Arrival at the hotel is amazing. Welcomed by staff. Room was not ready but no issues as left luggage area. Express passes given for the two full days (1 night booked) absolutely worth the cost. Room was standard room as we were using this a a ghost room and did not stay Facilities were great if you did stay , pool, games room , gym ,did not eat or drink there. Water taxi is a luxury way to arrive to the parks

Lovely stay. Quick check in, very heloful staff, beautiful room. We didn't use the restaruants but the coffee shop was well stocked and nice variety. We booked it because of the fast passes for Universal. Well worth the money. A nice short walk to the parks and early access too. This was our second visit and woukd thoroughly recommend.
