Hot tub and pool health department closed done Breakfast stale muffins Had to go get towels and toliet paper Hotel staff rude abput conditions on hotel and dont give refunds or partial refund This should be taken off site would not be suprised if it closes soon

The only good thing was Eduardo at the front desk kind helpful and give me a best area to rest. I don’t like the continental breakfast was deprobably the pool was green the jacuzzi don’t work

The check in process was great. Maria was great and helpful. I just wish that the property advised us prior to booking that the pool was closed.

The first front desk attendant was pleasant and got us into our room early which we appreciated. The carpet in our room was DISGUSTING and left our white socks filthy on the bottoms. The linens appeared to be clean as well as the bathroom, but there was a rusty,nonfuntional, toilet paper holder in the bathroom that needed to be replaced. The toilet paper roll was sitting on the tank of the toilet which was not very handy. The water was lukewarm at best the first day, and the second morning it didn't warm up at all so we couldn't use the shower. The phone didn't work and when we inquired we were told they are in the process of changing all the phones. We have since seen in other reviews that has been the story for some time. The icing on the cake was when we discovered there was no shuttle available to take us to the airport early in the morning. I guess we will never again assume that a hotel close to the airport does not have a shuttle. On a positive note, Kimberly at the front desk hooked us up with a very reliable taxi driver who was prompt and very accommodating. It was an expensive taxi ($40 tip) ride of less than 10 minutes. We have had positive experiences at Days Inn in the past, but this location was a disappointment. L & P ON, Canada

Staff and customer service was amazing. Room size was better than average. Property had construction materials, bins and huge storage containers everywhere making parking limited and property unsitely. Roaches seen at the waffle bar and in our room. Carpet felt wet/damp all the time, AC was just okay.

It was ok for a quick stay but an extended stay no. The hot tub didn't work,the pool was green it definitely needs help. It is clean and friendly but needs an update

Meh hotel. Many claims online about shuttle serivce- does not offer shuttle to/from airport! Also did not answer multiple phone calls when I tried to confirm availability of transport from airport- which it appears to offer online, and the reason I booked the hotel. Would not recommend.

Pool closed by the city as a public hazard. TV not working. Entire facility needs updates. Limited selection of restaurants within walking distance.

Roaches everywhere

We got our flights back home cancelled so we only stayed for a couple of hours. We where looking somewhere near the airport so we could shower and rest. My only concerns are that the pillows are too small (squared throw pillows) and that the carpet was really dirty and wet (literally stained our clothes and bags)

The rooms smelled mouldy, the carpets were damp and really uncleaned (my toddler's white socks were fully covered in grime 30 minutes into checking in). The bathroom can use some fixing (leaking faucet overnight) and amenities were minimal. For an advertised 3-star motel it definitely felt more 1-star. Thankfully, service staff were helpful and friendly.

This place was disgusting. The room smelt TERRIBLE as soon as we walked in - it was like someone had tried to cover up a disgusting smell with extremely strong chemicals. Awful. The room was dirty, the carpet was sticky and DIRTY - I mean my kids bare feet were black after walking on it. Absolutely deplorable conditions.

Nasty room. Smelled like people smoked Meth in the room the night before. Dirty carpet. Bedsheets were dirty. Shower nasty.

I was woken up by a roach on my face, AC unit smelled to roaches too, room smelled so bad, carpet was dirty and we didn't have hot water in the morning

Kimberly at front desk was there for checkin/checkout..she was very pleasant and courteous! Room clean and spacious..My only complaint..the carpeted floor was so FILTHY.. your bare feet will be BLACK! Breakfast so/so coffee good. Would stay again!

We liked that it was close to our car rental. Our room was close to the front of the hotel and the road noise was extreme. The sheets on the bed were too short. The carpet was very dirty and the room had a musty smell. It took a very long time to get hot water in the shower.

The rooms were dirty. Carpets were absolutely filthy, if I walked barefoot my feet were entirely black. The toilet did not flush. I found hairs on the pillows and blankets. Overall I would never stay here again.

This hotel needs serious cleaning. The carpet in room was filthy, wet and dirty. If you walk barefoot your feet will be dirty. The room had strong smell. The breakfast was joke. The staff did not care to refill the paper plates. Just Pancake, apples and coffee. The room charge was almost $100 and was expecting better standard. But it failed. Will never stay here in my next visit. Waste of Money.

Very disappointed in this property. We received no prior notification of the pool closure, nor were we given any type of discount for lack of use. We were not even permitted to sit on the outdoor furniture in the pool area. The breakfast was mediocre: waffle maker did not heat up enough to thoroughly cook the waffles. The other options were apples, yogurt, and an assortment of muffins. The room was in dire need of upkeep: our socks were filthy within minutes. The carpet is beyond needing cleaned…it needs replaced. The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet seat was loose; both were fixed when we reported it. The shower hardly had pressure, so the shower head was replaced. The full length mirror on the bathroom door was very old & barely hanging on to the door. With as few guests that appeared to be at the hotel, the rooms should have been staggered a bit to eliminate any neighbor noise. Neighbor phone conversations could clearly be heard. The telephones did not function & ours was filthy so we wouldn’t have touched it anyway! There was a notice at the check in desk that the phones were not working. There was no cable tv, just wifi (YouTube etc). We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many places. This ranks the lowest and we do not recommend it and we will never stay here again.

the building is old. not well maintained. basically you get what you pay for.

