The pool area is locked as it should be, however, in order to get back into the hotel you have to walk all the way around to the front desk. It felt very unsafe, and the door by the pool had a key card reader, but it didn't work for guests. Very disappointed. Also looked like the pool & hot tub haven't been cleaned in months.

Quality Inn is not what this hotel was! The four adults in our party were there for three days and two nights in two separate rooms. Both nights, workers staying there in four different rooms would fix the door stop to prevent the door from closing. Instead, it sounded like someone slamming the door every time it was opened. A few seconds later, the same sound came from a different room down the hall. This went on from 5 pm until after midnight both nights. Complaining to the desk fell on deaf ears. Also, the elevator had a stench that we could not determine the source. The floor showed evidence of not cleaned for several days. The floor in our room was the same way. I didn't realize it until I got in the shower and noticed the black water from my feet. I confirmed it was the floor by taking a wet wash cloth and towel my shower to rewash the bottom of my feet. After walking from the shower to the bedroom area (about 25 feet), the cloth turned black justifying my suspicions of the floor. The pool was a welcome relief, until we discovered beer bottles on the bottom. Needless to say, we did not enter the pool. The advertised "Continental Breakfast" was very sparce. Only a few items were set out at a time. There were an abundance of cereal choices but very little milk. Four bananas were in the basket. When one was taken, a fresh banana replaced it! Besides juice and coffee, very little else was offered. In my opinion, this hotel should be removed from the Expedia web site.

I booked this stay from CT for the amenities and the pool was closed for fixing. Why wasnt it tended to before march spring breakers? 4 yo accompanied me and was not happy which made me not happy!

The hotel was in terrible shape and also dirty. We had to switch rooms due to the heat not working. The new room had broken switches, broken lamps, the floors were so sticky we had to wear our shoes. There was dirt on all the walls. The bathroom had mold and was in horrible shape. When we checked in we asked about the hot tub and they said it wasn’t in working order. If I could have gotten my money back, we would have. Breakfast consisted of bread, a few left over muffins, cereal, pancakes and a few containers of active yogurt. Pretty pitiful.

The only suggestion that they need to do for this property is the pool area needs something cool to walk on because that concrete is very hot it needs some type of covering around the pool. They also need to put towels at the pool for the guest.

Terrible possible toxic odor from applying some type of lacquer to the doors. Shower only had tepid water with no pressure or volume. The elevator made clanging noises and “dropped” with a bump to stop. Felt very unsafe.

Building was under renovation which was loud and Dusty. I had to have housekeeping come clean the room upon arrival. Breakfast choices were extremely Limited and appeared to be of poor quality.

I enjoyed the pool area. It had a nice privacy fence. It was a convenient location for the meeting I was attending. The part I didn't like was that the plumbing and flooring need repair/updating. However, there was a sign saying that they are going to be doing some renovations. The platform bedframe was pretty noisy, as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel has construction going on, with that I may have given them a pass. However, all expected maintenance standards were very low. Greasy floors, marked and damaged surfaces, permanent dingy & stained bedding are not acceptable. The bathroom door would not even shut and the shower was dirty with moldy caulking. Oh and a dirty hand towel as a gift from the last person to use it. Then I step out of the shower to an inappropriate message left on the mirror from a previous customer. Very few items for breakfast (and I mean if a waffle wasn’t your thing, a couple pieces of toast and packages of instant oatmeal). Clearly the management does not have the ability or funds to keep this hotel in proper working order while reconstructing. I should have taken more photos. A small printed sign saying “please excuse our mess” does not cover this level of negligence.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Front desk agent took 20 minutes to check the person in front of me in and then another 20 minutes to check me in. Didn't even tell me anything about breakfast, checkout, etc. Just finally handed my room key and said the room number, didnt even tell me where the elevators were. Rude and no sense of customer service. Then got to my room to find that it wasn't even the correct one with the correct beds. And the overwhelming stench of BO and filth was almost unbearable. Everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS. There wasn't a single surface in there that was clean. Even the floors were making the sticky noise with my shoes. There was even something thickly frozen inside the freezer! Poor cleanliness and failure to hold themselves to any type of standard. Don't waste your money. Go ANYWHERE else. And on top of everything else, they charges my card 4 different times even though i had already paid in advanced through a third party booking.

The room was not the cleanest.. it smelled funny in the hotel. There was a part of the ceiling in the bathroom right above the shower /tub also a old jar of baby food behind our bed with maggots on it. Smh.

This place had mold around the bathtub and in the corners of the floor. The whole room smelled musty. The a/c filter had never been changed. The top sheet had make up smeared on it. All the towels and sheets were dingy. You could smell pot in the hallways. The shower was just a sprinkle and never did get hot. Room 212. Will never go to another Quality Inn. They used to be nice.

The staff working then came through the front door from the gas station about 10 minutes later (therefore, no one was on property to assist anyone) No apology, but they made sure we knew how to work the hotel keys and assured us they were not gone for 10 min. Rude. Hotel reeked of weed Noisy at 3am It was the holidays and we needed a room at a good rate, next time we will foot the bill for something else

Check in took 20 minutes, even though I was the only one checking in. Man at the counter did not communicate what the issue was, I had to continually ask if there was an issue. I finally received my key, go to my room, unlock the door to find it is already occupied!!! I return to the desk, the man is bewildered there was someone in the room already. Get a new room, luckily not occupied this time, I always check the mattress no matter where I stay and find a large urine stain, which is understandable, but use a mattress cover if you’re not going to replace it. No hot water at 5am, no WiFi info provided. No customer service of any sort.

