Elevator wasn't working and I still haven't gotten my deposit as yet!

Website is outdated. No airport shuttle Room smelt musty. Furniture had water damage and was in bad condition. Elevator broken. Staff was excellent. Mattress very comfortable.

False advertisement, this location does not provide airport shuttle. All elevators were out of service and I was booked a 3rd floor room. The Poolside showers was non functional and looks like it had been that way for a long time.

Terrible, dirty, nasty and roach infested hotel. My family and I stayed here to spend the night to take the morning flight home as we had just come back from a cruise. I was so embarrassed when we walked into our rooms after check-in. I had no words, I wanted to cry. We reserved three rooms for a party of 7 people. The rooms reeked of moldy smell, the walls were dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. There were roaches on the wall and in the drawers of the furniture. With the name like La Quinta, I would have expected way better than what we received. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS, THEY DO NOT LIE! The elevators were out of order (but now looking back at the reviews, they were always out of order) and the property website said they have the airport shuttle when THEY CLEARLY DONT. When I brought it up to the staff at the front counter, they said they have not had a shuttle in a long time. He stated he would speak to his manager to have it removed from the website. I told them it was misleading as this was one of the reasons why we stayed here. My husband and I have stayed at other La Quinta properties in MA, and in LA and other states and the condition of the property and rooms were great. This particular hotel should NOT be allowed to call itself La Quinta. I took pictures of the condition of my room, the bathroom and of the roaches that was crawling on the wall and in the drawer.

Its the cheapest in the are for a reason. These was no toiletries. The toilet and shower ran constantly. The fan in the bathroom didnt work. The pool was full of leaves and debris

There is NO airport shuttle at this location. Obviously, you know what you're getting when you book at such a low price, but the website is incorrect in mentioning shuttles. Also, if you do not have transportation there are really no food options.

Value for price was good. Pool was very dirty and had algae in it so unable to let kids swim. Beds were ok. Room was fairly clean and decently comfortable. For a one night airport wait it was perfect.

My gf and I stayed for 7 nights. The staff at the front desk were kind, but the property overall is screaming for renovations. The building itself is old, which can be seen in the bathroom and common areas. The bathtub was so old that it seemed to be dirty, so we had to buy sandals to shower. Breakfast was ok, although it had very limited options in comparison to other La Quinta hotels we've stayed at in the past. The pool was full of leaves, and the water was dirty, which was discouraging since we were planning to have a pool day during our stay. BUT, the worst part of all was the housekeeping staff: they were completely DISRESPECTFUL. The ladies would knock on the door early in the morning and immediately get into our room, not allowing us to say that we didn't need any towels, etc. That would've had a very bad outcome if we hadn't been cautious. On the fourth day, we got a printed notification stating that the hotel was going to be doing some cleaning in the common areas and rooms. They asked us to be prepared by 11 am, but at 9:30 or so, the housekeeping woman knocked on the door. I explained that we were wondering when our turn would be to get our carpet vacuumed. She didn't say anything and just came in to "clean" our room, which consisted of vacuuming only the first 5 square meters. This wasn't the best experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you enjoy your privacy. It's so sad since we've had good experiences in the past when staying at La Quinta hotels.

This place should not be used for business. The building is in terrible condition. Elevator was out of order, the room and the entire building is dirty, high in humidity. There was a hole on the bedroom door. It was so bad, that I booked two nights, and only stayed one. I preferred losing the money on the second night rather than spending another night there.

This place is so dirty and unkept. The shower was dirty, moldy, leaky, the toilet almost overflowed on the first flush after peeing, the lights didn't work, the bed and sheets looked and felt used.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. Mold everywhere and I mean EVERY WHERE in the bathroom. Room REEKS of mildew. Bad. Leaking tub, more like stream of water.

Its was Run Down and Dirty. Room was moldy and sheets had stains and thr towels had pubes.

The room floor was filthy. We did not find bed bugs, but others had so we did detailed checks before moving anything into the room. The rug was filthy, the corners and along any walls had not been swept in decades. The bed was clean, mattress had stains on it. Doubt we would ever stay here again.

