Full breakfast was nice, and complimentary happy hour tickets as well. The pool was not really swimmable as it's half indoor and half outdoor, very strange. The gym is also VERY small. Some in hotel dining options would be nice.

The room was very large and clean. The check in process was seamless, the parking required key for entry and exit, and the bar area was in the middle of the lobby area. The gym was adequate and clean, as were the public restrooms. The one drawback was that the pool was closed, and it is July when a lot of tourists were in town.

The hotel is dated but decent. The rooms are spacious but the beds, sheets and pillows are old and need updating. The most disappointing part was that the pool was closed. No one told this before our stay. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, lots of options. The staff was not very welcoming, the check in staff was not friendly. She provided no information during check in. The happy hour is nice and helped make the experience a bit better.

What I did not appreciate was how parking was handled. I come and go often and everytIme I leave I have to pay $20? Not cool. I should not have had to pay more than that daily. Its bad enough i have to pay at all. In Lauderdale I get a permit to park and I come and go as I please. plus it gets billed to my room. That is a much better situation. I won't be coming back.

The staff was friendly and very visible. Great location near restaurants, and convenient to highway. Unfortunately the property is very "used" and despite it's location, it is not family friendly. It is not a resort, more of a short-term visit. The pool is VERY small for a large hotel. No area with billiards or table tennis, really nothing for families to do when its time to relax. Guest appreciation is from 5:30-7:30, and there is one bartender. The two nights we were there, a line had formed 20 people deep. A female manager observed, but did nothing to step in and help. "Snacks" were crudite, and a mixture of peanuts, goldfish, and raisins. Another night was a corn, tomato, black bean running "salsa". It's safe to say we didn't feel too appreciated!

Everything about the property was good except the room. It needed updating and deep cleaning. Stains on carpet and all the furniture, faded mirror. Housekeeping didn't properly clean the room, plates from breakfast were left in the room. I have stayed in many Embassy Suites and never experienced anything like this one. As an out of state visitor I will make a different choice on my next visit.

The hotel was nice and clean but is outdated. It’s time to remodel the rooms and give the bathrooms walk-in glass door showers. Other than that, the staff is nice and Zack way very helpful! I would definitely book this hotel again. Also, it’s very close to shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed the fact that the bar was still open when we arrive and Jason was very personable. I was disappointed in the room. It was old/dated, with spots on carpet and furniture, plus the furniture was all scratched up. It just felt old and uncomfortable compared to other Embassy properties in which I have stayed.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful, both inside and out. However, I encountered several issues with the room that affected my stay. The paint on the bathtub was peeling off, and the surface appeared dirty. Additionally, the toilet had a large crack across the top that had been visibly patched. The carpet in the room was also worn and had noticeable dark stains. I reported these concerns to the front desk, and while they acknowledged the condition of the bathroom, they did not offer a room change. Instead, they mentioned they would report the issue to the manager. Unfortunately, during my three-day stay, I received no follow-up from management regarding these concerns.

We have stayed here many times however this time we were met with rude and curt front desk employees. Their computers were down so I was left feeling like I was going to be double charged. When try to purchase from the sundry store the front desk clerk just rudely and repeatedly said CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY. I asked it to be charged to the room and was again told, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY - These were the only words she spoke. Perhaps that is why she is on the night shift, personally she should not work with customers. Appalling behavior.

The View of the hotel’s interior was beautiful.I enjoyed the comfort of the spacious room also the fact that the room was separated from the front entry and it had 2 TVs was a plus for my teenager. The location was perfect as well!

The stay was fine, but I used to stay fir the Happy Hour and Breakfast. The breakfast is still decent, better than a continental for sure. The Happy Hour is a joke though. 2 drinks no matter how many guest you have in the room and cheap beer and wine or bittom shelf well mixed. No appetizers like before either. Front desk said that all Embassy Suites are different and this one is cheap, haha. Fine other than that.

I recommend this property for anyone looking to explore the I Drive area on foot so much to see eat and enjoy. The hotel offers free breakfast daily with so many options for everyone to enjoy. They have daily specials and a made to order omelet station which was delicious. Managers reception every evening 530-7pm with complimentary drinks and snacks. Restaurant on site as well with a small snack station for some quick eats. Beautiful atrium for with plenty of seating and a full bar in the center. Indoor/Outdoor pool and a gym. My room was very spacious 2 queen suite perfect for a family or group definitely will be back.

There is only one elevator working for the entire hotel. This has been an issue for several months. You have to wait a very long time. I was given the wrong room, but I just kept it because I didn't want to wait for the elevator again. Breakfast was very good. The omelet station was excellent and so was the fruit.

My housekeeping by Marie was excellent she is awesome and very very pleasant. Also the housekeeping manager was great as well. The only complaint I have is the noise from the garbage truck driver was horrible he woke everyone up who had a room at the back of the building he let his truck just beep beep beep all morning 5 something in the morning and I spent 8 days with you guys he was not even in the truck and left it making the noise disturbing the guest very rude and there were some guest there that let their kids run around the hotel playing up and down on the elevators and running all through the lobby even during happy hour and the front desk did nothing I thought that was unacceptable especially them playing in the gym and pool wet that could have been a slip and fall accident or one of them getting hurt and sued the hospital the parents let them do it and the hotel front desk they played all through the lobby and elevator non stop on 9/19 and 9/20 check the cameras