Terrible possible toxic odor from applying some type of lacquer to the doors. Shower only had tepid water with no pressure or volume. The elevator made clanging noises and “dropped” with a bump to stop. Felt very unsafe.

I enjoyed the pool area. It had a nice privacy fence. It was a convenient location for the meeting I was attending. The part I didn't like was that the plumbing and flooring need repair/updating. However, there was a sign saying that they are going to be doing some renovations. The platform bedframe was pretty noisy, as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It was an on okay stay ..hotel seems to be going thru some renovations ..poor renovation if you ask me ..lots of noise and banging could be hear on the walls next to my room which was literally by the entrance...lots of noise and people walking all the time ..lots of lights on after dark ..bathroom had the toilet running water all night ...yellow stained bowl not pleasing to the eye ..and some of the "renovated " trim was poorly done. .probably gonna skip next time ..

A male staff member tried to walk in my room while I was undressed ... Luckily I had it double locked but I did not feel comfortable at all. Also I had a small personal problem arise where a former guest I had at my room caused a bit of a scene when he was told to leave. The manager became extremely rude with me when I called down to kindly ask if he had left the property. She very rudely advised me that I would have to leave and receive no refund if the former guest continued to cause a scene even though I'd asked him to leave and called her to inform her and ask her to not allow him back in. I just apologized to her once again for his actions as I had already paid for my stay in advance. I don't think I'll be returning here as staff and management are very rude and unprofessional. The only staff member that was good at her job was the nice black women who works mostly nights at the front desk.

Called to inform them that I would be a late check in. Was told that if I wasn't here by 11:00 p.m. to call so they could check me in and not list me as a no-show. I've been sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check me in and it's going to be 11:00 p.m. in about 15 minutes. I expect this from the lower price hotels but for the amount of money I paid for this one I'm not a fan already.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Front desk agent took 20 minutes to check the person in front of me in and then another 20 minutes to check me in. Didn't even tell me anything about breakfast, checkout, etc. Just finally handed my room key and said the room number, didnt even tell me where the elevators were. Rude and no sense of customer service. Then got to my room to find that it wasn't even the correct one with the correct beds. And the overwhelming stench of BO and filth was almost unbearable. Everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS. There wasn't a single surface in there that was clean. Even the floors were making the sticky noise with my shoes. There was even something thickly frozen inside the freezer! Poor cleanliness and failure to hold themselves to any type of standard. Don't waste your money. Go ANYWHERE else. And on top of everything else, they charges my card 4 different times even though i had already paid in advanced through a third party booking.

The hotel was not clean at all in the rooms. The a/c unit rattled. We decided to try the pool. It was also dirty. Leaves me dirt on the bottom and floating on top. The deck was not clean at all!!! There was a guest?? I guess was laying by the pool smoking marijana the whole time we were out there. It got so bad that we left the pool. There were people hanging around the in the parking lot. When we can back from dinner. There were more transients hanging around. The back door to the pool deck and out side to the parking lot was never locked. You were supposed to use your key to get into the building. A combination of the lack of cleanliness and scary looking transients entering and leaving the building. We did not feel Safe at all for my husband, 12 year old daughter and my self!!! We left the hotel at 6:09pm. I would not Ever recommend this hotel again. I would suggest someone go look at the hotel and check it out. I am now very Leary if booking through Hotels.com again.

This hotel has construction going on, with that I may have given them a pass. However, all expected maintenance standards were very low. Greasy floors, marked and damaged surfaces, permanent dingy & stained bedding are not acceptable. The bathroom door would not even shut and the shower was dirty with moldy caulking. Oh and a dirty hand towel as a gift from the last person to use it. Then I step out of the shower to an inappropriate message left on the mirror from a previous customer. Very few items for breakfast (and I mean if a waffle wasn’t your thing, a couple pieces of toast and packages of instant oatmeal). Clearly the management does not have the ability or funds to keep this hotel in proper working order while reconstructing. I should have taken more photos. A small printed sign saying “please excuse our mess” does not cover this level of negligence.

The hotel was in terrible shape and also dirty. We had to switch rooms due to the heat not working. The new room had broken switches, broken lamps, the floors were so sticky we had to wear our shoes. There was dirt on all the walls. The bathroom had mold and was in horrible shape. When we checked in we asked about the hot tub and they said it wasn’t in working order. If I could have gotten my money back, we would have. Breakfast consisted of bread, a few left over muffins, cereal, pancakes and a few containers of active yogurt. Pretty pitiful.

When we got into room there was a polar pop on the dresser maybe from housekeeping. Beds were hard. Breakfast was cereal or waffle muffin and yogurt. Could hardly understand the check in guy. The floors were coming up in the room.

When I walked into the hotel to check in a man by the name of Monty K was extremely rude. There were some fees that were not disclosed and all I did was ask what they were for. I told him that I paid on hotels.com already and he said if I didn't like the policy i could leave. I asked for the terms and conditions and he once again tried to kick me out. I gave him my debit card for the deposit he said would be refunded, but I still have not seen the credit. We went into our room which was disgusting. There was a roach on the floor and mold in the bathroom. There was also mold on the icemaker. The water from the shower head smelled like sulfur. They never bothered to clean the room. I went to get toilet paper and towels on the 4th day from the front desk and an overweight woman named Jasmine told me she would put my name on the list for house keeping. I asked for these amenities at 8am. I went to the gym and to the pool. I went back to my room a few times but they didn't clean it. At 2pm I went back up to the desk to speak with Jasmine again and she said housekeeping wasn't her department. I spoke to the manager Mr Patel. He never looked me in the eye, and he told me they could take my towels and wash them, but it would take another hour. He refused to do anything about the bill or even say sorry for the wait. I have several other complaints, but there aren't enough characters allowed.