Bathroom was moldy. Tub and shower were nasty. We went out and bought our own tub mat b/c we didn’t want to step in with bare feet. Room smelled really damp and stinky. We sprayed everything down with Lysol. Ceiling leaked above bathroom sink. Came back to find all my toiletries wet on the countertop and water on floor. Worse LaQuinta I’ve ever stayed in. Wyndham is suppose to be high class. I’m sure no one from Wyndham ever stepped on that property much less try to make it meet any standards.

Room was incredibly dirty. Mouldy shower & tub, piles of dirt in corners of bathroom, peeling ceiling, stains on sheets.

Dirty, room not clean, rugs were filthy, unclean bedsheets, bayhroom dirty.

Very old and not maintained. Rust, mold, carpet filthy. Would not recommend or go back.

Hotel front desk clerks were excellent. Room outdated and need a lot of maintenance .

Comfortable bed, but the room was run down. The bathroom outlet did not work at all and all other outlets were very loose, the plugs would not stay in. The lamp by one of the beds did not work. Poor repair work on the ceiling and walls. Elevator was out of service. Plus is that it was 7 minutes from the airport.

The hotel was very old construction and they had not renovated it. The hall way was dirty, the room was not good. The carpet had stains. Only one night lamp near the bed was working. That too with two different colored bulbs. One was sunlight and another was day light. The other two lamps were not working and one of them did not had bulb. The study table was shaky and loose legs. The shower knob panel was broken in the restroom. No microwave oven or mini fridge. We stayed for 4 nights and they did not change the sheets or replace new towels for each day. The free breakfast has no enough place for people to sit and eat. Not many options in breakfast.

The room had a musty smell and the mattress had a big dent in the middle. The water pressure in the toilet was low and had to flush several times. The iron didn’t work. The shower leaked and the room looked like it had not been vacuumed or swept in a while

This is by far the the worst hotel i ever stayed in. Room had a smell like a wet dog, stained bedding, garbage bin was missing, coffee filty,leak above the the tub, toilet was not working properly, entire room needs an upgrade. The pool outside was not cleaned for the 3 days i stayed it had black mold growing inside. The room keys had to be programed every day because it came close to my phone. Staff was okay and helpful.

Mattress were horribly hard

The beds are old. Grout in shower is cracking. Door seals need attention. AC is a little slow to get to 68 degrees. Wall sockets are worn out, loose contact. Time for a renovation badly. This is not Wyndham quality.

Night clerk very nice and check-in was easy. Property in need of full scale upgrade. Our room was missing half of its smoke detector, tub plug,, some plaster on the walls and soap. Location was great!

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing! He helped us with our room, gave suggestions for dinner options, and even helped us with extra supplies we needed (napkins, forks and plates). Thank you for making our stay a welcome one!

The location of the property was ideal for me. However, I was on the 3rd floor and elevator was not working. Also, I was not informed that my room was not going to be cleaned. When I arrived back to the hotel after a long day, my room was not cleaned and there were no new towels. I called front desk and was informed that for 2-nite stays the rooms are not cleaned. Just saying that I should have been informed about this policy.

The staff service was excellent

My first impression was the front desk, of course. The woman behind the counter was pleasant enough. However, she would not accept my Ally bank card for the deposit. She would not accept cash either. I understand policies, but she was mistaken that Ally is an "online bank" and would not move on this issue. We were given vague details where our room was located. The building is oddly shaped. Once we pulled up to where we thought our room was, the elevator was out of order. I asked a housekeeper who was nearby about another elevator and was answered, "It's around here somewhere." I had to go back to the front desk to inquire and was given a slight more informational answer. The room smelled musty. The A/C rattled loudly. The bathtub looked like someone was butchered in it. The toilet handle had to be held down for 10 seconds before it would flush. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. I did a bedbug check, and found that the mattress was horribly stained (all over). As for the breakfast service, no one was friendly at all. No smiles, but the food was adequate. The bathroom in the lobby doesn't lock. Please invest in this property or take your name off of it. I have stayed at much better La Quintas and this one will ruin your reputation.

Front desk was rude. No blankets when asked dirty

Everything was okay. Disappointing that they wouldn't take my card while all other hotels in the area take it including the Marriott. So I couldn't use the points that I normally get when I use my card. The cleanliness was good everything was clean. However disappointed with TV in the middle of a movie it will go back to its original guide screen. And it did this continuously through the entire movie. I finally shut it off turned it back on and it did the same thing after a while watching anything it kicks it off to the guide screen same screen when you first turn it on. Overall it was a good and pleasant stay.

