I had a good experience overall. The staff were great and very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was fresh and well prepared. Parking was convenient and easy to access. There was a minor issue with the toilet which appeared to loose, not properly sealed. Therefore, there was noticeable, persistent fouled smell in the air. Shower pressure was a bit lackluster but manageable. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing. Thank you.

Comfortable hotel located in an office park neighborhood. Breakfast buffet was okay, but not excellent. Hotel has spacious lobby, dining area and gym. Rooms are also spacious with comfortable beds, although maintenance had to fix a non flushing toilet. Management beware! The parking lot is extremely dark and unsafe. We overheard other guests with kids complaining about this issue as we were walking to the hotel at night. This is a negligent security lawsuit waiting to happen if a guest becomes the victim of a violent crime. No cameras, poor lighting and no security guards present. Even if no crime occurs, your guests can easily fall and get injured or get hit by cars due to poor lighting.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arriving, my room was filthy. I was transferred to another room, but when I turned on the bathroom light, I found roaches. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The housekeeping was terrible and rude. They left one towel in the room and when I asked for more ( there were two of us in the room) the response was that was all I was going to get. And when I called down to get more they never came. I ended up taking them from the cart. They never vacuumed and the floors throughout the hotel were nasty.

I stayed here for 5 days. It was cleaned daily, but there is definitely a deep clean that needs to be done. Hopefully it was the floor we were on, but the hallway carpet was deeply gross. The shower head had mildew. Maybe it's that I was comparing it to the Sheraton at the Houston airport which I've stayed at quite a few times. Front desk staff were always excellent, which to me is more important so I still give it a 5 star!

The first night when we got to the room the A/C was working and over the night it wasn’t cooling anymore so I woke up during the night many times because it was hot so the first night I was not satisfied with that the other night we were switched to another room and the A/C was working fine but since they had an issue with the A/C I to believe and will most definitely would appreciate if they disconnected some part od the money that I was charged that there was and issue on the hotel end and it wasn’t my fault

The AC in the first King room were placed in sounded like a literal helicopter. They then said they had no other King bed rooms, so they placed us in a double Queen room. The drains in that room smelled like sewer. It seems like there are a lot of deferred maintenance issues overall at this hotel.

The property itself was nice. It was easy access. What ruined it for us was the front desk staff was miserable! Upon arrival we said hello to numerous staff and not one greeted us! My husband said hello to at least three staff, and not one of them answered him. The girl at the front desk kept calling him, ma’am. My husband is very masculine. It was very rude. The housekeeping staff was directly across from our room and we tried to engage in conversation with her on several occasions, and she ignored us while glaring at us. The nicest people were down in the bar! Marlene and her helper they were wonderful Kudos to Marlene! they made up for all the other staff that were miserable! who didn’t want to be there and they made it known.

The restaurant and coffee shop service were excellent. They were all very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety. Downsides: We had two rooms; access to the parking lot was only encoded onto one set of room keys making it difficult to arrange entry/exit based on who was driving the car. The room TV wasn't not adjustable for viewing from different parts of the room. Maid service was knocking at the door at 930am. That's a bit early for me. We had only one washcloth for 3 people. When we called the front desk to request additional chairs, our call went directly to a recording. Later we asked for chairs at the front desk; None were delivered and we never got a follow up call. On the day of checkout, two separate staff members knocked at our door in the morning asking when we're checking out. Checkout is noon. I've never had a hotel ask me when I'm checking out.

As always, my room was pristine. Shoutout to the Housekeeping staff. Bloom Cafe associates are amazing. This weekend, Sony and Alisha were my servers and as always, they were gracious, attentive, and (my coffee cup was never empty!). Front Desk staff are incredibly accommodating. Mr. Buckman and Mr. Smith were wonderful. Awesome customer service. Kudos!

This is a very nice hotel, but if you have mobility issues you can wind up a full city block away from an elevator. The hallways are endless. Also, the neighborhood is pretty much an office park and they charge you $20 a night for parking, even though parking in the area is plentiful and not a problem. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. On the plus side, the hotel is spotless, the rooms are a good size and they're pretty.

It's an old business hotel. It advertises itself as the Sheraton North Orlando, but it is in Maitland, 5 miles north of Orlando, and probably 45 minutes from the area attractions in typical traffic. It's okay for business travelers on a budget, but it is still overpriced for even them. It's an absolute NO for families on an Orlando-based vacation.

Our stay wasn't great. The room hadn't been properly cleaned before we arrived, and there was trash and beer cans on the balcony. The conditioner and body wash were empty, and there wasn't a microwave. The coffee machine didn't work, and the fridge door was broken. For the price we paid for three nights, it really wasn't worth it, especially since we've had better experiences at other hotels for less money. The only good thing was its convenience for the two-day event we were attending.

Check in with Saba. She was wonderful and very helpful. The food was overpriced so we did not eat at the hotel. Replacement of amenities was poor. Had to shower with hand soap as there was no bath gel. Had to request hand gel, toilet paper, wash cloths, and shower gel. Every day was a mystery if they were going to replace was was empty or used!

The overall experience was just ok. The breakfast really was poor though. Having paid $16 each for breakfast in advance, there was only one breakfast option. If we wanted to choose an alternative from the menu it is an additional $16 charge.

I had a ward event so it was helpful to be at the same hotel as the event . I was in all a great stay for my event . But the breakfast buffet was charge , it’s not really an inconvenience. But I believe the Expedia page said it was included. Maybe something to clarify in the future .

My only complaint about this Sheraton are the HORRIBLE mattresses. I spent two nights there and woke up almost unable to move I was so sore from the crummy beds. It stinks because the property is beautiful, it’s priced well, and it’s very centrally located for my travel purposes. But not being able to move for an hour after I get up is a real deterrent from becoming a regular. This was the second time I stayed here I had the same experience both times. (I had hoped the first time was a fluke. It was not.)
