First room was uninhabitable due to an AC leak. Second room was fine. Service at the desk was quite nice. Tub drain was full of long, black hair that certainly did not belong to my family, but the tub itself and the bathroom was clean. Smoke alarm batteries were dying so alarm woke us in the middle of the night. My husband disconnected the unit so that we could sleep. We did report the need for new batteries the next morning. Location of the hotel was very good and free parking was appreciated. Overall, the hotel was a good value.

I thought it would have better kept being that it was in a tourist area. The room was not comfortable. A screw sticking out the wall in the shower where a shelf was held. We saw roaches in the room. The lobby was not cozy,no air conditioning. One thing that drew us to book was the free shuttle that doesn’t exist. The handheld shower wand was in the pictures online,didn’t exist. The pool was dirty. We will not stay there again. This site won't allow me to add photos.

Last minute trip to St. Augustine... hotel was close to things we wanted to see and not over priced. Staff was very friendly and clean. Could use some updates for sure but for a quick, last minute trip it was perfect!! The pool was closed so that was disappointing on 100* days

When we checked in, the lady at the desk was on her cell phone on a personal call. She pointed to us to hand our I.D. and credit card to her. She did not speak to us. She continued to speak to her friend on her cell phone. She gave us ZERO information about the hotel. There was a sign that the swimming pool was out of order. The water was green. The air conditioning was broke in the lobby. I asked her if the air conditioning in the rooms worked, and she acted offended. She told me it worked. I then asked her about the breakfast that was supposed to be included with our room. She finally hung up from her personal call. She let me know that there was a Denney’s attached to the hotel where we could purchase our breakfast. She was just rude! The WiFi NEVER worked no matter what device we tried to connect to it. I called the front desk and asked if there was a problem with it. I was told that she was on it at that very moment and it was working just fine. Wow! Why was an employee using the Guest WiFi? Housekeeping did a great job! The rooms were clean, and they kept clean towels supplied everyday.

It's fine for an inexpensive stay. Microwave and fridge. If you have difficulty with stairs and carrying luggage up be sure to get a ground floor. Ice is only available on the second floor. Nice and clean place close to hop on hop off trolley.

The hotel is 3 stories but has no elevator, only stairs. Had to lug my big bag up to 2nd floor and I’m a 66 y.o. woman. Also the toilet was broken and they had to give me another room.

Hotel was in a great location. The Welcome Center is directly across the street where you buy the trolley tickets and get the shuttle to take you to stop 1. Conveniently located near several fast food restaurants. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure and hot water were great. There is a Denny's attached to the hotel. Free parking but no breakfast offered by hotel. Free shuttle back to hotel after trolley ride. Reception workers were very nice and helpful. Price was decent for a budget hotel. I would stay there again.

Cockroach infested rooms. Killed multiple cockroaches on multiple days in my room and killed a cockroach on my daughters pillow of the last day we were there. Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire time we were there on my phone, my daughter‘s iPad or my laptop, but those devices worked upfront in the lobby and the front desk told me that the issue is my devices and not there Wi-Fi. So it was pretty frustrating that they wouldn’t address my issue and told me they could do nothing about it because the problem is mine.

Our room was not clean. We encountered one plametto bug and then two and more and more. Had to close all drains and plug all overflows. It was too late to switch rooms. The floor was soo dirty we couldnt take off our shoes until i personally wiped the floor. Dennys in the hotel also had worst service ever. I did explain to the front desk that this happened late at night but did present photos. Was told the manager would call but no one has. Would never stay here again.

The air conditioning did not work properly. It took about 11 hours for the room to even feel somewhat cool. There were lightbulbs out in the lights. There was no security bracket on the door. The front desk employee had no personality whatsoever.

The lock on my door would not open with my key. You had to put it in there 15 or 20 times before it would read it. I called the staff to let them know and it was never fixed.

The rooms and buildings are in poor shape. Even with the room door deadbolt on, light and large gaps could be seen all around the door. Thankfully it was not cold or raining. The door definitely needs replacing. The stairs have large areas that have been repaired, but not repainted. The paint job on the interior of the room was very low quality with many uneven lines and excessive paint drips.