First room i was given smelled like mold. After getting settled in, and i wanted to shower i noticed the bathroom area wasnt cleaned well. Mold in the tub, ceiling and closet door. I was moved to a new room which didnt have n issue at all. The overnight staff at the front desk ( i didnt get the gentleman's name) was excellent! He was understanding and did his best to accommodate me. As for the room's cleanliness, something to work on to keep at the rooms at par.

Me and my friends were flying out to Washington and booked this hotel through trivago. We were worried about hotels being really expensive being close to the airport. We got the room for a great price, and the lady that checked us in was extremely helpful and super nice!

Belongings Stolen – Zero Trust in This Hotel I stayed one night at La Quinta in Orlando and checked out at 4:00 a.m. for an early flight. Unfortunately, I accidentally left a gold chain and a pair of water shoes in my room. Just a few hours later, around noon, I called the front desk to request my items. I was told nothing was found. That is impossible — I had just checked out, and clearly, my belongings were taken by someone with access to the room. This is outright theft. I trusted this hotel, and they completely failed in honesty and basic integrity. If staff cannot be trusted with lost property, what else could happen here? I will never stay at this location again and strongly warn others to keep valuables locked up — or better yet, choose another hotel.

First of all, just so you know, there is a $75 deposit required for this property that you supposedly get refunded back in 5-10 business days. When we arrived, there was a line out the door of people trying to check in & there was one lady checking everyone in. I understand short staffing, but we were legitimately in line waiting to be checked in for 20 minutes. Once we got to the desk, she accidentally charged my boyfriend twice for the $75 deposit, & never even acknowledged it (we realized a day or two later & when we went up to the front to ask she simply said we would get it back in 5-10 business days). Anyways, the room itself wasn’t terrible. My biggest complaint with it had to be the shower. The shower curtain was disgusting, as well as the bottom of the tub. Once in the shower, there was a lingering sewage smell that even soap couldn’t fully mask. It was awful. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping gave us new towels once & we never had our do not disturb sign up. Had to go up to the front desk & specifically ask for them. Overall, I’d say if you just want a cheap spot to lay your head down at night in Orlando this is a decent spot; however, i personally would not stay here again.

Overall, very convenient location, near the airport, and major highways, staff was very nice.

Could use a facelift - price was right and nice little restaurant/pub in the parking lot so didn't have to drive anywhere.

Would not stay here. Stayed here for one night out of convenience of drive to the airport. It’s run down. People are fighting on the streets. Freeway is the street over.

Biggest issue was no airport transportation Taxi service very expensive for a short ride. No one wanted to help you with Uber transportation it was less than half the cost of a taxi. The pool did not look as good as the photo. It was close to the airport

Stayed overnight because I had an early flight out of Orlando. Slept great and it was 5 minutes from the airport.

Room was clean but outdated. Property was poorly maintained and litter was everywhere. Nearby restaurant was good.

It is super convenient because it is close to the airport. The check in and check out process is fast. Having braskfast starting at 6:30am it is also an advantage when you have to leave early. Thanks!

So the property is very outdated but the room seemed clean. It's hard to give good reviews when the walls have been patched and the main door hardly closed. Apparently per our uber driver the area is known for its drug traffic in the past.

I like that the Hotel wasn’t too far from the airport and also that the Hotel was only 16 minutes away from Universal Studios Orlando Resort.

Dirty tub with black mold. Very stained carpet. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

I really like my stay but the only thing I never like was eating the same breakfast every morning pancake,Boil eggs,Bagel, it take good but some morning the eggs was cold I wish if the menu would been which up maybe instead of boil eggs it can be fry eggs that’s the only thing I never like 10/10 must try again

Breakfast was exceptional as far as Continental breakfasts go. The bed was very comfortable and my work truck and tools were untouched. The adjacent restaurant offered a nice variety for dinner every night without having to fight traffic. I did see one roach, but it's Florida...

For the price it was fine, for one night it was fine. Wish the breakfast was a little later then 9:30 , most people who are staying at a hotel are on vacation and like to sleep in
