a laundry service. A great balance between reasonable cost and quality for business trips or even family breaks.

Very disappointed with this experience. My wife and I arrived very late at night and found the bathroom in terrible condition, extremely dirty and with feces still present. It was a very unpleasant and concerning situation because it really makes you question the overall hygiene and cleanliness standards of the property. The smell in the room also did not give the impression that it had been properly cleaned before our arrival. When you pay for a hotel stay, you at least expect a clean and sanitary environment, especially in areas as important as the bathroom. This was definitely an uncomfortable experience, and we truly hope management takes room cleanliness and inspection much more seriously moving forward.

Mediocre resort. We checked in after 9pm, trek to our room had us pushing suitcases on gravel pathway, no assistance was available. Keycard did not work for entry to the tower where our room was located; housekeeping supervisor assisted us with getting access to our room by calling front desk and confirming room details. Room AC was “damp”, light out in the bathroom, low water pressure in shower. Room furniture was very hodge podge. Just a mediocre resort.

Everything about our stay at Delta was wonderful! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities and close to Charley’s Steakhouse! I would highly recommend this hotel for your Orlando area stay!

Our room was small, the toilet clogged several times and the shower didn't drain. In addition the shower head was broken and on full jet mode. They came to fix it but left the shower head and the tools just laying around the bathroom. Some staff were exceptional while others, mainly the front desk were rude. Our key didn't work twice and we had to stand in line for 20 min to get a new one. I was given attitude about needing three and that they didn't understand why they weren't working One of the hot tubs was broken the entire time so every night there were 50 people in one hot tub. Disappointing to say the least.
