It was just, ok…. Certain amenities advertised were not available. Pool side bar wasn’t open, very loud construction all afternoon, interrupting a “relaxing” pool environment. Loose pavers around pool. Sink was wonky in room suite, with no soap or supplies to dry your hands. Handle fell off shower handle in the bathroom. Pack of extra blanket and pillow was opened, so it was unclear if they were used… requested a new set.

Thx pool hot tub and gym were closed. Nobody wants to have to leave the property to go use the amenities at another resort. When I booked these reservations the pool was to be opened by April 1 and it wasn’t the stay was terrible.

Really comfortable and spacious hotel. All rooms are suites with a sofa bed in the family room. Perfect for families. The pool was beautiful, very well designed and spread out for private spaces. Also, nice tennis courts.

Employees and room was fine, however the property does not have a sit down restaurant and the buses to the theme parks were very disappointing, often being late with broken AC. The property is a good 20 minute walk to Disney springs entrance gate.

A Disappointing Stay While the location of the Doubletree by Hilton was convenient, our recent stay was unfortunately a nightmare. Despite the hotel's initial appearance of cleanliness, we were shocked to discover a significant bug problem. The couch bed, which we needed to use, was infested with bugs. Each night, we rotated sleeping on it, only to wake up with painful, swollen bites. My elbow and hand are now oozing and extremely painful. The hotel's maintenance issues were also a major concern. The fridge leaked continuously, requiring us to use a towel to catch the water. Additionally, the fridge was not cold enough, and the shower knob kept falling off. On our first night, we were unable to access hot water at all. The positive aspects of the hotel, such as the location and friendly breakfast staff, were completely overshadowed by these negative experiences. The photos online do not reflect the reality of the hotel's condition. We will definitely not be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.

We reserved a suite so that we can have two separate sleeping areas , first the couch had some food and coffee stains .. I felt not comfortable sitting on thinking I maybe to blame for it ..also my partner slept in the bedroom and was bitten by bedbugs. We usually stay in a Disney hotel though we couldn’t find a Disney Hotel with a suite and because it was just two nights we settled for this being so close to Disney springs .. that was the only positive things.. but would not stay here again

Everyone was super friendly! Bus service was convenient. Pack n play was clean. However we stayed on the 7th floor and had house keeping come almost everyday. Upon arrival our couch had a significant white stain that reminded us of bodily fluids. Our windows also had very visible handprints all over them. We noticed immediately upon entering and even though cleaning staff came everyday they did not clean it- which was disappointing.

Likes: Hotel had a great location. We used our own transportation and we were able to use the early entry and rope drop each park with ease. The restaurant staff was also wonderful, especially Mrs Lorree. Dislikes: After we arrived the first night, unpacked and getting in bed a giant roach crawled on the sofa sleeper! Needless to say we complained and were able to swap rooms. However, they did try to move us up a floor at 9:00 at night after a 12 hour drive, already completely unpacked and with 3 kids. I did ask to stay on the same floor and they were able to make that happen. Starting the second night the water in the shower would change from luke warm to scalding hot in an instant. So much so that while my wife was washing my daughter's hair she tried to move her head out of the way and while bending down she nailed her own head on the soap dish inside of the shower leaving a giant knot. I called about the water changing temperatures also but nothing was done other than the staff said they would tell the engineer. The last thing about the property was that only one elevator worked for 5 of the 6 nights we were there. This caused long waits after long days. Overall, this just didn’t meet my expectations after spending around $1,800 on a hotel stay.

The hotel was great except one thing that ruined it all, whatever detergent they use on the sheets is terrible. Both my kids and I woke up scratching all night and had red blotch like rashes in every area our PJs were not touching. I ended up at the pharmacy getting cortisone to provide relief. None of us have sensitive skin, so whatever they use must be harsh.

Easy to get to Epcot from this location. Rooms were quiet, and overall in good condition. A small room, but the space was well laid out. The shower head in our room was dripping water and not at full force. The grout in the shower was discolored brown/black. The breakfast buffet option was $23 for adults. An accompanying child eats free - which is a great deal if you have children; if not, it's a little pricey for what's available. The waffle machine wasn't working properly, and the line for omelets was 6-people long at one point. The servers were attentive and professional.

really had an EXCELLENT stay during my recent trip from Nov 8-11. The front desk/receptionists were wonderful and very helpful, the smell of the lobby was magnificent and as we came late at night during our EDC/Disney trip, they would be cleaning the floors making sure the floors were very clean. Suites were very spacious, beds were very comfy, and the room was extremely clean! Even with the issue of the pipe bursting and no hot water at night on Friday, they resolved it extremely quickly and had hot water the next day early. I will be staying here again and recommend for all families staying for disney as the rooms are spacious and comfortable (their shuttle system also seemed spectacular)!

