I would absolutely stay here again. We got in very late and the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming even in the middle of the night. The pool is a saltwater pool and absolutely amazing! Clean room, comfy bed, coffee and breakfast sandwiches available for purchase in the lobby. There is not an elevator so getting my luggage up was a little tricky but other than that it was a great experience and affordable

The suite was great! Housekeeping is only done once a week so it was a slight inconvenience. First night we had no wash cloths but overall , pool is great , grill requires reservations which are easy to obtain , they have shuttles to get you to and from Disney parks. LOTS of food options and activities walking distance! Overall about 3.5/5 for me!! Definitely worth a shot

The hotel is more like a timeshare, looks like lots of little apartments. The check-in could have been better, person at the desk gave us a map and showed how to get there but it was confusing, it would have been easier if they would have explained the bldg. #and the floor, how the setup works. I walked around trying to find it and when i called they explained what the numbers meant and I was able to find it quickly then. They have a poolx a kiddie pool and a Jacuzzi, no bar or arcade at this location. The hotel was fully booked, lots of kids :) not an ideal place if you prefer quiet. Walking distance to Family Dollar, Walgreens, Pizza Hut, another pizza spot, a Mexican and a veggie Indian restaurant. Also good hotel near Aquatica, Seaworld and Universal, about 25 min from Orlando Airport. The Fairfield Inn is very close to this location, I will try them next time. Our favorite part was the room setup and space. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was beautiful and clean, the staff was pleasant and courteous and the breakfast was good. The price was great for our porpoises of a place to sleep for the night. We were warned that many amenities like the pool were closed for renovation and our rate reflected that.

Good hotel but high deposit $150 & $15 parking. Room was big enough & just perfect, full kitchen. The only bad thing is that it has no elevators because it’s a 3 floor story building. Make sure you call to request the 1st floor if you are traveling with infants or elderly people. Also, you have to stay a week (7 days) for the hotel to offer housekeeping (fix your bed/s & throw your trash out). They MADE us take our trash outside & leave it by the trash bins so housekeeping can just pick it up. Finally, the hotel gives you the paper to find your room it’s SUPER hard to read the numbers because it’s blurry had to go around 3 times to figure out the building & room #.

The staff at the front desk was great. I would give them a 5 star for their service, helpfulness, and kindness. This review is based on the room condition mostly and property. The room was horrible. I didn’t mind the accommodations and did not except a luxury experience at a budget friendly hotel. But, I DID EXPECT IT TO BE CLEAN. There was dirt packed in the window sills that hadn’t been touched for idk how long. The room smelled musty and made all of our clean clothes smell bad! There was painted over mold/mildew in the bathroom and we found bugs. I took some photos. That’s my chief complaint and why we left early. We would’ve left as soon as we checked in but we had plans and commitments that didn’t allow us to move around hotels the first days. The only reason I gave it a 2star is because the staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional.

We stayed here last year for 9 days and it was a great location. Staff was friendly and property was clean. We chose to stay here again this year for two weeks this time. Our room was not cleaned one time in the two weeks. We asked them to come back later in the evening or the next morning and of course she couldn't speak English and they never returned. We had a a note on our door saying DND was on our door so they couldn't clean. It was NOT on our door. The pool was ridiculous. Like bath water. Or warmer. A bottle of water was $6.00, we had an emergency and needed water because the water in the rooms is disgusting. Had a brand new shirt ruined because there is chlorine / bleach in the water. Charged $15 a day for parking and could never get anywhere close to our room. Staff took up spots where customers could park by their rooms. No elevators on property. Had blood on our comforter and when I called I was told to walk to the front desk to get another. I told them I wanted the room cleaned and everything changed but they never came. We had to pick up the comforter / sheet set. Our initial price on Expedia was $1798 for two weeks and we were charged when we checked out today $2100. We had a homeless man approach us for money while we were returning from Disney. Followed us to our room. Had a homeless woman in the pool with us in her street clothes. When she got in you could see the dirt come off of her clothing. So we left. Do not recommend this property FOR MANY REASONS!!

Overpriced for what this property is. Unit smelt old and was not clean. Even had a palmetto bug crawling across the ceiling on our last morning. No elevator and the parking lot is not big enough. You pay nightly to park and end up having to park far away from actual unit. We won't be back.

Great hotel for the cost. Great location, close to the parks, shops and great dining options, nice pool area. Only complaint was that our room was not sufficiently cleaned when we checked in. We found candy wrappers on the floor in the bedroom and hair and dirt on the bathroom floors, but the staff were lovely and a great option for families especially for the price!

Accomodation was close to shops and restaurants and we caught taxis and Ubers conveniently. The rooms had been neat and somewhat tidy. We did find a few dead cockroach however. The pool area was relaxing and enjoyable.

The location is excellent but the property is pretty dated and the rooms are run down. Little things like the toaster was broken, the towels were small and old, the carpets and furniture is very well worn and it had a strange smell. It was nice having a kitchen and two bedrooms.

