i loved our room. It was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Bed were comfy, pillows could be softer or plush, they did feel very firm. Kitchenette was useful. bathroom needed some cosmetic upgrades but it worked just fine. Staff very friendly and helpful to resolve any issues I had upon check in. Pool area had plenty of seating. Property was nice to take an evening stroll around the lake. plenty of food options nearby. I would stay again.

We arrived very late - actually early in the morning and so had only a few hours for sleep before moving on. At first glance everything seemed okay. However, my companion found a dark hair in her bed (after getting into it). After pulling back the covers, we discovered what appeared to be little black spots on the sheets which may have been actual, or at the very least evidence of bedbugs. I immediately called the front desk. Instead of sending someone to the room, they told me to go the front desk. They agreed to move us to a different room, but did not offer to assist other than to provide us with a valet cart for our use. I examined the room before moving into it and it appeared to be clean, but by then, my companion was so disturbed that it took a very long time for her to fall asleep. We soon had to get up. We were told that they would have housekeeping look at the room in the morning and let us know of their findings. We never heard anything despite the fact that we had told them that were were not going to leave until about 9:30 am. We would have moved to a different hotel if we had the time and we did not want to have to pay for another hotel when this one should have been clean and free of vermin. The breakfast was okay. We were surprised by the choices. We were very dissatisfied by not only the condition of the property but by the lack of assistance by and communication from the hotel.
