Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Airport

The rate was good, but it was a money pit after entering. Prices for everything were exorbitant. We had room service only the last day of a 4 night stay. There were only 2 coffees in the room when we checked in and it was never refilled even on the one time out of 4 that the room was serviced. The ice bucket was not emptied and refreshed on he one service. Worst yet was the temepature control. It never reached a constant temp and stayed there. It was continually freezing and had to be shut off until it bacame suffy and cooling had to be restarted. We have enjoyed Marriot before but I doubt we'll try again anytime soon. Very disappointing.

Construction which was not mentioned on booking, loud drilling. Reception not helpful or forthcoming with room directions

Airport shuttle and hotel staff are friendly and helpful

Beware. This entire hotel is under construction. It’s hard to find the entrance- very poor signage. Extremely hard to navigate internally and we couldn’t even purchase a snack or drink from their lobby because they can’t process payments on site. For the price this is a complete rip off. One highlight was the very apologetic staff.
