Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Orlando Theme Parks - Vineland Rd

Overall the staff were lovely & helpful when they had the opportunity to do so. I usually like this chain because we travel with dogs, don't have a lot of money & try to save by making our own food when we can, & the rooms thru this chain usually are great because it gives our dogs a more comfortable feeling.We don't have super high expectations, just the basics. But...Towels in the room when we got there were mostly dirty. Room needed a good sweep, very sandy & my younger dog kept finding random trash on the floor under the bed to chew on. The TV seemed to never be able to find a signal, so no TV for our 4 day stay. When we asked for the kitchen items, plates, pans, silverware, cutlery, the poor person behind the desk had to seach for items. But the worst was the fact that they ran out of toilet paper! How does an entire hotel run out of toilet paper!? Sadly one of the worst stays I've ever experienced

The hotel is very well located, the room is very clean and the furniture is kinda a little old, but to much functional! My special thanks to Blanca!! She was amazing and so friendly! Juan and Juan Cesar are really amazing too!! Love all the staffs!

This location is completely unfit for anyone to stay in. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told upon arrival that there was no room available for me. The front desk receptionist had to personally clean a room just so I could check in, which should have been the first red flag. When I entered the room, it was absolutely filthy. I found two roaches. The toilet was disgusting. There was a used bar of soap left on the sink. Water was actively dripping from the ceiling. This was not a minor housekeeping oversight — this was a health and safety issue. Hotels.com has made multiple attempts to contact the property to secure a refund, and the hotel has refused to respond. The photos used to advertise this property are clearly from a different, much nicer location and do not reflect the actual conditions. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The lack of cleanliness, accountability, and basic professionalism is unacceptable. Do not stay at this hotel chain.

This was a very dated and not maintained hotel. It stinks of weed. There are dogs who bark, I killed 3 roaches inside my room. They provided 1 extremely small trash can 3 small travel size bars of soap and 4 towels. There was mold in showers , refefridgerator was very dirty and rack was rusting. Recommend staying somewhere else.
