We arrived at the hotel about 7 hours before check in, but the staff let us check in early and have some breakfast. They were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us vouchers for free drinks at the bar. The pool was huge and stocked with towels. The pool was full of debris from flowers and trees. I tried to clean some of it but the net for the pool was broken. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying near the Orlando Airport.

Broken elevators when we arrived at 11:30 pm. Guests had to carry their bags up stairs to their room and in the morning the only elevator working was so slowly we went down the stairs. No elevator repair company was noticed on site.

Very disappointing experience. Paid too much money for what we got. Elevators didn’t work. Pool was green and was told to check in that it would be ready by afternoon and it was not. Some customers were told they could use the pool across the street, but we were never told, bathroom sink was spewing water every time we turned it on. Overall disappointing experience.

Checked in late- didn't realize parking was a $25 fee...and it has to be paid by scanning an qr code....we were at the hotel for 6 hours...paid 300$ for the room and paid 25$ for parking, which seems excessive for an overnight and at a 300$ hotel room.

Bathrooms old and dirty-shows rust and wear and tear. Rooms and rugs outside our room were moldy with large, black areas of moisture. The room had an air purifier to negate the smell. My child starting coughing as soon as we entered the room and his asthma was bad throughout the night. The complimentary breakfast was good, but I would not stay here again even if they gave us free lunch and dinner.

We waited well over 1.5 hrs for our complimentary drive from the airport to the hotel. We saw him drive by twice before actually stopping. He told one family in front of us that he didn't see anyone waiting. The rooms were definitely not cleaned. We found an almond in the middle of the bathroom and hair in the corner of the bathroom.

The stay was fine but I wouldn't pick this hotel again. The highlights were the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. You could tell it was a recently renovated older hotel. The renovations were done well for the most part. My disappointments was the humidity in the main restaurant area, slow elevators, and the dark living room area of the suite. My main issue was the thin walls. There was a family staying next door and i could here then talking through the bedroom wall.

My AC wasn’t blowing personally I stayed in room 406 I’m sure it was an easy fix it was just a really uncomfortable night due to sweating most of the night. Other than that amazing hotel close to the airport just need to make that easy fix and I’m sure this isn’t the case for the majority of the rooms.

We had 1 night here after arriving late before heading to Disney. Check in was quick. Room was very spacious with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and 2 TVs. Breakfast was good. Made to order omelettes were the highlight. Would have enjoyed a longer stay. Definitely recommend.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had settled into the room and turned on the AC. Unfortunately it stayed warm in the bedroom but in the living room it was perfectly cool enough. We called down for them to look at the AC and offered us another room but it was late we stayed in the room with them bringing a box fan that helped. They were very responsive to the AC issue. They did a great job.

This property is clearly showing it's age, in a state of disrepair. Lots of obvious quick patch jobs around the hotel and in rooms. Didn't feel clean or fresh. Worst of all is that the A/C did not work at all in our room, had the thermostat set to 60 and was still sweltering all night long. The staff was friendly and helpful but the overall condition makes this property any easy pass next time I need a hotel stay near the Orlando airport. The shuttle to the airport was a direct reflection of the property itself. Ripped seats, a dangerous broken step to get in and out of, and a strange driver that was listening to creepy Christian radio a little too loud.

I had a great experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport. My fiancé and I were well received by a friendly host, who also offered us a bag of pretzels and two bottled waters. Not to mention the complimentary adult drinks that were also offered. Our room was delightfully clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast bar and omelette station was a very nice touch, adding to the whole experience. That was our first time staying at the Embassy Suites, but it will definitely not be our last. We look forward to staying there again. There were two things that I would address. I thought that the cost of parking was a tad excessive, something like $24 a night. The other thing was the very rude waitress at the in-house restaurant. She was working the evening shift. She needs to be retrained completely.

Long wait for airport shuttle, had to replace a broken hair dryer and the front desk never sent the replacement. Finally asked a housekeeper and they took care of it. Called down as instructed to ask for our room to be cleaned and told that we had to request that the day before. Would have been nice if someone told us that the day before. Water spigot on the tub coming off. Took forever to get hot water.

The hotel is nice and the suite was perfect. Lots of room and perfect for big families. The biggest issue is the shuttle. I called the day before to set up a time for us to go pick our son up from the airport. We wanted the convenience of not driving. They didn’t do reservations in the evening, said it was on demand and no problem. I reiterated that we needed the shuttle to pick up our boy at check in and was told no problem. However when we came down to use the shuttle we were told it would be over 30 minutes for the shuttle and we ended up having to drive. We were never told that it could be over 30 minutes for the shuttle only that when we were ready it would be ready. This was a huge disappointment and inconvenience. Also be aware that parking is $25/night. That was not something I was prepared for.

I had made my reservation through Expedia and I had gotten a confirmation. When I got to the property to check-in I was told that I didn't have a reservation. I gave the confirmation number but made to wait until they received it from Expedia. I call Expedia and the agent spoke with the desk agent but she still had me waiting. I waited for about 45 minutes to and hour. It really upset me how I was treated.

My husband and I stayed for a night after a long flight. I have to say that this hotel serves the best breakfast and its free!! At the breakfast bar, Victor, Jason and Lola are the true definition of customer service.