Asked for cookies one day to which they responded “there won’t be any more cookies.” (This was the first time asking for a cookie after check in) 4 night stay. Additional do that I was over charged for parking a total of 8 days for a 4 night stay. They never sent me a receipt for charges I had to ask for one after seeing the charges did not add up. Charges from Expedia very different to what we ended up paying.

We got to the hotel at 10:30 am and asked if our room was ready after a long flight, they said it was ready, but I would have to pay an additional fee, I would have to wait till 4pm for check in. had suitcases and carryons and was traveling with a child, so could not just wait there for nearly six hours. I looked at the website and under check out and check in and there were fees listed for late check out, however, nothing about about early check in. I went back the day before I left and spoke to manager , about the charge, I showed him the website, he said the hotel couldn’t write everything on their website, then went into an office to look for documents about early check in and he found nothing. He said anything before 12pm cost 45 dollars. I said first of all the girls at the front desk never mentioned the option for 12pm check in, there is nothing on your website and any other hotel I ever stayed in, once your room was ready they let you check in. Manager didn’t even want to hear anything about this and said the charge will stay. In addition we went to the front desk three times complaining about water pressure in the shower and how the water was super cold, they did absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service

If you get the heavenly pleasure of seeing Louree, I'm very excited for you. She radiates southern hospitality and makes you feel so welcome. Hugh and Ben at the front desk are a absolute delight and pleasure to meet and see. They go above and beyond for you and welcome you with open arms. The house keeping is incredibly sweet and kind. Just like all the servers and omelet chefs in the breakfast area. We feel like its a second home. Please do yourself a favor save money and stay here.

The staff were so nice. They were able to check us in early despite the fact we didn’t try to do early check in. Very accommodating. The early entry to Disney parks was a nice bonus and mainly why we chose to stay at this hotel. Despite the fact they provide a shuttle for free to any of the parks, we chose to Lyft/uber to the parks for earlier entry. Pool was nice for when we had days we wanted to rest. There was free coffee every morning. And free cookies everytime you wanted at the front desk. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Everything was seamless with this place. Loved toe proximity it was to all the parks. We didn’t use the free shuttle but used uber which was $6 per uber to park. Super clean and spacious. Loved that bar served food until 10pm and the bartender was very social and fast. Would recommend. Would stay again.

This property is undergoing some major renovation in the reception area, this however did not spoil the experience. Main restaurant closed for evening meals and main Bar closed, this is a let down and is not advertised on the website. Pool Bar is open till midnight serving good food basic menu but tasty and good selection of drinks. Only down side it is outside if raining the small umbrellas at the tables are not sufficient and you will get wet. Only a few seats around the covered Bar on stools. Guest Suits very good fully kitted out with all you need. Staff very polite and always happy to help. Aircon was a small issue on day one but was repaired very quickly. Noise of the Aircon is very loud in the main bedroom not to bad in the lounge are of the suit.

One of our favorite properties! We had such a great stay . Breakfast was delicious each morning. Great gym! And great location to downtown Disney.

Clean rooms great service at the restaurant. Not a whole lot of options for breakfasts but since it is included it is fine. The place was quiet and not crowded. I’ll come back again

Quick check in, Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Rooms were spacious comfortable bed nice shower. With small like kitchen with sink, microwave, coffee and a table to eat at also very quiet would def stay again close to parks

"We are extremely disappointed with our stay. We booked for 6 days, during which we barely spent any time at the hotel other than returning late at night to sleep. The room had a very unpleasant odor and looked nothing like the pictures shown online. Furthermore, the toilet overflowed every single time it was used, which was highly unsanitary. We were also charged heavy resort fees and taxes despite not using any of the hotel facilities. Given these unacceptable conditions, we request a partial refund of our stay, specifically the resort fees and taxes that were charged. Unfortunately, this was a deeply disappointing experience, and we look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter."