Air conditioner would work until it kicked off, then not come back on until you power off, then back on. Coffee maker leaked everywhere. Door had to be slammed to shut as the lock was very corroded.

The room itself was average, worth the price paid. The individual who checked me in was couldn’t be bothered - made me feel like I was a problem and unintelligent. The service to fix our broken lock was great and quick. Great location!

Keys wouldnt work, and got locked out of room repeatedly. When traveling and exhausted, the last thing i want is to have issues getting into my room. Front desk person was lazy and rude. Sketchy crowd, guests look like trouble. I was afraid of getting mugged on the property.

This was the first and last time I stay at this hotel. I am a Wyndham member and this was very disappointing. After check in I got to the room with issues with the AC unit not working properly and noisy along with the TV not working correctly. I called the front desk who said they would send someone up to fix it and they never showed up. I called back Friday night around 10pm and was told the maintenance department was closed for the night. The next morning I went to the office and the lady working the front desk was very rude speaking to me as if I do not know how to work a remote and said she would send someone. Finally, someone came around 3pm Saturday and fixed the tv which was not an issue of the user but issue with the HDMI cords. The pictures online and what is actually on site at this property is not accurate. I should have read the reviews before booking this hotel and will be filing a complaint with Wyndham Corporate office as this property does not even come close to meeting the standards for Wyndham. The hotel experience should always start with the staff at the front desk and this was an issue from the beginning. Manager was requested and was told no manager was available.

It is close to historic area; however the staff at reception has no profesionalism nor know how to treat a customer, the two females were speaking in another language during all the time and in between one of them checking us in. She advise us that the tickets for the trolley were sold accross the street butdid not bother to tell us the office was closed putting in danger crossing such dangerous blvd.

I love the location of the hotel as many things are def within walking distance (or a cheap Uber ride). The only caveat is that hotel is outdated and rooms are smaller. Definitely workable if you do not care about fancy hotel aesthetic, just a place to rest and shower. But def satisfied with the stay here.

Very close to St. George Street, the old jail and the fort so you can walk and save on parking if you choose to. The rooms were nice and it was quiet. There was a HUGE palmetto bug in the room, but it's Florida and it happens. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in S.A.

We love Days in by Wyndham in historic saint Augustine. As it has a great pool. The staff is always very friendly . And it's a short walk to downtown.

I enjoyed this hotel. Perfect location to be in the middle of everything. I could tell there were many tourists, mostly older folks. The room was clean and the bed almost had me there all day, it was very comfortable. Id top it off with the dennys connected to the same building, it was very convenient

The Denny's at the motel was short staffed and open/closed was unpredictable. The one meal we had there was terrible. As for as the motel itself we have no complaints, would definitely stay there again.

Loved that there was a Dennys on site but we couldnt eat there because on day 1 they didnt have some of the food on their menu and day 2 they closed all day because of apparent staff shortages. That was a disappointment but the hotel itself was fine. Great location

Hotel was in a great location. The Welcome Center is directly across the street where you buy the trolley tickets and get the shuttle to take you to stop 1. Conveniently located near several fast food restaurants. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure and hot water were great. There is a Denny's attached to the hotel. Free parking but no breakfast offered by hotel. Free shuttle back to hotel after trolley ride. Reception workers were very nice and helpful. Price was decent for a budget hotel. I would stay there again.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Made our stay a nicer one indeed. Having Denny’s on site was awesome. The pool was nice and clean and we enjoyed sitting around on the pool deck. Nice that the parking was included as well. We would definitely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Everything was good but the TV. TV did Not work properly at all. Complained to the staff & they acted is if they didn't care. We come here from Vero Beach atleast 3 times a year. Dennys was Awesome!!!

There was a roach infestation under my bed and when we got moved rooms there was a big cockroach behind my bed. All I got was an im sorry ill let the supervisor know. They "cleaned" the new room. Literally just mopped and left the dead roach. All I got after my stay was an I can give you a free night but you have to contact the general manager or Windham for more. Then got no info for any from the person and I asked twice. The rooms were broken, dirty, the sheets never changed just the bed fixed. People were smoking and when I said something because i have asthma i got ignored until morning then told to let them know if someone is smoking. I did....new room had the A/C leaking so bad there was a pool of water going from the unit to under my bed.