We stayed here only one night before leaving on a cruise. Check-in was easy enough. The room was big (we had a two-bedroom suite) enough to fit our family of 6. I would stay here again. Just be aware that there was no elevator on property, so we had to use the stairs since our room was on the second floor.

It was clean . The only issue I had was the blankets /duvet were way too thin I had to remove a blanket from a next bed to double up . House keeping came and change my towels and wash cloth. The was clean upon entering and throughout the stay . Please temper you have to pay for parking differently from what you pay through the booking .

We booked this property for 2 nights because of the extra space a 2/2 provides us as a family. The employee who checked us in was cheerful and welcoming. He explained the breakfast area, pool, and hotel quiet times. The hotel is older with outside style doorways like an apartment complex, and no elevators. We were on the second floor and are in good health so this wasn’t an issue for us. There was a HEAVY smell of marijuana in the parking area and first floor area of our building. We were pleasantly surprised that our room smelled freshly cleaned and that there were no disturbances throughout the night. The AC was sufficient but the guest room stayed a little warmer all night even though we only had 1 person sleeping in there. The bathrooms are SMALL. Full kitchen is stocked and ready to use once you purchase your groceries. Coffee is provided as well as sugar, creamer, salt, and pepper. The extra space of a 2/2 is a HUGE benefit to this location. It is about 15/20 minutes to the Disney parks and about 10 to universal. Disney springs is about 5 minutes. All traffic dependent of course.

This hotel is surprisingly far from Disney parks but not much more than 20 minutes. The space of having two bedrooms and two bathrooms is what attracted me to the property. The bathrooms are so tiny it’s difficult to close the door while you are in the bathroom and the hotel has not elevator and is a three story motel style hotel. But if you can get it for a cheap price it’s an okay stay. It provides a lot of space and having a kitchen was nice.

The room was pretty good and spacious, but the service was far from good. We had no linens for the fold out sofa for the kids and had to wait for hours until we had to go get the linens ourselves. Went down to the reception four times to ask for linens and there was no apology or friendly face. No rewards for staying at the hotel was given - called from overseas and was told rewards are only given if booking directly with the hotel. Poor service at breakfast. The hotel looks nice, but I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of customer service.

Can't say enough about how incredible the staff was, esp Julietta. We only stayed one night but they were so kind and let us hang around in the lobby to work even after check out. The amenities are wonderful too - they have a Starbucks and lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in. Plus very close to wawa, dollar tree and lots of other restaurants. Would highly recommend this for families/larger groups visiting as it's very close to Disney (max 10-15 min drive) and in a quiet, peaceful area.

On our reservation, it stated: suite with 2 king and 2 double beds. When we checked in we were told they don’t have rooms with 4 beds and the mistake was on Expedia’s part. We were advised we would receive breakfast vouchers for 2 for each room. I asked if there was a limit on what they could eat and was told no, it was all you can eat for a total of 4 and the rest needed to pay. Well when we went for breakfast, the 4 had to choose 1 item and 1 drink. I advised them this is not what I was told and they bounced me from one person to the other only to be told in a polite way ‘too bad’. To make matters worse my room key didn’t work and I went back and forth 3 times to the reception as they kept sending me back to the another key … well after the thirst tike the sent someone and the battery of the door handle was dead! Terrible

Actually I liked the personnel at the front desk. They worked with me in obtaining 2 extra days. My reservations were made at the wrong Sonesta Lake Buena Vista instead of Sonesta International. Everyone was great especially Vanessa. She was outstanding and made our trip a success. Will definitely stay there again.

I liked everything but felt some things might be misleading. The parking wasn’t after I booked that I got a message saying I had to pay extra for parking. So if your staying you don’t have an option but to pay. Then the breakfast was available not included. I thought breakfast was included so I felt bummed when it wasn’t like that.

Pros: Very nice property. Nice layout for the suites. Nice pool. Nice staff. Baby pool. Hot tub. Close to shopping. Close to grocery shopping. I like that you can get a two bedroom suite for relatively inexpensive. Cons: Parking fee each night. Add that on to the costs. “Starbucks” doesn’t have Starbucks sandwiches. “Kids eat free for paying adult” is a rip off. You go to “Starbucks” thinking it’s actually Starbucks food and drinks. It’s not. You spend $13 for a good drink and mediocre store bought grocery store sandwich. The free “kids meal” is a small bottle of juice or milk (like from the grocery store or gas station), plus an orange or apple, plus a tiny yogurt. Don’t be fooled that it’s the Greek yogurt advertised in the fridge there…. No, they told me that’s not the yogurt for the kids lol. The other adults and I all love Starbucks and eat there regularly. I don’t know how they can put the Starbucks name on that kitchen. I specifically paid for four adult meals for the four free kids thinking it was worth it since it was Starbucks. The adult meals weren’t Starbucks and the kids meals were snacks, not meals. Yes im mad. I was going to buy breakfast sandwiches at the grocery store but decided on Starbucks instead.Mistake. They give you the option to have a “late check out” at noon for an extra $30. I It’s a nice place to stay but not something im gonna make sure I go back to.
