For starters this use to be a great place to come and enjoy the tiki bar , was the place to go in this town . Now the tiki bar is only open Saturday and Sunday, only during the day. Today 4 people were there. The hotel is very old and getting run down. 4 rooms were taken the whole weekend that we saw. Saturday night we went to the inside bar , a nice place, while we were having a drink we found out they were having a comedy show, and even though we are staying at the hotel we were expected to pay or to leave. They say breakfast, muffin,bagel or toast thats your choice. Went to use the pool full of flying ants the whole thing, i would have skimmed it myself but no skimmer. For what they charge its sad any more. They let a great place go down.

Overall, finding this room in a town so close to the beach was a heck of a deal! The room itself was clean, a bit dated, but that is understandable. Linens were clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were great. The room was a bit older, so the AC was rather loud and had to run all night to keep the temperature comfortable in the room. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a beast… It's rather awkward when you are pulling in. The bar & the lounge are closed permanently so keep that in mind if you are hoping to have a beverage after work. My room was in the very back of the hotel and it is rather dark back there which made me slightly uncomfortable until I got into my room, as I was traveling alone.

Disgusting hotel, awful service, the A/C did not work in our room but ironically also could not even be turned off! so it was both hot and INSANELY loud. Just save yourself the heartache and choose any other hotel in Stuart. Has to be better than this place. Restaurant and bar are closed, pool is gross. Drug addicts staying there fighting in the middle of the night, then YOU have to change rooms instead of them doing the right thing. Worst hotel stay of my life hand down.

The overall property, rooms and lobby were clean and inviting. We were very disappointed about the pool area. Broken umbrellas, dirty chair cushions and the water in pool was green. Looked like algae was growing on walls of the pool. No guests ventured into the pool area. It would have been nice to have "hot breakfast" offered especially on weekends with choices that were not all carbohydrates.

Bathrooms need to be updated.also it was not clean. If you walked barefoot in the room your feet would become black underneath. The pool was not clean either.

We had an issue with our first room and the staff were super helpful with making an easy change. The hotel is clean and has a great outdoor pool area. Would definitely stay again!

The amenities that we went there for were not available. There are restaurant was closed. They're Tiki area was completely taped off and the breakfast only included bagels and pancakes. None of the other food was available. Station said out of order

We came to Florida for my Mother's 80'th Birthday celibration. We knew that when we booked this location that this was an economy hotel. What we did not know is that this was kind of a residence hotel for many workers in the area. Parking was difficult because of the work trucks and trailers that were parked there. There was a domestic disturbance in the room next door which involved the police and we spent a significant amount of time killing cockroaches. I travel for my job pretty often and stay at a number of different hotels. All in all we would not stay here again, ever. Worst hotel experience ever.

Since the evening we we checked in the room was dirty was late in the evening so front desk guy said they will take care in the morning I was there for a golf tournament we left came in the evening the room was exact the same they never clean the room or change sheets or gave us clean towels

there were roaches crawling all over the floor, there were missing baseboards in my room and there was mold growing next to the A/C unit because there wasn't a base board. I paid for two nights and only stayed for one. I would like a refund my my second night 9.23.2023

The room was spotless and all three of the staff we met could not have been nicer. Everything worked and it helped that we had a refrigerator in the room and an ironing board and iron. The two beds were very comfortable.

Even though this Days Inn was dated a very minimal amount, the place was very clean and the room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, very professional and polite informing us of breakfast and Wi-Fi. I’d easily recommend this as a comfortable place to stay.

So the rooms need a major update. I would never stay here again for over $100. The didnt seem bad but there was a crackhead on the property and I saw someone passed out in the stairwell and it was a lil chilly. This was a last minute stop since we had car troubles but never again. Alsoi did not like that the beds are full size. I assumed it was double queen. The toilet needs some upkeep. It flushed so slow that i thought it was backed up. The fridge and microwave had alot of rust. Omg just renovate the entire property already!!

Rooms need major upgrades. Caulking and air conditioning unit plus fire alarm installation needs to be a lot nicer. Beds mattresses have seen better days. But for last minute accommodations it was acceptable

Hotel is in direct landing path to nearby airport. Planes passing over very low on regular basis. Also a nearby train track has a crossing not far from hotel and the horn blows very loud. Several trains went by at all hours during out one night stay. The noise was only tolerable because we had ear plugs to help us sleep. The breakfast hot table was out of order as well. Service was very good at front desk. Bed was comfortable.

The furnishings seemed updated and had new paint on the walls but there were ants in our bathroom, only enough towels for two people, and there was no body soap, just one small bar for washing hands. The complimentary breakfast was lacking; only bagels, cereal, toast, and coffee. No fruit, yogurt or any hot items beyond make-yourself waffles which were not very good. ALSO - If you want quiet, this is NOT the place. It's right in the airport flight path and is also near the train tracks. We spent one night listening to someone pounding on the door the room below us while shouting constantly from 3-4 am and debated calling the police.

I booked through Expedia and paid for 2 days 2 nights but whenever we got to the hotel they were trying to get $100 deposit for a cleaning fee or something which was never stated on the Expedia app and I ended up not giving it to them because they should have had it on Expedia that's a big charge to sneak in on somebody when they're there to get the keys also there's a lot of people in the smoking area blocking the steps which made it awkward to try to get up to my room

First of all the check in procedure went well and was quick. The gentleman who checked us in (6pm), was delightful. The first day they cleaned the room, took out the garbage, changed the towels, and made the bed, gave us extra soap, and took the tip money we left for them. The second day, (Saturday,) they ignored ALL of that. When we returned saturday night, we had to bother the desk clerk for a complete set of towels since we had used ours. He was gracious about getting them. We rated service well based on checkin and getting more towels. But coming home to an unmade bed, a waste basket full of garbage, and dirty towels still stacked in the bathtub is not plesant. So they lost the second day's tip which we used for the last day.

Check in took too long for guests at the end of the evening… lots of questions and checking and double checking $100 deposit for a one night stay for two folks who are seventy! Perhaps this is normal for Florida

The whole stay was terrible. There is no restraunt / Bar on site as avertised. It is an older run down hotel that charges new prices. They also charged a refundable service fee of $100 on top of the outrageous booking fee, which I still have not been refunded. The TV remote didn't work. Breakfast didn't happen. Sketchy parking lot, people talking outside at all hours during the night... Just say No...
