If You have an electric car, you have nowhere to charge it nearby or in the hotel, the hotel does not have parking either, only public parking for which you have to pay $20 a night and also without your consent they charge $50 dollars to your card just in case.

Check in was super easy, the staff was amazing. There is NO free parking so plan to pay $30 valet per night or find meters. We stayed two nights and chose to Valet. The gym was decent with free weights, treadmill, a couple machines. The pool was clean HOWEVER the pool is located right next to the exhaust fans. From time to time you can smell natural gas (assuming from the kitchen) but it sounds like a freight train. NON stop fans you can not chat with the person next to you. If relaxation and sitting by the pool is your thing choose another hotel. Breakfast not included, I at least expected coffee... big nope on that. I have received more complementary items at cheaper hotels. The room was filthy, seriously you need sandles or shoes on during your entire stay or expect black feet. I had to mop the floor with a face cloth as best as I could. Chipping and cracking paint in the shower. Honest opinion for the price you can find a better place to stay at.

The property is not clean and dated. The best thing is that there is a Starbucks on site. But the signage is so bad and it’s behind the restaurant it’s hidden. So you don’t know it’s there. The gym is really bad. The belt on the treadmill I used was torn and made me trip. What a mess.

The hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Washroom is large with stand up shower. Nice outdoor pool and good size gym with adequate equipment. Walkable to decent restaurants. Staff was polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

The property itself is wonderful and probably my go to hotel when I visit the city but my only issue is the lack of parking options. I either pay the city to have my car in the lot next to the hotel or I pay for overnight valet which can get hectic when nearly everyone else decides to do the same. But I’ve never had a bad experience with the hotel itself; everyone is always very polite and helpful so the parking issue is never too big a deal. Thank you for taking care of me again! 😊

The lobby was nice but the room was terrible, beds were lumpy, and the floors were filthy. We were walking around barefoot until we realized our feet were black. Would only walk around the room with shoes on our feet. Also there was a bottom shelf in the bathroom where they kept our towels with the thickest built up gunk we had to scrub clean. You will need to pay for parking either in the city owned lot next to the hotel for $20 a night or the hotel offers valet for $24. Hotel was nice, food from the hotel restaurant was priced well and great! The rooms on the other hand were short of my expectations from Marriott. First room was dirty with spoiled food left in the fridge. The second room had a smell too and I woke up the next morning with irritated allergies. Bed was hard, pillows too soft. Just not a very good nights rest. I was up at 3am and left by 4.

The property is a typical business travel hotel—no surprises with frills etc. However, I was surprised by how noisy the room was. My room faced I-4 and I heard every car that used it during my stay. It also rained heavily on Sunday, my room must have connected to a downspout, as I was awakened to loud gurgling sounds as the water drained. The room's decor was also dull, with muted grays and browns, again the appeal to the business traveler, however, a more vibrant decor would liven it up a bit The front desk staff were friendly enough, not overly. The restaurant staff did a great job of assisting me with my order, but the meal itself was lackluster. I had the shrimp quesadilla. It was greasy, the tortilla shell wasn't crisp and the shrimp were overcooked. I was underwhelmed by my stay here and for the cost, would likely have been just as satisfied in a less expensive sister hotel.

Expensive: had to pay for parking, food/drink expensive. Ice maker on the floor didn't work, went one floor down, that one broken too. I don't think elevators all worked. Internet extra (expensive). Coffee in the lobby expensive. Just felt like everything was extra money.

The rooms could definitely use some sprucing up and the exterior needs a good clean, but the staff was so wonderful. Our AC unit was making a weird noise and the engineer came. When that didn’t fix the problem they immediately moved us.

To start off, the hotel gave me a room that was not supposed to be mine. When we entered, right away we noticed a broken fridge with a dirty towel in it. I messaged the person that was assigned to help us (yes they communicated through texting only) and he said it would be fixed. Then they told me it was fixed when it wasn't. The second night, we came back at 2am and we were locked out of our room. They kept telling us we were supposed to be in another room and refused to let us in to get our stuff. My work laptop and wallet were in there, and he asked if I could just get my stuff the next day. We ended up having to call the police, and then they finally gave us a new access code. They acted like nothing happened after that and refused to give me a refund. Never met anyone so unhelpful nor have I stayed at a place that made me feel so unsafe and uncomfortable. Would give 0 stars if I could.

We got here at 4pm but didnt get our room until almost 6pm. The ac barely works in the room. Took over an hour to get our appitizer type food at the bar and it was wrong but that wasnt his fault. The bar guy was working hard and it was short staffed. Dirty tables everywhere. They just werent prepared for all the guests showing up for the concert that weekend and they should have been.

We returned from an event the evening of 2.17 and a waitress took our drink order. 20 minutes go by and she is no where to be found we asked the bartender who had no name tag but was short and bald where the waitress might be and his answer was “somewhere”. We waited another 15 minutes and then we left with no drink. She asked us when she took our order if we were ordering food and we said No. she seemed irritated so maybe she only wanted to wait on people with food orders. Regardless only stayed one night and for the price and the level of service we would never stay again.

Loved my stay here! I broke my phone and the incredible staff at the front desk printed me out directions to a store I asked for help finding & just overall went above and beyond to help me out while I was in a rough spot. Would/ most likely will stay here again next Time I’m in Orlando!

This hotel is conveniently located near I-4 in the center of Orlando. While walking a block from the property, we were approached several times by homeless people asking for food and money in a threatening manner. We felt extremely unsafe walking around groups of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks everywhere. We will chose a different hotel next time. We needed to be close to the Camping World Stadium for a concert.

I realize it’s an older hotel but the A/C. In my room smelled like it hadn’t been serviced in years. It didn’t even cut the humidity from the room. It smelled like damp linens. I also realize that the restaurant in the evening is also the bar and the bar guys are probably just tired of guests but I had to repeatedly ask for water, ketchup and even napkins. And i was sitting at the bar. The food from the kitchen was good though.

The stay was great. The remote in the room was horrible. There could have been more help in the evening, on such a busy night. Bartender was completely overwhelmed. Grabbed a salad from the front after kitchen was closed, but there was no dressing available for the salad. Ordered breakfast, via room service, the pancakes were not edible. They had an order and nasty taste. Cooked on dirty grill. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever!

We stayed for a concert. The bar staff was the worse. One bartender only talked and pretty much served two couples. The other one tried his best, but you still had to wait up to 20 minutes to get a drink. Food was good but took us talking to the manager to get it. The same bartender with the two said he placed the order but never did. 45 mins for that. We watch several people just walk out.

Excellent hotel... checked in late at night, front desk staff were excellent, room was clean, already cool (HOT in Orlando!). The M lounge had a simple but excellent breakfast daily, the coffee machine produced consistently decent coffee and was accessible throughout the day. The Staff throughout the stay were helpful and caring making the stay even more pleasant.

Not good. The restaurant here said they were open until 10:30 so my group decided to eat dinner after the comedy show we were attending. We got back at 9:45 and because the bar was so busy they stopped serving food. I went and spoke with the two women at the front desk and one of them asked the other to take care of and she said she wasn’t aware that the kitchen shut down early. She said she would ask but never did she was to busy talking to another male worker. Needless to say we weren’t able to eat. We were not they only group that couldn’t eat. Inside the rooom the tv did not work. The alarm clock kept going off every hour. Could not get it to stop.
