Great traveler hotel. Nothing fancy but impeccably clean, efficient, and friendly. Nice pool, a couple of treadmills, super sweet folks helping at breakfast. I’ve stayed there twice now and expect to do so 3-4 times per year from now on.

stayed with my family, the room wasn't the cleanest and that there were false press on nails on the bathroom floor next to the vanity. reported it to the desk. i was told i would get a percent back on my stay, the women Erin acknowledged i booked with hotels.com and still stated they would do something. It's been a few weeks and did not get money back. the cleaning staff came up 3 times during our 5 day stay. on the saturday of checkout the false nails were still on the bathroom floor, air vents still covered in dust and the floor still dirty turning my toddlers feet black. Other than the cleanliness of the room the hotel staff were super friendly, breakfast was great lots of options. pool was small but nice. perfect for us and our toddler. I would return again.

The staff, the front desk was friendly and helpful.The food attendant was also friendly, and kept the area clean constantly offering to pick up plates abd cups. The room 219 was neat but as soon as you walked in, it smelled extremely musty. The air conditioner was unusually noisy and loud. My wife carries a spray that eases the musty smell. There was only 1working ice maker in the hotel, as the other was broke.

Our first room was on a floor which wreaked with must/mildew, and the carpet was sticky (I don't walk in shoes in my hotel rooms as when I'm home). When I told the front desk, she seemed to know there was a water damage issue so she put us on another floor which still stunk but wasn't as intense. I had 2 small kids with me, plus an infant so I didn't want to deal with the back and forth. I realized the entire hotel is terrible and there's no point to keep changing rooms. Our 2nd room's carpet was also filthy and sticky so I kept my shoes on and made sure the kids did too. I couldn't let my baby crawl. There were dead baby roaches stuck on the wall, right behind our heads at the headboard of the bed. At night when going to the bathroom and turning the lights on, I had to be careful where I was stepping because roaches were scattered all over. I was so skeeved out that I dreaded going back to the hotel at the end of everyday (stayed for 3 nights). There were no other options in the area so I was stuck. I told the front desk and they said they'd speak to someone, but I never heard back from anyone. She seemed to care less and even had me wait 20 minutes just to talk to me. Absolutely no attempt to compensate in any way and make it right. It was one of the most uncomfortable and disgusting stays I've had. I'll NEVER go back, and will definitely WARN everyone.

The hotel needs a deep, thorough cleaning. The first thing I noticed was the smell. The only way to describe it would be dirty socks. The hallway carpet was disgusting - stains and dirt throughout. My white socks were black from walking on the carpet in my room. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom two separate days, and they were not the common Palmetto bug found in Florida, they were actual cockroaches; the kind you find in dirty spaces! That was enough to know I didn't want to eat there. If the public areas are that dirty, the kitchen has to be worse. I only chose this hotel because I had to make an emergency visit and did not have a lot of other options. If there was somewhere else available that weekend, I would have cancelled my reservation and gone there. I will definitely avoid this property in the future. This review should have no reflection on the front desk attendant. She was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was always working, polite, and helpful. Front desk clerks were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well managed. The young lady taking care of kitchen was always pleasant and kept it well stocked!

Room was spotless, pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever had, please let me know the brand so I can buy some, my husband loved them too. Breakfast was a little disappointing as there was few meat free options , fresh fruit was bruised. Plenty of carb options. Service from all staff we had contact with.

The staff were all very friendly and kind. The property was ok. Location was great. We enjoyed the pool which was well maintained and clean. However, the facility smelled very musty/mildewy. It hit us as soon as we entered the hotel. The room also smelled very mildewy. Not pleasant. Also our sink was clogged.

The suite with the “sofa bed” should not be advertised as a bed! The springs were felt and I had to ask for four blankets to place over the mattress to make it slightly better for my 36 year old daughter. Very disappointing.

The water pressure in the shower was incredibly weak. Also, you must run the water for a minimum of 15 minutes for it to get remotely warm. The room had a very musky, humid, chemical smell at all times. When I asked if we could switch to a different room, they told us everything was booked up. I told them the issues with the room, and they agreed with me basically saying that they were already aware of the poor facilities.