Stayed for a day stay waiting for a late flight with my family. Honestly the room was fine although it felt dirty and old. The bathroom door was crooked and in poor condition. The overall vibe made my wife immediately check for bed bugs although she did not find them. The bed was comfortable enough for the amount of time we were to stay in the room which was just an afternoon.

Two night stay.. upon check in... Front desk staff advised that there were issues with TV. Some room had no TV, others were missing Remote. Even was advised that the room I was given, the tv had to be turn on from the side. During my entire stay O have no YV signal.

Close to airport. Bathroom has door cut out for toilet. No holder for toilet paper, on back of tank

The first room we were provided, the tv, light fixtures and room phone did not work. We were provided a second room and despite those previously listed now working, the shower did not have any hot water for 10 min of dtraight running. There was also a hole in the wall above the door. The property and building appear bot maintained.

My flight delayed, booking canceled. They were fully booked. They did not help to arrange any other reservation. I was alone in other country without hotel. I did not know the area. It was horrible.

Customer service sucks

I first walked into the lobby to a woman yelling at the attendant stating that she had already paid and was trying to show the man her bank account where the charge went through but continued to push her phone away from him stating that if she wants a room she will have to pay, the woman looked at me and showed me that she paid and asked do you see the charge? I said yes. He immediately told her and her kids to wait outside and told me to sit down in the lobby, I told him that I would rather stand because I had just been sitting in the car for 6 hours, he told me I can stand in the back against the wall. 30 min goes by he calls me up to check me in, tells me that my room was not paid for and I made sure he looked at my phone so that he could see that it already came out of my account and told him I was not paying for it again. We exchanged words and he immediately apologized and stated that he was looking at the wrong account, I went to my room to find out that the fridge and the tv did not work and there were holes in the walls and broken fixtures, I went and asked for a new room but was told they had no more availability. So knowing I was only staying one night I would just go to sleep… I was up all night because of people screaming and commotion happening outside. The room was filthy, the staff were insanely rude, tv didn’t work, fridge did not work, and they didn’t offer breakfast even though they advertise with reasoning “due to staffing issues”

Exterior and rear parking area was dirty and very unattractive. Front exterior was well lit and cleaner. Front lobby and breakfast area was very clean and bright. We did not eat the breakfast provided because we got up late. When we went in to check in the night before there was a heated discussion going on between the host and a guest that had just arrived to check in and when we returned to the lobby approximately 1 1/2 hours later she and her children were still in the lobby and hadn’t gotten there room yet. We had to change from our first room because the door would not lock from the outside so we couldn’t lock it when we went to eat. The second room was fine and we had a very restful night. The pool was closed for renovation and there were several people in the lobby complaining because the tv service was out which wasn’t important to us anyway. Overall the accommodations and stay was ok. The facility is in need of being updated and cleaned up.

I walked in and was told I didn't smell good and to leave. It was cold outside and after I had paid in full for my room was told to get out and I could not call my Uber from the lobby. The front desk representative then proceeds to call the police on me. Horrible experience service was terrible. I felt discriminated against and disrespected. No smell should allow someone to turn you away. This is illegal treatment. I then did not get an instant refund and slept in the airport .

As a client I recognized you as one of the best employee that Days Inn & suites have. The hotel is old and musty. That place is in need of many upgrades and modifications. It could definitely use some modernization as well. The guy that checked me Tuesday night was very unfriendly and was also extremely rude. He started by ignoring me to walking away while I was trying to get information. His name is Juan and I have seen other references about him, in the reviews, that mentioned that exact same thing. I was told by a different staff member that they have had many complaints about him that were related to the same issues that I have stated here. That is really unfortunate to allow him to be employed at this establishment.

It was close to the airport and the bed was comfortable but honestly I didnt feel safe. It was nosiy at night and the surroundings were sketchy. Next time I would spend more and stay elsewhere.

It was an ok stay room was clean, not sparkling, outdated. Yet ok, it was only about 75 so price was justified, i had an overnight lay over and it was good for that...safe area, waffle house across the street, gas station next door sells beer and wine. 10 dollar uber ride from airport there is no shuttle

Stay was decent, For the price I paid. The breakfast was disappointing , the selection was very limited (bare minimum). Most likely won’t return.

The room service is good, but I give 3/10 for the breakfast.

I knew what to expect but it was still awful. No tv… for about 6 months now. Seems like they just aren’t paying the bill and are never planning on fixing it. Pool is closed for “renovation” but there is water in the pool and no renovations taking place. Again they are just saying it’s getting fixed with no actual plan of fixing the problem. Our room was okay. But no towels at all… 1 thing of coffee for 2 people for 3 nights…. Phone didn’t work…. “Breakfast” was old stale food. This place is a dump.

Our lamp shades had mold. The hotel said it included breakfast. All they provided for continental breakfast to eat was a tray of muffins.

The location is convenient if visiting the theme parks, but the property is dated and could use a facelift. Very limited options at the continental breakfast.

No shutle phone in your room was out order breakfast was cereal coffee limted time 8to9 no sitting area you had take ot to go next trip i will book with holiday inn

This particular hotel needs to step up on the breakfast. The only thing I see this hotel serve for breakfast is muffins. The average price for the stay should have more food options, especially in this new era. UCF Days Inn near Boardwalk has more food options. Also water pressure for the showers needs to be checked.
