Don't trust the reviews here that give one star. The building is old - yes, were there waterbugs - yes. But the rooms are clean, the staff is polite, there is a huge parking lot and quick entry and exit to the highway. I can't say for sure about the breakfast, I slept until late all these days) The perfect location for EDC Orlando. For this budget you definitely won't get better! I'll book for next year too.

Lots of fun stuff closeby, but honestly not worth it if you plan to stay here. Ultimately just needed a place close by in Orlando, but there were quite a few things that made this place not as comfy as I’d hoped: -Front Desk was notably annoyed that I was checking in/out -Cleaning people literally did not give you a choice when they came to get towels. I asked for 10 minutes so we could leave the room and they got upset and took our towels anyways -AC didn’t work well, or at all sometimes -TV is mounted way crooked and the remote didn't work -The tub drain wouldn’t close, and the faucet was falling off the wall -Cleaning people didn’t clean. They took our dirty towels, gave us only one more, and that was it -Roaches. Lots of roaches. -Just don’t go in the pool. Ew.

Pool was full of algae. Smelled. Staff returned my pillowcases and kept the pillows that I brought. Room was clean and the AC worked. Inconvenient to pull into.

Property was decent. Staff was pretty nice and friendly. I had multiple issues with the key and door and had to frequently go down to the lobby to have the key made again only to go all the way back to my room for it to still not work. I had a tough time keeping chargers in the outlets. They’d just fall out. Or not stay filled plugged in to charge any devices.

Its a cheap hotel, I acknowledge that. We literallly needed a place to sleep and little else. That said, ut fit the bill if you're not picky. Its right by the interstate so if the sound of tuner cars bothers you, think twice. Desk clerk was very nice and the bed were clean. Bilding was kind of rough with visible rust on metal surfaces. Pillows are a wierd 3/4 size though, only a bit bigger than a couch pillow. Shower barely about luke warm. Didn’t go in the pool as it looked like some shady business going down. So, yeah...

The central location was key. The front desk was very helpful every time. Breakfast was basic, but had healthy options of resh fruit & yogurt! A plus for me. It was cleaner and better cared for than most older motels. The pool was pristine. Multiple HBO channels, USP charging stations and an actually quiet HVAC unit.

I would skip this hotel. My room had two dead big palmetto roaches, the room smelled, toilet top was broken, breakfast was unappetizing. I had to change rooms, next room I was given was mediocre to say the least. I was offered a 10% discount refund, so far I didn’t get.

The room looked clean. Their was a spider on one of the beds when I arrived. There were roaches on the floor and in the tub. The sick was slow to drain. The room smelled. And the towels, pillow cases were dirty

The room was atrocious. There was gum on the bedside table, stained bedsheets, stuff on the floor, hair on the shower wall, the electrical was hanging off the wall, the door didn’t shut properly, and to top it all off - a DEAD ROACH was on the floor. I was stuck 1,400 miles away from home with no other access to another hotel room so I had to stick it out. I’m not happy with the quality hotels.com provided with their hotels on their website nor their customer service of telling me it’s out of their hands to help me obtain a refund even though I booked through them to avoid things like this. I paid money to feel unsafe and unclean.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. We stayed here on the way to our disney trip as we just needed a place to lay our heads for the night since we got to orlando an night early and our disney hotel wasnt available yet. While i didnt expect or need anything fancy, i at least wanted clean and comfortable. This place was so nasty. The pictures on hotel.com were 100% off and decieving. We walked in to complete grossness. And ROACHES. Yes i said it, roaches. Black hair on the bathroom floor that didnt belong to us. The lamps on the table looked like they hadnt been wiped in a cantury. The whole place felt sticky, door lock didn't work...need i go on? I was so disgusted. I cannot understand how we had to pay $125 to stay in filth. I will be fighting to get some money back as this was the WORST experience and place ive ever stayed at. Horrible job days inn!!!!

This hotel was one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed in my 50 years of life. All of the amenities listed on site were missing, especially a coffee pot of all things. Check-in was a nightmare as they had one person that barely was able to handle his job and his name was Juan. Thankfully, we were only there to sleep for the night in a few hours, but it was not a pleasant experience at all. The hotel room was old and the bathroom was moldy along with a broken toilet. I would never ever consider staying in a place like this again. Thank goodness it was cheap that I don’t feel like I lost out on that much money. But then again cheap means very poor conditions.

The staff are all nice and helpful so lets get that out of the way. The main issue i have is how unclean the area is. The room look decent but gloomy. I saw a lot of dead cockroaches on the fridge. Theres also some molds around the bathroom. I don't feel comfortable sitting or lying down in bed and I only lasted 1 night. We booked a 3 night stay. The second night, i can't stand it anymore and I booked another hotel. This is my first time staying at a 2 star hotel. And probably also the last.

There was no coffee at the breakfast, the fridge in our room did not seal properly, and the floors were very dirty. They also did not give us new towels each day. The towels were very stained which is very off putting on white.

My room was dirty. Used q-tips on the floor around the toilet. Thick dust around the door and around the floor edges. There were no washcloths in the room. There was no shower floor towel. The shower water would not get hot. The front desk staff was rude when I tried to get my $100 cash deposit back. He wanted me to sign the form saying that I got my money back before I actually received it. When he saw that I was not going to sign the form until I got my money, he threw a $100 bill across the counter to me.

The title is how the desk attendant asked me if I had a preference. She put me on the Highway side, which I could hear just fine while trying to sleep… bring a noise maker or ear plugs. The A/C in the room was off, which allows the humidity to settle in the room. Everything had a damp feel to it, which is uncomfortable. The shower would only get to luke warm, the A/C did keep the room cool, the fridge kept our drinks cold and tv had a good selection of channels.

