Bigger area for breakfast. Scent in corridor is prominent. Good customer service, staff helpful

The place was very nice, small lobby but everything is nice and clean. My room was awesome. It had a kitchenette and a full size fridge. A sofa bed, a desk with multiple outlets. Nice grounds, I got to use the pool area, small but comfortable with nice chairs to sit on and tables with umbrellas. Across the street there is a small lake where I sat to anker my energy with the earth. Over all I loved it. If I have to return to the area I will definitely choose them to make my stop. Unfortunately I didn’t think of taking pictures, but it was a very enjoyable experience.

I will definitely stay here again.... The lower ratings were due to them remodeling, however, they did all that they could to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed despite the remodeling. My only complaint was there was a roach in my room that I didn't find until my last night there.... I'm sure it was due to the remodeling.... and they said they would add points to my Rewards membership for the inconvenience.... it was a little alarming when I picked up my tablet and there was this huge roach looking up at me! Otherwise, I still will give them another chance because they were very courteous and the remodel looks fabulous! The beds are super comfortable and the little kitchenettes in each room are great! I really enjoyed my stay there overall! It's only 10 minutes from my aunt's house whom I was there to visit!

The hotel staff was friendly and the place was clean and convenient but the pillows are horrible. My car was detailed the morning before my stay and when I got there the only parking offered is under trees and I woke to my car being completely covered and dirty.

Accessible room on 5th floor needs a serious overhaul. Bed desperately needs replacing. Squeaks when you move. Hard as a rock and sunken. I’m a female less than 120lbs. Old style in room hvac is super noisy. This facility can easily accommodate construction workers that need a relatively decent place to stay. Unfortunately there are no upscale facilities in the area. Most are south around the attractions or downtown. Pet friendly policy should include mopping up the tile floors after wet paws have traversed the lobby. Those of us with pet allergies suffer because someone thinks it’s a good idea to allow furry critters in rooms/elevators designed for humans. On a positive note this facility has cotton sheets versus some close by using microfiber.

Hallways smell

Room had broken air so moved to another. Bed is very uncomfortable. Bathroom is very outdated. No air running in hallways, very warm. Breakfast seating environment is way to small for number of guests in the hotel. Have stayed in many hotels in the surrounding area and this one was very disappointing

Great staff and facilities

Beautiful area with less traffic then central Florida. Limited outdoor seating available but worth the price to stay. The bed wasnt as comfortable as I had hoped but its always difficult to have a bed feel as good as your own. Loved that it had a kitchen. There were tons of shops and places to eat in the area as well.

Pool small few shady people hanging out per fee is ridiculous no clean for two weeks I told them I don't need it but they insisted to do a wellness check on the room nobody ever showed up

The property was a little beat up and not the cleanest. There were crumbs of food and miscellaneous under the beds, for example. The breakfast was pretty good.

Normal hot breakfast, friendly staff.... The room faintly smelled of stale cat urine. We've stayed here before and had no issues then.

Very clean, quiet, and great location. Stayed for Graduation weekend at UCF. Friendly staff, easy check-in. Breakfast included. Will stay again.

The staff was excellent! I had an issue with the smell. I like to smell clean. The towels had a terribly smell to them and when we walked in the room for the first time the smell was not inviting. The chair and sofa was not clean. It also had buttons missing from chair and sofa. Stains on both as well. As i stated earlier, the staff was very professional and kind.

The arrangement/layout of the 1 bedroom unit, was not a true suite. Refrigerator, stove, microwave were too close to bed. Refrigerator noise at night, could not be drowned out by A/C noise.

Quiet stay, a lot of space for group to rest comfortably

This was a second visit to this property. We love the room size and location.

Room was a little small

Rooms were spacious. I liked that there was a separate living room area from the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Having a refrigerator made it convenient to keep drinks or leftovers in also.

The front desk staff were amazing, especially one young man that worked on the night shift. We were unfamiliar with the area and he was more than happy to assist and had a wealth of knowledge to share regarding various events in the area, including the Kennedy Space Center. Also the housekeeping staff could not have been more helpful and they kept our room sparkling clean and they were so attentive to our needs. It was time to go home and we said thank you and farewell and headed to the airport. We had an afternoon flight and it was delayed , but they assured us it would only be an hour and a half delay. Well due to the unexpected difficulties they kept pushing the departure time later and later, until they finally told us that due to heavy holiday travel, several planes had been taken out of use due to mechanical and other issues. It was already 8:30pm and we were stranded. My husband immediately went to work on getting us another rental car and I called your wonderful and caring staff at your front desk and explained the situation. Not only did she get us checked back in, but she was able to check us back in to the same great room that we had spend the last week and a half. We were thrilled to get our same room back. It was our first trip to that area and we loved it. You have an outstanding and amazing , friendly and caring staff that will always go the extra mile for those lucky enough to choose your hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and we weren’t sent to the top floor like other similarly priced hotels in the area. The breakfast actually had food that was a bit above what is being served as Continental. Great location!

I just did not like i had an reservation and got charge twice. I explain to the young lady and showed my reservation and still charged me. But called corporate got my refund. But front desk needs attention...

This is always my first choice in the UCF area. The rooms are great and the location is easy to walk to dining and other needs.

It was a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and no issues. The breakfast was delicious and perfect amount of selection of foods and drinks for the family. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Very close to UCF. Great job!

The two bedroom room was very nice and it afforded my son and I privacy while we were at UCF for orientation. The kitchen was very handy to be able to prepare breakfast which we did the second day of our two nights stay. The first day we woke up and went to have breakfast, it really was not That great. They probably could do better as far as the breakfast is concerned, but the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. They provide help very quickly and have answers to all of your questions.