Had a room next to the elevator shaft. What a dumb idea. Noisy atleast until 1:30 am. Very damp in the room as well. My medication disintegrated when I picked it up. Staff was friendly. Only there 1 night survived.

I have stayed here five or six times. It is a good, clean hotel with big rooms, excellent bedding, and with microwaves and a mini-fridge in each room. The value is good. There is an OK breakfast, but what I really like is that the breakfast starts at 6 AM - I have stayed at a lot of places where you don't get breakfast if you have to get up and get to work early!

Overall a good experience. Hot water didn’t work in our room but staff moved us. Train was directly behind building and pool was located in front of hotel right on busy road.A little noisy but didn’t wreck our stay.Location was in walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly, would stay there again.

I stayed there for about a week on a work project and Samantha, Melissa, and Kaitlin (sp?) were super helpful and courteous. The breakfast and the woman in charge of that were fantastic as well. I will recommend this hotel to my work colleagues in the future.

I was disappointed in my stay at this Best Western. The front desk staff was not interested in helping the customer. When I checked in they were unwilling to adjust the price of my stay to accommodate the Best Western membership, AAA or AARP discount that I had. The remote for the TV didn’t work and when I went to the desk no one could be found on multiple occasions until change of shift. Also a customer came in to ask for a price for that night and they quoted them a price $50 less then my Expedia price. We visit this area often and we won’t stay here again.

We were very disappointed with the staff as well as the reservations, and not having our booking when we arrive after calling and confirming several times. Only to find out that they put us as a no-show when we told them that we would be flying in later in the morning, and they did not put the notes in there after checking several times with them.

After drivingfor 6 hours and arriving at the hotel, we found the lobby was full of people, and our room was not ready. At the front desk the clerk gave us two free drink coupons to have at a bar nearby while we waited. We accepted the coupons and waited at the bar even though we both would have rather showered and prepared for the paty we were in town for. We were allowed into our room 90 minutes after check in time. The next day I went down to the lobby to receive the two drink coupons that were included in our VIP room rate. The manager at the desk refused and told me that the two drinks we got the day before while we waited fo our room were those coupons. We in no way wanated those drinks at that time. We wanted our room. After I confirmed that this what she said I gave up left. As I walked away, I heard her mutter how those coupons ($8) were expensive. Just outrageous! How cheap and short sighted. We won't be back.

Sebastian was a great location as it was midway between the airport and the Blues Fest locale. It was easy to access the A1A to visit some of the beaches and beyond. It's a bit tricky to find if heading South on Hwy 1, it is a divided highway, so a U turn is needed. We used the Wendy's as our reference guide. The daily breakfast was great --somewhat different daily, and it was offered for a few hours.

When I first entered the property the first thing I noticed was a musty 'old building' smell and cigarette smoke. I found this strange because its a non-smoking hotel. I checked in all while starting to second guess my choice of hotel from the smell alone. The employee was polite, friendly and she quickly got me checked in. My room was on the 3rd floor. I was pleasently surprised when the elevator opened and the hallway was well lit, clean and had none of the smells from the first floor. My room was clean, seemed recently upgraded, and very comfortable. I stopped downstairs for breakfast the next morning. It was a carb fest; waffles, cereal, bagels, and biscuits. The only protein were sausage patties. No eggs. For the price and location I would stay again but eat breakfast elsewhere.

The location was great the hotel was nice and clean Melissa and the other lady working at the front desk were very friendly but unfortunately the Breakfast was very poorly👎👎👎 machine with 4 different kind of juice only giving water was terrible for 3 days even the orange juice the must important beverage they didn’t have for 3 days who knows how long has this issue also the breakfast lady telling the guests to buy oran juice at their mini market also food was very limited and taste very cheap even the waffle machine requires to order the mix because the machine was empty probably to reduce the cost definitely any other best Western La Quinta inn , Hampton Holiday inn have a better continental breakfast and this place supposed to be better being Best Western Plus . I hope this Captain follows the franchise rules