Website list that it is about 6 miles from airport. In fact it is quite further. The beds are old and sag. Pillows are like throw pillows on my couch. Wifi never worked in the hotel. The area isn't the best at night nor in the day for that matter. While in the lobby I over heard the manager arguing with a lady who was accusing them of allowing prostitution in the hotel. Not sure if that is true just what was over heard. Website list breakfast but that is not what you get. It is like apples, bananas, some muffins. You would think if it is a hotel by Wyndham it would be a little nicer for 100 bucks a night. I felt like I was in a hotel 6. (lower than motel 6) I won't stay here again and don't recommend.

The property seemed to be in disrepair. What was done was done poorly. AC was extremely noisy. Had a lamp that didn’t work. Most of the receptacles were worn out. While trying to settle in we had a knock at the door and when I answered I was propositioned. And to top it all off the water while not fully cold was very far from hot. We normally have good luck with Days inn but this one was very disappointing. The only thing I can say was at least it was only for one nite. Do your self a favor and stay somewhere else.

As soon as we opened the door, we saw dead roaches on the ground and baby roaches crawling on the walls. When I went and switched rooms, the A/C unit was not working at all, and we decided to stay in that unit because if we changed rooms again, something else would be wrong with it. I sucked it up for four days and three nights in the heat. I will never stay in that chain of hotels again. This is what trying to save your little coins get you a not-so-clean hotel. The workers were friendly.

When we arrived the poor 2 people behind the counter had a line of people checking in and a guest complaining. When it was our turn, the girl who just dealt with the complaint addressed us friendly, cheerfully and she was the best part of the hotel. I would not say it was the cleanest but clean enough to stay in. The bed was committable and clean. I did like the look of the barn door for the bathroom door but it gif not close all the way and no lock. That is just a me thing. When checking out the poor lady behind the counter had a line of people and was feeling with another complaint. The guy only took care of the grab and go breakfast. There was a line of 4 of us and all he had to say was if leaving your could just drop your key in this basket. However, he left the girl to all the people and never acknowledge the line so people became very upset.

This by far was the worst location I have stayed at and I’m not picky. Checked out after first night. First off, it took 45 to check in. They were aware of the event happening and wanted to charge $50.00 for early check in, so the rush of everyone at 3pm caused the long check in. There was only one employee the first 20 minutes then a second came in. It was a long dreadful process. For the room, very outdated. I cracked my ankle of pet of the bed that was sticking out and the TV didn’t work. To say the least, I would NOT recommend. Also, not in the best neighborhood.

Check in was TERRIBLE! Everyone at the hotel was there for a concert nearby and no one was allowed to check in early so when 3pm rolled around it took about 90 minutes for up to get checked in and we were only in the middle of the line. Recent paint inside and outside which was nice but no top sheet on the beds and the TV didn’t work. Also no hot water. Will not be back for our next Camping World concert.

It’s an older building that does show its age. Staff was not the friendliest. Every single day, I had the door tag to not disturb, and in all 4 days, they knocked on my door. Requesting my towels. What happened to their policy of being eco friendly

I stayed one night for a concert at the stadium the price was right although the Uber man didn’t particularly like the hotel and told me to be leery of the kind of people that stay there, but while I was there, it was just people attending the stadium concert so I was comfortable the hotel is very very old, but it was clean. The room was very, very clean and comfortable.

The location was close to where I wanted to be. But, getting to the place from north Orange Blossom was a challenge with interstate I-4 exit being right there. There were sketchy people in the hotel and a couple was sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. I heard doors slamming all night. Hotel needs serious remodeling. I would not recommend this to families that have small children, or solo women.

Room is close to tinker field is the biggest positive of this place. Front desk staff is nice. But one of the cleaning g ladies wanted to argue with my wife in regards to some bs that we never even inquired about. We called front desk to request new towels to have for whe we got back in from RDv

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Did not get the room I reserved. Needed to pay more for it. Staff was terrible. Expedia should be ashamed to list a place like this. Terrible condition and the worst service ever. I will not use Expedia in the future or stay at a Day’s Inn. Television did not work. Rooms in poor condition. Breakfast consisted of a plastic bag with a bottle of water and a granola bar. They didn’t even have coffee. Stay away.

This place sucked! Adverised that hot breakfast was available, only to provide water, juice, stale coffee and an old granola bar. Towels are only provided AFTER you use and return the first set and that's ONLY if they are available. Customer service only existed when we checked in and after that we were met with tons of unanswered questions and breakfast magically ended early the day we were leaving so go figure.... stayed 5 days and WOULD NEVER DO IT AGAIN

Honestly you get what u pay for. If your eleven from stranger things you will love the breakfast because it is eggo waffles. Your other choices are bread, corn flakes, and froot loops. Don't expect good water your either getting water from the north pole or water from the gates of hell there is no in between. We lucked out and only saw one bug. Our TV was busted and some of the outlets didn't work. They did change the TV but there was a foot print in the middle of it......how that happened I'm kinda curious. Other than that it was convenient location for universal and we slept well.

This place was clean and staff was very nice and professional. The area seems a little intimidating but overall I would stay there again. The main thing is cleanliness. Only down side the continental breakfast, they ran out of everything by 8:45 only had coffee available.

There was no hot water. When I notified the front desk about the water issue they gave me attitude. There were roaches in the bathroom. The breakfast is a joke, they don't even provide milk. The man at the front desk on sunday was rude. Overall a terrible place. Will never use Days Inn. Stay away from this place.
