Rooms have bugs and roaches. Shower was disgusting. Elevator was disgusting! Elevator floor had bloody tissues, cigarettes, and who knows what kind of liquid all over. Saw staff smoking cigarettes in elevator. Asked front desk for toilet paper and was told they didn't have any. Staff was unprofessional and nasty! Never booking this place again!

You can enter and leave whenever you want, it has a paid washing machine and dryer that you can manage through the app and it notifies you when the clothes are ready, it has parking, swimming pool and its workers are friendly and are aware of your requests. Now the bad thing, it has a lot of cockroaches, it really lacks a lot of maintenance, love, the cleaning is not very good and they do not offer cleaning service to the room, nor do they offer you implements to keep it clean, they do not maintain the pool... it is a good option if you come for work and you are on your thing but if you come on a family trip please go somewhere else

It unusual windy and cold. Temperature dropped to mid 20 at night in Orlando. We checked in the hotel on Monday with AC/Heat conditioner. Starting Wednesday the heat conditioner was down. Hotel manager said 20 rooms had the same problem and the technician would come on weekend. That means no heat for the remaining week. We got extra blankets but still not warm enough. My whole family caught a cold within two days. We finished our vacation on Saturday,leaving Orlando with running noses, sore throat and my son even got a fever after got home.

Staff has the manners of a five stars hotel. They're awesome! The company needs to invest a little more in the hotel infrastructure and maintenance. Easy parking and fast check-in. Excellent price.

Worst stay i ever had rooms beyond repair or remodeling building needs to be torn down bugs roaches everything the doors are literally falling off the hinges unable to seal the doors the door is bent as if somebody folded at the edges stayed for a week asked for one roll of toilet paper but they never had it no room service even though I had a parking pass they attempted to tow my car pool closed went to turn the bathroom door to handle fell off crumbled in my hand with a non-refundable fee traumatize torture despair all the emotions I feel while staying there

There were roaches everywhere. Some drunk guy peed in the elevator so it had pee in it until staff arrived the next morning. My key kept deactivating even though i was taking the needed precaution to prevent that. I stayed here to start a new job, my job was overnights and when I got off my room key was not working. I had to wait 4 hours outside until someone arrived when the office opened. Safe to say i will NEVER stay here again and will NEVER recommend this place.

The hotel is close to everything, they are very helpful with anything you need in your room, pool and laundry room are open 24 hours, the only down fall is that they are picky about the way you park and you always have to have your pass in your car no matter what. Other then that I would stay again and recommend it too.

Wow it was dirty! The lobby had the desk clerks children camped out plus her friend there were dirty food plates and wrappers on the counter and floors, I tripped over someones shoes on the way in to the lobby. Then the room was dank and dirty after being there a bit we noticed bugs, cockroaches all over in varying stages and size from babies to massive ones. The walls were filthy and the bathtub was stained. I'd very much like to speak to management about this , I have pictures of all of this.

The front desk staff I spoke with were all very nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable as well as the pillows. My feet were black from being barefoot on the hardwood floors. Roaches in the freezer (alive). Used condom between the sink and wall in the bathroom. Only a single lock on the door. There was an extra latch but no where to connect it. Property very outdated and dingy. There wasn’t even a trash can. People live on property with no courtesy. They were outside all night and loud. Stomping around on the floor above at all hours. At one point it sounded like someone was messing with the door but I didn’t get out of bed to check.

Room was filthy. Nothing worked, including the stove, kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Shower was black and disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere and floor was dirty and sticky. They were out of toilet paper and when we asked for new towels they just threw them over the counter. They weren't even folded. They were out of hand towels. When we had maintenance come to fix the drains, he left the room even more dirty than before and couldn't fix the bathroom sink. I do not recommend this place. Stay somewhere else or you will regret it!

The rooms are very dirty, your feets are getting black of the dirt. The towel had left over hairs and a lot of stain. On the bed we found a cockroach and one running on the floor. The next morning we asked for an evacuation. They refunded us.

Cockroaches everywhere! Little German roaches dead on the floor and crawling in our shoes, luggage and bed. The building looks new from the outside but the inside is old, decrepit and dirty. The mattress must be as old as the building and the AC unit was right next to my hear humming loudly all night. Unable to sleep well and was not brave enough to take a shower. Worst hotel/motel I have ever visited - and I've visited hundreds.

The room really smelled bad of smoke, granted it was a smoking room I didn't know that is what I booked, also the lock to the door was kinda of broke and loose. The beds were horrible, the mattress were not very good and you could feel everything. Other than that it served it's purpose as we only stayed for a few hours.

Stayed there 5 days my first room was a mess. Smell like mold and cigarettes the place needs major repairs. The second room was a little better but the bed was terrible the mattress is old and I feel all the spring on my back like I was sleeping on the box spring. They had people living there who smoke weed and make noise all night lots of roaches and bugs will never stay there again I wish I could get my money back.

Rooms were alright, Staff was absolutely fantastic and helpful! There is large gaps in the door which lets in outside air, noise, bugs, the bugs left me and my stuff alone so it was more like exploring bugs, scouts and what not, etc Beds were comfortable and AC worked well, tub, shower, sink and fridge all excellent. Area was commercial warehouse area so big truck noises some times during the week at various hours. Somewhat inconvenient to get anywhere (mostly toll roads, highway, and one road for bus access to florida mall, then plenty of options from there including direct line to disney or universal or the airport). Wendy's Burger King and some typical chains near the Florida Mall, no real grocery or such nearby. Overall an alright stay for the price, if you have your own car it's pretty central location to everything.

The smoke detector was going off as soon as we got into the room. My partner went to go tell the front desk person, who was out back smoking a cigarette. The employee said they would get us some batteries. We waited 15-20 minutes and no one came by. My partner went back out to go speak with the front desk. The same employee was still out back smoking cigarettes. The employee stated he had not forgotten about us and that maintenance was looking for batteries. My partner told them that we were leaving in about 15-20 minutes and we’re just checking on that status. No one came and we had to leave for an event. We did not make it back to the hotel until about 2:30am. The smoke detector was still going off. When we went to the front office, it was closed. We ended up just leaving because we could not sleep with the beeping.

Staff was not friendly at all. Acted like they hated their job. The AC and TV didn't work and the sheets were dirty. Asked if we could be moved to a different room and was flat out told no they couldn't do that. I have never heard of that before. Ended up leaving and having to go to another hotel and having to wait 7-10 business days for a refund because they don't give it to you, who you book the room through has to refund it. They don't accept cash and you have to pay $100 deposit. Will not come back here and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

After staying the first night, there were cockroaches in the room, the doors and shower were dirty, and the room smelled bad. I had a 5-night reservation there, but I decided to leave after the first night. The worst part is that when I asked upon leaving what they would charge me, they said only the first night. However, they are not responding to my messages, and I’ve been charged for the entire stay.

This property is horrible. We drove 17 hours made it there early they wouldn’t even allow us to check in early with a new born and a child with epilepsy. Ok that’s was fine but then when we come back when we were told our reservation was cancelled with less than a 30 minutes notice and the gm was a huge jerk about it and the front desk tried to tell us a lie stating her poison not facts. I still have yet to receive my 12000 for the stay that I didn’t get to stay at. They said it will be returned on the 15th and today is the 27th and still NOTHING

Booked through Expedia. Had several flight cancellations but called to let them know I would be in very late. Showed up and there was nobody there. Finally found security and he tried to check me in but they lost my prepaid reservation. Couldn’t just check me in to a new room because it was after hours. I had to go somewhere else. Tried to get my money refunded and they can’t because there’s no record of my booking even though my credit card has the hotel charge on it. Will never go back.

Good location, full size fridge, close to airport but that's about it for the positive. Terrible communication at check in, roaches in rooms, A/C made a puddle in room every day, worst mattress ever, you could feel the springs and it was sunken in the middle, had to take Advil every morning for back pain, dirty floors, other guest smoking weed literally outside our door and security guard did nothing, our room wreaked. Got a warning our car was going to towed and yet was never told I needed a parking pass at check in. Spend a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere. Would have looked for another hotel if it was longer than a 2 night stay.

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant, but the hotel itself was dirty. I entered my room and the first thing I had to do was call the front desk because it was full of roaches. I got changed to another roomtjat had a super weak AC unit, so it was hot, and the shower onlyhad super hot or super cold water. The location was convenient, but I will never rent a room there again.

Bad points: The room was very run down. The bathroom door broke and didn’t lock. TV remote control with no battery; I went to reception to ask for it, and the people didn’t bother, just said no. I had to buy batteries myself. The kitchen cabinet door is falling apart, and the horrible smell of weed is coming all the time coming from other rooms. Good points. Close to the airport. Well located. Close to restaurants and fast food restaurants. Overall, the place has potential. It just needs better management to deal with all these issues.
